I came across this little gem by chance and I have to say that I hit the jackpot. Best Dürüm I've ever had, all ingredients very fresh. The other selection is also very large and the service, including the guard dog, is very pleasant 😁 I will definitely come back

We ordered about 15 times, 9 times out of 15 were very bad! (EXTRA REQUESTS IGNORED, AND STILL PAID, ALWAYS FORGOT THE DRINK, COLD AND SOggy..) We were hoping that it would be better next time, unfortunately NO... We will never order from Food Factory again.

Old manager came from DE to try CH foreigner food. This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star, my whole family was happy to eat with me, unfortunately it was the wrong restaurant. Heard and heard doesn't work that way. As compensation, the local gave my stepsister a Caprisonn with a broken pap pipe. Again not even worth 1 star amk. Then called and still messed up on the second try. Sipp that doesn't work 3 times, it doesn't deserve 1 star.

Unfortunately, the visit to the Food Factory was not satisfactory. The burger bun wasn't toasted and the fries were soggy and not seasoned well. The chicken wings were also not seasoned enough, and in my opinion the waiting time on site was far too long for a takeaway restaurant.

We ordered a pocket bread... there was hardly any meat in one... it was dry, the bread was hard and the taste just wasn't right.

Ordered two kebab boxes at 11:30 a.m. and agreed that they would be delivered by 12:10 p.m. at the latest. After 3 calls we finally received our food at 12:50. Even though we didn't have to pay anything because of the waiting time, we won't be ordering anything there again in the near future.

I've ordered something to eat here twice now. The first time I had a burger and this one was cold and the bread was hard. The fries were soggy and without salt. For the second time I ordered a Dürüm. It was very, very dry even though I asked for a lot of sauce. But what's bad is that I was on the toilet all evening and had extreme stomach pain after eating. I advise everyone not to eat here and certainly not to order food!!

Ordered via Justeat 2 Dürüm. Order: 2x without onion, 1 x hot. Unfortunately both came with hot sauce. This can happen, I called and described the situation. They wanted to make a new Dürüm, but we didn't want to wait that long again and have already prepared a second meal. The answer from the delivery service was: “Tiptop”. I don't think that's great and would have expected a discount on the next order, unfortunately not so there won't be a next order for the time being.

The food on site is very good. But something is always forgotten during delivery and something different arrives than what you ordered. Unfortunately, this time the onions were once again missing from the Greek salad. I had some rotten red cabbage and chopped lettuce in it. The Dürüm was doughy, meat not fried enough, strange vegetables in it and an indefinable sauce. A pity. If I have to pay so much, I expect my food to be edible

Ordered at 7:45 p.m. arrived at 9 p.m. We ordered on a Monday evening. Delivery time stated was (20-45min) When we called because two items were missing from delivery, we received a curt apology and were told we could have it for free next time. After a long discussion back and forth, the forgotten things arrived after 30 minutes. Food was otherwise good but could be much friendlier next time.

Very very bad!!!!!! First waited 1.30 hours for the delivery and then the wrong order and on the phone he even wanted more money for the correct order. On the phone he said that I have to pick it up and if not then I should wait 30 minutes, dinner is after 1.30 Hours delivered, waited a total of 3 hours and fries are cold and just not good, I think a drawer like that shouldn't have to stay open.

We ordered the double biker burger twice and a burger menu. But two normal biker burgers were delivered and the cola was missing. I also selected 'card payment at the front door' when ordering. When the delivery arrived the courier knew nothing about it and I had to pay in cash. The fries were very 'mushy'. When I complained by phone, the missing Coke and a 1.5l bottle of Coke were delivered an hour later as compensation and the courier apologized.

After several recommendations, we were here for the first time. We can only report positive things: Everything was great! Beautiful, well-kept restaurant, well-positioned and friendly staff, large selection and most importantly, the food was simply delicious!

After having ordered a few times before, we are not as satisfied as expected with the delivery service. It's not the first time that we have yogurt sauce in the kebab instead of cocktail as detailed on the comment part of the order. Moreover, we didn't receive any sauce such as ketchup or mayonnaise (so the burgers were dry) and also the quality of the meet is not so good: they have such an industrial treatment.

1: You are always greeted warmly by all employees. 2: The food is freshly prepared and delicious (I especially love Tütüm, the best in Switzerland). 3: Delivery is always on time 4: You get 1 bottle of iced tea as a gift, great! Thank you very much, keep it up and stay healthy.

Unfortunately I am extremely dissatisfied! The fries were undercooked and therefore limp, mushy and barely salty. The pizza was barely cooked through and was very bland and extremely greasy. The menu was also delivered without fries. But the fries that were delivered later were OK. Probably just too many customers and everything has to be done quickly, which then affects satisfaction. However, we will no longer order there and will return to our trusted delivery service where the quality of the food is perfect. In this sense, Foodfactory Aarberg is NOT a recommendation from our point of view.
