Coop Restaurant Heimberg Center in Heimberg

Went there for dinner (6:15 p.m.) and ordered a schnitzel with fries. When I asked for vegetables with it, the cook told me it would just take another 5 minutes. take a while, but he already had the schnitzel and fries on his plate. The schnitzel was dry and very hard. The lady at the checkout was very unfriendly and used anti-customer words. It's a shame that there was almost no choice left at this time.

Hardly any options for eating gluten-free. Especially not for a child who would like to eat something other than salad. I'm disappointed that not even the fries are prepared gluten-free. This should actually be very easy to implement?!

At the self-choice buffet, an overzealous employee yelled at me that the self-choice offer didn't apply to all dishes. I only added some dry rice to the vegetable plate. Signage for this strange regulation would be helpful, or a friendly tip from this “feldweibel” would have done the trick. At least the food was good, but better next time at a different location. Have a nice Sunday sale.

Here in the Coop it's okay for adults but a little boring for the children. The children's place doesn't look new anymore, unfortunately it's a shame.

Very dark restaurant not friendly. Coffee wasn't a hit either. Capuccino was only a half-full cup. Vermicelles didn't taste that great either. Are there better coop restaurants?

The dried-out Schitzel was no revelation.

I came across fried meat and the food was cold when I tried to eat it. The staff was annoyed and there was a very tense atmosphere in the room. I probably won't eat here again.

Good cuisine with a wide selection of fine dishes.

I think it's a shame that there is practically never a vegan menu. Since I am lactose intolerant, the vegetarian menu is usually not for me.

Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. I also had diarrhea after eating. Today the sausages have a strange taste. We both left the sausages standing.

We have rarely encountered such friendly and helpful staff as in this restaurant, bravo. The price/performance ratio for the menu was also right for us. We'd love to come back.

Some of the staff are outrageously unfriendly and even rude... at least the senior ladies... the food is often a bit stale... probably warmed up a few times... etc... we can't recommend it to anyone... lunch ends up being more expensive than in the CIS Restaurant for example with great service

Seldom eaten so badly. I had the mixed plate from the buffet, luckily only the small one. Meat dry, broccoli completely overcooked, the vegetarian balls should probably be falafel? The fish had no seasoning at all, no salt, but an infinite number of bones, so it was miles away from the advertised fillet. A pity. If I compare this with the coop restaurant in Interlaken, I wouldn't be able to give it a point.

Frosty, unmotivated reception at the serving station. Place food with spaghetti fork AND fingers on small plate (size more for breakfast). Not al dente, too soft. Quality food 2 out of 5. Overall 1.5 out of 5. Not good enough for “quick food” either!!! Far better and similar prices in most “normal” restaurants…

I was there on Saturday June 11th, 2022 at around 3 p.m. Normal Coop restaurant as you know it. The cook was very friendly and helpful, laughed a lot, was really nice. Even paying was “fun” because the person opposite was quick 👍 The food was good, normal quality as you know and expect. I would personally like to eat there again 🙃

For the past 6 years we have been coming to coffee every morning when we are in Switzerland or Heimberg. Parking spaces in front of the restaurant. Very friendly, good-humored employees. Large, beautifully prepared breakfast buffet at reasonable prices. Everything was clean (tables, chairs, toilets). Enough daily newspapers, including regional ones. Play area for the children. Direct elevator access from the shopping center.

Oh yes, what's exciting is that the owner only responds to good criticism. Well, what about friendly? Today I was treated very rudely at the checkout. I was probably standing a bit awkwardly in front of the tablet. But the fact that a saleswoman then switches directly to the Iperative is a bit worrying. Even my 7 year old son noticed it. Friendly staff but the food? Not expensive, but not worth the money either. For me the worst department store restaurant in the area.

Customers are offered golden-brown, crispy veal schnitzel. They used to be freshly prepared. Now it comes out of the oven that has been kept warm for hours. And that's how it tastes. Unfortunately, Corona hasn't made everyone realize how important the customer is and how they get quality for the money. Shame and sad

Update: Thanks boss. Today we had wonderfully delicious salads. Also meat (protein containing). This makes the customer's heart happy. Thanks Is it getting better or worse? Before the lockdown there was a wonderfully colorful salad buffet. Now only carbohydrates. When asked at the checkout, "the boss wants it that way". Well, boss, I'll ask you. Did you know that there are people with gastric bypasses who have to eat a protein-rich diet and would therefore be grateful if, for example, they had sausage, sausage cheese, corn, chickpeas, beans, lentils and/or meat in their salads? And don't be too stingy in your selection, right?

It's a real shame that the long-standing tradition of musical events will no longer be continued. I always really enjoyed these Friday evenings! Also a shame for the Schwyzerörgeli groups who were allowed to present themselves there. I regret that very much! Edit July 19, 2021: The Coop Restaurant just sends a pre-made standard text module that doesn't address my concerns at all. Unfortunately, that's how it is today...zero interest in the customer. That is extremely unfortunate. That's why I'm deducting 2 stars!

Very nice salad buffet, it's just a shame the salad bowls are so small. When scooping, a lot of salad falls onto the counter.

As the former manager of the Chacheli restaurant. 15 years ago, I still have a pang in my heart when I come there. On the other hand, I congratulate the manager, because he managed to keep part of the team in place. As for the rest I can't judge because we consumed cold tea and flavored water. I always eat there at lunchtime & it has a very large selection & lots of different dishes to choose from, everyone has a taste here and the dishes are relatively fresh. The prices are very good. Recommend to everyone to quickly get something warm to eat. To take away too.
