Waited over 1.25 hours for food! The right one wasn't delivered either and it was already cold!

I don't recommend it at all!!! Friends, we came at 23:00, ordered, and waited a very long time! And we received the order at 00:45! They put in something else that we didn’t order! And everything is cold and not tasty! We ordered on the spot and received food in a bag!!!

Every other time the thing doesn't work. And you only notice that when you're at the end of the order. Embarrassing, such bad IT. Was at MC with my son today. He wanted a mini donut. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I spoke directly to an employee to see if we weren't getting anything. He said someone should come right away. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I spoke to the boss, instead of an apology, just accusations. Just miserable.

Order Filet o Fish, cheese not melted, a corner in the burger left on cardboard. Went to the staff nicely and showed them that we had nothing better to do than go home after work. Then it was served again, the same cheese was inside and nothing was added to it + a hair. Thank you Mcdonalds Heimberg I will never eat here again.👍🏼

We ordered twice because we forgot something the first time. The donut was forgotten during the first delivery... The second order was completely not delivered... When asked, it turned out that it was presented as a take-away item even though the number of the table stand was clearly visible... The second order was delivered really quickly. However, 2 orders and twice wrong is already a bad result... And the people around us often got something wrong, so it seems to happen more often... Long story short... The staff absolutely failed for me... Praise to the person (could have been the boss) who I then called about the second order... She was very quick and competent and quickly solved the problem.

A good burger again after a long time.

Oh, I was at McDonald's Heimberg. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. The last time I was there I was horrified to find that the filet o fish I ordered was not packed. And today the Big Mac was cold and not prepared with love. The Cheeseburger Royal was no longer warm either. I think it's a shame how the level in Heimberg has dropped so much. I think the team is overwhelmed there and doesn't have much to do. The trash cans outside were also full. I am really very disappointed. I also think the waiting times at 9:45 p.m. are too long when it's not busy.

Order online at 6:30 p.m. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-in, our order was forgotten and we stood in the waiting area for 15 as ordered and not picked up. Only after an intervention in the restaurant was the food brought to us. In total, our drive-in experience with hungry children in the car lasted 50 minutes. It was an absolute disgrace. (2 degrees Celsius outside). Without the intervention, the food wouldn't have come at all and we would have simply been left to stew. This wasn't the first negative experience at this MCD. Almost every time we ordered at the drive-thru, we were not given the entire order. But the staff was super nice. The franchisee, however, does not have control over his store. There is a lack of staff and the customer suffers. Why not close the drive-in if there are no staff? But it doesn't work that way.

I ordered the Mustart vegi menue to take away. I got a roll with salad. No patis, no sauces. I called afterwards and complained. I had to give my name and address and I was promised a voucher for the food I didn't have. Meanwhile, over a month has passed. I didn't get anything.!!sorry, how can you forget to put a Pati in the hamburger and give out the menu like that. without words. Unfortunately, it's not the first incident in this branch. But I definitely won't consider McDonald's anymore

I ordered from uber eats every time an item was missing, the item wasn't delivered and no refund? Absolute cheekiness.

Never had a full or correct order the last 3 times! When I was standing at the checkout, the gentleman was annoyed and packed up my things and forgot half of them! When I got home I realized that the burger wasn't the one I ordered! From now on I will open every BOX to see if the right one was packed! Add to that the long waiting times for 4 donuts, 1 McFlury & a frappe 5-10 min wait??? This McDonalds could actually advertise itself as a subsidiary of Ikea in the bottom drawer!

29.10.23 We came as a family for the first time to this McDonald's. Very nice parking spaces. The establishment is large and well decorated. Playpen for children and plenty of chairs and tables to sit on.

It's a shame when my girlfriend orders a hot chocolate before me, I order a menu and get it first before she gets the hot chocolate, asked twice and only got the hot chocolate after 30 minutes, worst service I've ever seen. unfriendly staff. Today I spontaneously went to the McDonald's in Heimberg. I sat across from the service deck and was able to observe how Oscar served his guests with his positive manner, charm and expertise. I also noticed Thayaliny. Oscar then served me very friendly and with humor. After dinner I informed them both of my positive observations. I really felt the need to communicate this to both of them. Fries are unsalted and no longer tasty. People used to go to Mc FOR the fries. Now, every time you order, you think about whether you want to spend so much money on something soggy, unsalted. Very sad what's going on at Mc and the quality is dwindling more and more. The main thing is that you pay more for food that keeps getting worse...

Very good service. I had a question about paying in cash. The friendly gentleman accompanied me to the order panels and explained to me in detail how and what I had to press to pay in cash, it was very clean and clear. The food was freshly made and delivered quickly to take home.

Food took a very long time for fast food, burgers were cold and didn't look good, there was a hair in my burger, fries tasted like old oil and couldn't be enjoyed. The children wanted dessert and had to wait 20 minutes. Staff very stressed and unfriendly. Tips Number one: Always check your order. Lots of things are wrong! Number two: MC Drive is the better choice in this restaurant but don't forget to check there too. 🙃

We are currently at McDonald's. When we entered we were warmly welcomed and shown where we could sit down. What I thought was great was the group of 2 people. was told to sit at a table for two and not at a large one. When I ordered, as I had receipts on my cell phone, one of the managers helped me in a very friendly manner. The leader also went around while we were there and handed out wrapped Smarties to the children.

My wife and I each ordered a Cheeseburger Royal Menu Medium and, as we have always done for years, each with 1 mustard sauce. Unfortunately, the tray that was delivered only contained mustard sauce. That can happen and wouldn't be a problem. But if, when we make a legitimate complaint, instead of apologizing, we are accused of being a liar, that is an unacceptable audacity. We could live with the first mistake, but definitely not with the second one!!! We have enjoyed going to McD Heimberg for years. What we experienced today can never happen to us there again... The order took 20 minutes and again it was wrong. I asked for no salad and no sauce. But the sauce came as shown in the photo. Sometimes orders are changed. Today I just came home to eat a MChiken. I asked for no dressing and no salad. But to my surprise it even came with half the bread. Incredible!!

Ordered online last night. Until the code is transmitted at the drive-in everything went well. However, waiting 15 minutes to receive the order is too long for almost cold food. If I hadn't been short on time yesterday, I would have brought the order back to you. I can therefore only recommend this restaurant to a limited extent

Restaurant top. McDrive but horror. Orders are rarely complete. If you notice it, you will be portrayed as a liar. The order used to be checked, but now they throw a bag of food into your car. I can't imagine that things like this only happen to me. From now on, always drive 3 minutes further to Burger King.

Friendly staff, but the fries weren't salted the last few times. Every second visit something is missing. You have to check carefully every time to make sure everything is there. Today both Big Macs had no salad. They say you should come by the same day with the receipt if something is missing, but if you don't live right around the corner, that's just not worth it. Maybe some training wouldn't be a bad idea so that mistakes like this don't happen so often.

As usual, I didn't want to place my order at the machine because it is sometimes complicated for me and there was no free ordering machine at the time. Today (May 10th, 2023) it was a disaster. I waited 50 minutes for 2 hamburgers to take away.

I regularly order via the app and then pick it up at the drive-thru. I never had any problems; the food was always warm and I never had to wait long. I really can't understand some of the reviews. If you want 5-star service and GaultMillau, then go to a restaurant like this. Price-performance is more than good in this McD, staff are very nice and accommodating! My trusted McD and will probably be for a long time :)

Ordered food via Uber Eats, it worked well so far, delivery time was met. When unpacking it was noticed that 1x shrimp and 1x chicken wings were missing, the Uber contact was called who directed them to the restaurant. The gentleman who answered the phone laughed at the matter and was completely condescending; There was nothing he could do about it, either I would pick it up myself (the rest of the food would then be totally cold) or I could get it with the next order (yes of course...). The wings (just those) were suddenly delivered, but we noticed a little later that the apple turnovers we had ordered were also missing. Called again, spoke on the phone again to the obviously amused gentleman, he couldn't do anything about it, original sound "...and the Öpfeltäsche will be given to you at some point in another letter".. Merci Mc Heimberg - we will never order from you again 👎🏻 PS: Shortly after my review I received an email from the Mc chain and vouchers worth 18.40 Fr. (1 small menu and 1 cappuccino; for my missing order worth 13.10 Fr.). The vouchers also came with a request to delete this review.
