Coop in Allaman

This is our first visit since the work. What a disappointment, the restaurant closes at 8:30 p.m., it's 6:30 p.m.: no hot food, the buffet is minimalist. We always expect a smile from the staff. We have very good memories of the old restaurant and our conclusion is: all this work means wasted time and money. Not soon.

The employee who was at the checkout was unfriendly and unpleasant in his relationships. Good food!

The staff is not pleasant, you laugh in your face when you ask for a real plate to reheat a baby's meal. Table not clean. Two pieces of wooden stick in spinach, the rest completely cold. In short, avoid the time of work in any case!

1: staff who pull the wool over their heads! 2: we took two CheeseBurger menus and at no time were we asked to cook the meat! One of the cooks told me that steak meat is eaten like that! I can't eat rare meat so I always ask for my meats well done. 3: very cold bread just like the meat! So I go back to point it out to them. And they took the dishes back from me while still being so angry! Then they tell me it's due to a problem with the oven. If it is not possible to cook properly, the restaurant should not open. We're still talking about hygiene! And in the end, no excuses.

Good evening, wanting to contact your customer service before putting a negative comment on Google, but it's an obstacle course to find a way to contact you, so I have no choice to put a comment on Google. We came to eat this evening (Friday March 17, 2023 at 7:15 p.m.) with my partner and my daughter, everything was already off... the lady at the cash register had to go get the cook, in fact we ordered a children's menu with sausage veal and 2 breaded pork escalopes, the cook had to relight the stove and we really had the impression of disturbing, it's a shame, plus the cooking of the meat (pork) really left something to be desired. It is true that the restaurant was relatively empty (only 2 tables used) perhaps review your hours and close before (or no longer cook from a certain time) and not make people believe in false service. It's a shame because we chose to come and eat at the Coop rather than at Ikea which is barely 1 minute away... next time we won't make the same mistake. Greetings. Rossi

When we went to the checkout, our loyalty card did not go through. This episode increased pressure and the young man at the cash register told us that we could look elsewhere if we were not satisfied!!!!! Well done Coop for a huge brand!!! Overall disappointed

Hello I went to your house for lunch. After paying for our food we go to collect it and to our amazement we were sold some products as the stock ran out. We had to wait for the refund and find another place for lunch.

I really liked coming to eat there on Friday evenings. But since the pandemic, the restaurant closes at 5 p.m., which is incomprehensible. Keep it up if you want to scare away your best customers.

Coop restaurant Very disappointing meal, meat too dry

I went to eat in the restaurant, but it will be the last time! The soup and the dishes have no taste, I paid 10.- for a very small plate of no interest! And when you ask the staff a question, they are rude! I don't recommend going there!
