Today my wife and my wife went to the restaurant for lunch, it was full there were no places to eat, I saw a large table with more than six seats and went there, when I arrived there was a woman holding on to her cell phone and immediately told me that it was reserved, I found another table and went to eat, I finished eating and the woman was still alone at the big table, I asked the manager if I could reserve a table, he immediately said that the house policy cannot reserve tables. I went to talk to this person about it and they didn't like it, the woman started talking loudly because her husband or son, I don't know, and a friend arrived. It's sad that people are so selfish, and another thing Aubonne is a French canton, people started to speak French, but then they stopped and started to speak another language, for me it's a total cowardice but that's it sad people without respect and politeness, thank you for the information from the manager who even told people that you can't reserve tables. I just wanted to say to that group of people they are sad and if they wanted to scare people by talking to others languages, German mixed with other languages, it didn't work. and for women, a piece of advice to speak loudly is a lack of respect, I hope your son or husband tells you why it's sad and even crashing the table, how sad. I hope she gets better, there must be problems .

Hello = like any self-service cafeteria = it’s a bit impersonal in the atmosphere!!! Although the Staff who serve do their best but don't always understand what we ask of them and we end up with more or less than what we ordered and we still eat!!! Because it's good and not very expensive...although the prices have increased since my last visit!!! A year ago. for the atmosphere the People who frequent this place do not know each other!!! We don't talk much to each other and it looks like those motorway stations where people in a hurry want to continue their journey to get to their destination!!!! Courage because it's closer to a canteen with these queues to fill our tray!!! What a gastronomic relay where we come to delight our taste buds😛👍👍👍🙋‍♂️Greetings

Clean, functional restaurant - minimal frills, but good food at very reasonable prices; friendly and helpful staff

On weekends it's a bit busy, but there are staff to guide you through the queues. We must favor going there at times of weaker influence.

Very noisy but great variety of products

There is either the restaurant which is located upstairs in the middle of the store visit or the possibility of eating something on the go when leaving the store, when you have paid for your purchases. There are terminals available to place your order and pay. There are menus to choose from (hot dogs, fries, drinks), vegetarian wraps, but also sweet treats like muffins, donuts, etc. It's handy when you're feeling a little hungry after spending a while in the store and the value for money is very reasonable.

Kitchen service much too slow, don't keep up. Significant waste of time. System to be reviewed. Excellent food and good price!

Never set foot in a store as unbearable as this... you come in with a list, and it's impossible to find what you need. Not to mention the rush, the deafening noise and the nonsense in the organization of the store. A torture to visit!!

Nothing to complain about. Good food at very good prices. Always room. The ideal is to arrive just before noon.!!! Personally never disappointed. I recommend.

It's a nice place to go eat at a good price whenever you pass by or when you need to buy something at Ikea and you've been walking around for some hours.

Very loyal customers of your store, We always enjoy coming to have a hearty breakfast for a very advantageous price, especially during the week when there are few people. We also regularly eat lunch with our children, the choice is varied and satisfies everyone. Regarding the staff, they are always very welcoming and pleasant and we can see that there is good understanding between them which is very appreciable. A small note however when we come to the choice of dishes at certain times we feel a little "rushed" by the people serving. But overall it's still a good experience. See you soon.

Restaurant of a department store, but very welcoming. Fast service. Very good and inexpensive food. Many places. Excellent choice. You have to go there early to avoid peak times.

Pleasant and simple place, the products remain of very reasonable quality and price. Just a little disappointed by the desserts which really dropped in terms of quality and choice like the traditional princess tart with its green then pink marzipan which was just my pleasure on each visit...

Family-run Ikea self-service restaurant. Good welcome, pleasant places and service, space for children, not too expensive to eat the usual Swedish dishes: Meatballs, salmon, perch fillets, vegetarian dishes, small meals, fries, pastries, etc. Difficult to find in the maze of the store but we can get there!

Nice, simple canteen meals. Too many tempting dessert options! IKEA members could get a free hot drink during Monday-Friday visits.

Very good meal yesterday. Unfortunately as a Swedish mom's daughter the cranberry jam with the meatballs was missing. Very friendly staff.

Very good perch fillet. Too few menu choices

The cakes (raspberry tartlets on custard) were iced. When I say frozen, there were frozen bits in the tartlet. The café de Paris sauce for my entrecôte was also forgotten. I gave it 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

Not worth it even if cheap. No Covid distancing, some rude employees, poorly organized. Better off going to Coop nearby and buying real food.

Favorite menu in ikea fish and chips add on salad sauce n drinks, you can have free flow of water, ice tea, coke or coffee or cappuccino or hot tea only for 2.5 or 2.95 CHF. Price is so affordable and taste is good. Various option of deserts 😊. Another menu is also good i.e beef steak, salmon salads. I had salad, beef steak, fish and chips, 3 desserts and 2 drinks for around 40CHF

It was my first and last experience in the IKEA shop. I ordered an item and it was supposed to come in 10 days as promised by the company. In the end it did not arrive even after 2 weeks. I tracked my order after 2 weeks and it was not even half way through. There is no online contact information or an e-mail where I could address my problem. In online inquiry section, I could not even send my issue due to an error in the system (tried it 4 times). I spent a lot of money for nothing without any refund or e-mail about the item status. I am writing it in the review of the restaurant because there is no other way for the company to be reached. Very disappointed, never order products online with this company.

Situé en plein milieu du magasin, il s’agit plus d’un réfectoire d’écolier que d’un restaurant !Cela peut dépanner si vous avez une crise de fringale. Il a quelques plats chaud qui ont bouillonnés pendant plusieurs heures sous les lampes. Les moins - tous les aliments mal cuits.- Filets de perches pané rose !?- Bruits et l’influence - Boulettes trop salées - La queue et l’ambiance cantine - Self service- Garderie Les plus - Le prix sans concurrence - Quelques boissons gratuites (si vous avez la carte de fidélité)- La rapidité

Ambiance agréable malgré la foule et le temps passé dans la longue queue. Repas très correct pour le prix. Par contre, l'accès rapide est plus compliqué qu'avant la rénovation, tout est fait pour qu'on s'arrête dans les allées, c'est naturellement commercial mais ça décourage quand on veut juste manger vite fait.

Grand centre d'achat de mobilier et de matériel pour la déco et utile. Dans cette enceinte, se trouve une immense cafétéria-restaurant en self-service avec d'innombrables îlots avec des suppléments, moutarde, mayonnaise, de nombreux assaisonnements, boissons, cafés, glaces. Prises USB, prises électriques pour ordinateurs avec plan de travail... Les enfants y sont les rois et il y a un certain choix d'entrées, de plats et de desserts. Au vu de la quantité produite, c'est étonnamment bon.Certaines personnes se rendent chez IKEA uniquement pour aller au restaurant. Nous les comprenons.

Das Restaurant ist eine Art Selbstbedienung für IKEA Kunden. Die Preise sind sehr günstig, wenn man bedenkt, dass Sie in der Schweiz sind. Ich aß Fleischbällchen mit Pommes Frites. Sauce war gut und ich empfehle auch die Mayonnaise! Achten Sie auf die speziellen Angebote des Tages.

Ce système de magasin labyrinthe est bien conçu afin d'acheter tout est n'importe quoi sans forcément en avoir besoin.Les prix sont abordable, et niveau qualité il y a pire pour plus chère.Je conseil vivement au gens de manger chez eux avant d'aller faire un tour un samedi à Ikea, sinon la petite balade dans ce labyrinthe devient un calvaire puis une fois finit on se pète le vendre à manger des hot dog à 1.-

Conseillé pour les familles avec ou sans enfants, grand choix de plats chauds et froids. Bon rapport qualité prix . Propreté du restaurant et des wc, on peut mieux faire. Le personnel n'est pas très sympa, dommage.

Как обычно при планировании поездки ищу места, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть. Очень хорошо, что по пути из Лозанны в Ньон есть IKEA! Мы заехали и плотно поели. Меню - привычное, как и по всему миру в ресторанах IKEA. Всегда много разных напитков на выбор. IKEA - верный помощник путешественника.
