We are always happy to order a tartare at Cow Fusion, the choice is wide in terms of tartars and they are delicious. Our favorites remain the traditional and the Scottish. The desserts, especially the Toblerone mousse, are excellent. The service is excellent, on time and the delivery people are friendly.

good meal, nice menu but bad service....when you eat a tartare and you have to wait twice more than ten minutes to receive toasted bread to continue eating it's not normal and what's more, all that to receive three unfortunate pieces of bread every time!!!!! (there were 3 of us...)

We booked for Valentine's Day evening but we preferred to opt for the restaurant's usual menu and we don't regret it at all, we had a great time! We opted for a vegetarian tartare and a sea bream tartare as a starter (both were delicious) and for a salmon tartare (Nicow) and a Nordic tartare as a main course. Well this famous Nordic tartare is the best tartare I have ever eaten in my life, I could have had more for dessert because it was so good! But I was reasonable and took the thin apple tart with its scoop of ice cream and salted butter caramel, delicious and so regressive!! The choice of beers and wines is also very pleasant, as with the food, there is something for everyone and a large choice of local products. Well done and thank you for making our Valentine’s Day evening perfect ❤️

Chacun y trouvera son bonheur que ce soit pour un tartare de boeuf, de poisson ou végétarien. Les accompagnements sortent des sentiers battus et sont tous d'une fraîcheur irréprochable. La salade qui accompagnait le tout était délicieuse et la sauce vraiment excellente. Assaisonnement du tartare très juste, fin, un vrai délice. Du pain d'une fraîcheur rare de nos jours et vraiment délicieux. Je recommande vivement à tous les amateurs de tartare ! Bravo !

Très bonne découverte à Neuchâtel. Nous y sommes rendus une fois et rien à dire ! Accueil sans problème avec réservation. Une attente résonable avec des plats plus que bons. Avec un grand choix de tartare pour toutes les papilles qui passe du basique, l'Oriental, mojito ... Une large gamme de vins est aussi proposé dans cet établissement ! Je recommande vivement : "Tartare Le Japonais".

J'ai découvert ce restaurant en accompagnant deux collègues pour un repas de midi. L’accueil et le service ont été impeccables. Le serveur a reconnu mes collègues et s'est montré drôle et sympathique, visiblement conscient qu'il faut chouchouter les habitué(e)s. J'ai fait le choix du menu de midi, (végétarien) qui s'est avéré délicieux et pleins de saveurs différentes. J'ai aussi goûté le tartare de poisson de ma collègue, et là aussi très bon! Les seuls bémols sont que le restaurant a des alentours limités et il n'y a donc que 3 places de parc. (arrêt de bus juste à côté toutefois). La terrasse est également petite; donc limitée en terme de place. Ombragée toutefois. La route est juste à côté mais on voit que les responsables ont tenté de faire en sorte qu'elle soit le moins nuisible possible.
