We showed up there when Google said it was open when it fact it was closed. Why they don't update their Google account ?

When I was there I saw a completely ill / sick cook preparing the dishes. He was so bad that he had to leave the restaurant. Another of his colleagues was coughing all around. Never again, sanitary norms not followed!

We went to eat at Crazy Wolf on a Saturday evening, we have chosen to eat there several times and it is always a delight for the taste buds. The menus with burgers are quite copious and fresh, a thumbs up for the homemade fries and their cold tea 👍 The atmosphere is always pleasant

Arriving at 12 p.m. we left at 12:45 p.m. on an empty stomach without having had a single server come to see us. When we left, a waiter greeted us and said thank you as if we had eaten.

Table reserved for 12 p.m. left at 12:45 without being able to eat or even speak with a server. There is clearly a lack of staff and the restaurant cannot handle the number of customers, too bad.

Really disappointed by the burgers which arrived cold.. And it was when I looked at the ticket that I realized that my veggie burger was in fact beef.. After 15 minutes of waiting for a tiramisu, the waitress apologized and brought us a tartlet instead because no more tiramisu.. Too bad

The burgers were tasty, the fries were okay, a little better than "normal" fast food. The service was okay, not particularly friendly but not unfriendly either. Unfortunately the tables weren't clean which was a bit unpleasant but otherwise the place is quite nice.

Great improvised experience at Crazy Wolf where we were able to eat a great burger with delicious fries! This is also where I discovered a very good Swiss cider, perfect to accompany the burger 🤩 The atmosphere in the restaurant is friendly, the orders at the cash register efficient and the meal brought to the table fairly quickly. A great experience!

Cardboard burger bun, we ordered two burgers and received them without the cheese and bacon even though they were on the menu. Do not recommend, there are much better burgers in Lausanne.

I had better management of the establishment before! This was really not the case today at noon because it was catastrophic. Either we need more staff for Sundays, or we must not let the restaurant reach its maximum customer capacity. However, I sincerely hope that the server present for the brunch shift today gets a big raise. It was only his empathy and professionalism that saved today's experience.

A particularly disappointing experience which will mark my last visit to this establishment. After an hour and a half of waiting, we received incomplete brunch menus which had to be returned to the kitchen. Even the best will of the waiter could not recover from the logistical shortcomings of the manager who preferred to provide disappointing services to all customers rather than quality to a limited number. This is the third time I have had this kind of experience with them and the last.

I was told about the good Crazy Wolf Burgers but I was very disappointed. I had the yummy burger with béarnaise sauce but found the steak to be tasteless and basic. The bread the same, nothing special... However, the burger menu is interesting because the homemade ice tea is unlimited! We will come back to try the ribs or other dishes or other chicken burgers but in any case not beef. 🌟 Plus: There are lots of options for vegetarians and vegans

Six of us came this Sunday to enjoy the crazy wolf brunch, which we had already experienced very positively in recent years. Our disappointment was even greater when we saw the catastrophic management of the restaurant today! Arriving at 12:30 p.m., we order directly and then sit down. After 1 hour of waiting, still nothing. We realize that people who ordered shortly after 12:00 have still not received anything either. Insufficient staff who seem torn between stress and nonchalance in the face of the quantity of orders received. More than an hour to receive nothing, on orders where there are few things to cook, is unheard of for us. What a surprise to see when requesting a refund at 1:30 p.m. the restaurant team still taking new orders, knowing that they have already not completed those from more than an hour ago! We leave more than disappointed with this experience, which will most certainly be the last at Crazy Wolf.

We came this Sunday for brunch, after 1h15 without receiving our order we finally left on an empty stomach... However, we had already been here and had a good experience. Perhaps to be avoided if too many people.

Great food, delicious burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Staff was also great!

We were disappointed with the brunch. It's a lot to pay for cold potatoes, a salad without sauce, bland eggs, a mini sausage and bacon which cannot save the plate by itself. The pancakes were also good but not enough maple syrup. The waiters, who barely understand French, wanted to charge us for the maple syrup included in the menu. Then brought us our plates, left with them and came back. And they forgot our drinks.

Amazing food what I had today. I can't find this kind of burger in Lausanne. I got an avocado chicken burger with menu. Chicken was so delicious and they use one whole avocado. That is amazing! I recommend this place.

We came around 9 PM and staff still received us warmly, making sure we understand all variations/options of the menu. Ordered the pulled pork burger and salade composée. Pulled pork was tender, salad was flavourful with many components. Overall it was a pleasant dinner, even though price is on higher end and the table for two was small (but they have spacious area). PS: pulled pork burger seems to be selling out fast, our order was mentioned to be the last portion of the day

The food was super good! We had the pull pork burger and it was delicious. Nice beers and ice tea too. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. Free water, lots of napkins, order and pay at the counter. Easy, quick and yummy. Highly recommend!!

Surprising discovery! A real little gem: nestled in the center of Lausanne, they offer incredible dishes! I took a menu for 28 francs (with student discount) consisting of a veggie burger, a salad, fries (the spicy ones are incredible) and a killer tartlet. In short, so good and top service! I recommend

Positive Bright place, friendly decoration, we liked the setting. Well salted fries. Negative point Far too long to wait easily 45min for our order. Explained by the fact that they have many takeaway/delivery orders. Which is very damaging for the customer who is physically present. Which would therefore mean that the burgers are good. Indeed they are good but the cooking of mine was absolutely not respected (ordered blue received on time) so it is very annoying. But since we had already waited too long, I didn't notice it. In any case, the waitress doesn't come back to see if everything is okay (I would have made the comment) nor when it's time to pay. Basically, be careful not to favor “virtual” orders to the detriment of the physical customer. And be careful when cooking, from rare to blue it goes from medium to medium to blue it greatly taints the pleasure of tasting. Looking forward to coming back one day to see if I had the “crazy” evening or if this is the norm.

Okay, where to start. The soulless burgers, nothing special and yet depending on the price I expected a slightly higher level. The fries: meh. Nothing to say just meh. Same for the salad with two drops of sauce. He was delayed by more than 15 minutes even though I ordered in advance online, I can't even imagine the wait there. Very nice and responsive waitress but the kitchen staff seems a little less friendly and above all, not very efficient. On top of that they forgot the drinks for my order. The place is very pretty, I would even say that it is one of the best looking of all the fast food and burger restaurants in Lausanne and yet I don't see why I would come back there. I think a rating of 3 is very nice for this “restaurant”

Great stylish chain restaurant. I particularly like this Lausanne location (it's also in the heart of the city). Food was great, service and presentation really top notch too. Menu options are also considerably varied and often quite unique. Food takes quite a bit longer than the usual fast food (think Holy Cow) and it's definitely quite a bit pricier than similar burger experiences (not five Guys level but still a bit out of reach of students–you spend min 25$ for a full menu) which explains the slightly lower score, but it's a really great experience over all.

Restaurant well located in the city center, but poorly signposted, because it is not easy to find the sign if you don't know it. The service is rather quick, you have to pay directly at the bar, arriving at 1 p.m., there were already plenty of dishes no longer available. The team is rather young and dynamic. The basket with pastries was rather disappointing, it looked very industrial.

Huge waiting time (45 minutes) before receiving a plate with two unfortunate toasts, and this for an exorbitant price. As for the burger, I don't recommend it because the meat has no taste. To avoid, there is much better for much less expensive. Not to mention the unpleasant staff.

Not suitable for children. The children's menus are booofff, no space to change diapers, 2 mega old children's chairs... Apart from that, peak hours require patience to eat...

Really nice food and friendly service. Obviously the prices feel high to someone not from Switzerland, but compared to other food I ate in the country, it felt like good value.

Crazybulk in one of the good burger place in lausanne on the second floor so don't be afraid to climb. Beer is local waiters are nice.

1st visit to Lausanne: 2 stars for the burger but that’s it. I took 17.- chicken burger + 8.- menu (fries and salad) + 3 chf for a coke.. so what a surprise at the checkout, it's a shame that we weren't informed about the price at the checkout. Fries not great at all... in short, move on

One of my favorite places in Lausanne Centre, very well located. The decoration is cozy and invites us to eat. The dishes are very good, and varied, including for vegetarians and vegans. The only small drawback that I will say are the prices which are not cheap (around 30 CHF per menu) and the waiting time can be long depending on the time. But hey, value for money we're doing pretty well and I thank the team for your welcome :)

Nice, good and fresh. But I invite you to review the system of 2 disposable cups to use the cold tea included in the menu. This creates a lot of waste for a small minority of people who would be tempted to overuse themselves; it would be more sustainable to trust consumers and switch to glasses. Especially since the “menu” supplement for fries and cold tea is CHF 8.—… which is not negligible.

Friendly setting, good atmosphere. Fair prices. Delicious pancakes. However, efforts need to be made on a few basics, such as pastries (pain au chocolat that are much too dry), granola (soft, non-crispy cereals), absence of glassware at the table (the only glasses available are cardboard!).

Hot mama burger is a little spicy and delicious. Pulled pork burger is also very good and love the french fires, salads as a set menu. Must to eat with family and friends 😍😋🥰

Brunch on Sunday, the idea is nice but the dishes arrived cold. A cold fried egg is not nice. Cold fries aren't nice either. The pancakes are good, the orange juice offered looks like a sample. The service is catastrophic, it seems that the staff are discovering their profession, without showing any initiative. Too bad, the idea was nice.
