Crest in Flims

Very sweet coffee, good selection and various baked goods. The service is terribly bad, the tables are always full of dishes from the last customers, you wait an average of 10-15 minutes before you can place your order. And the atmosphere could also be a little friendlier and more motivated. Nevertheless, we always like to come back because the ambience and the quality are more than right.

We drank cappuccini on site. The nut bar was my opinion from the day before, a shame. A smaller but fresh offer would bring more.

Fine patisserie combined with family atmosphere. You feel comfortable there. A culinary delight for young and old. I was able to enjoy the benefits of the Crest Feinbäckerei at a business event and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

About two years ago we had the pleasure of visiting Crest and enjoyed several morning meals that were rated five stars at the time. This week, however, we were unfortunately disappointed. It wasn't a single incident, but a series of smaller situations that led to our disappointment. According to the card description, Crest Feinbäckerei has already received several awards, which in my opinion requires exceptional qualities and unique selling points. Unfortunately we missed this on our last visit. Here are some points that make me reconsider my rating: Even though we were almost the only guests, we had to wait an unreasonably long time for service. The two ladies present initially seemed to be chatting with each other rather than serving us. The coffee was acceptable, but it was obvious that it came from a fully automatic machine rather than being made by an experienced barista. When we ordered the "Café Complet large" twice, we received a basket with exclusively white bread, including 2x butter croissants, 2x Weggli and 2x semmeli. There was no variety and no dark breads. This led us to believe that only white breads were served, possibly due to their cheaper production costs. After we pointed this out, two pieces of bread were exchanged as requested. Overall, we were disappointed with our breakfast at Crest, especially given the rather high cost for us. We're sorry to say we won't be considering visiting Crest again anytime soon. We regret this very much because our impression from two years ago was completely different.

Good food but service is not good at all. Ok that you don‘t speak English (which I would question in a ski resort) but being nice and smily is a minimum.

Good bakery/pastry shop, but the café leaves a lot to be desired; VERY BAD COFFEE (every capsule machine makes better), and exorbitant prices for the 'Zmorga' combinations from the last century... It's best to buy something and have breakfast at home..

Fine menus, friendly service. Addendum from 11/21/21: Four people were there yesterday. Dessert with cake was very good. Wanted to generously round up the bill from 38.60 to 45.-, a Corona surcharge so to speak. The server says she can't round up when paying by card. Then I paid exactly the amount asked because I didn't have any change with me. Dear Crest bosses: 1. I pay including tips in many places. Why doesn't this work for you? 2. Don't miss out on a lot of tips. It's not a complaint, just a notice. You have to decide whether you want to continue to forego tips. It's definitely not an advantage for the employees. 3. Many guests would simply say nothing and simply save the tip.

Unfortunately we were served very unfriendly. The lady literally told us that all the tourists should leave as much money as possible, shut up and leave as quickly as possible. Despite all the humor, I can only see this as absolute impudence. I can understand that it's not always pleasant with so many tourists, but in the end the lady earns her wages through us. It should also be mentioned that we bought a nut cake in an absolutely friendly and well-disposed manner and had something to drink in the cafe. A real shame, especially for the business owner. We were with you on Saturday June 30th around 5 p.m

Well, that was awesome. Cream rum peaks no longer exist. The best nut cake in Flims is now just a nut cake.

The apple strudel had lots of apples in it and luckily no raisins. The seating outside unfortunately is directly on the street where there is a lot of traffic. They also sell unpackaged ice cream

Bought wholegrain croissants and Weggli today at 8.30 a.m. Either from the day before or thawed, both dry and old!. In the future I'll go over to the Coop!.

You can buy very fine breads, cakes etc. and drink a nice coffee in the tea room

We wanted to have a cafe and cake here after a long hike. But that didn't happen because we weren't allowed to sit down because of our small dog (cocker spaniel). The waitress harshly told us to leave the store, but would it have at least been possible to sit outside? We don't know and we weren't told. But luckily there are plenty of other alternatives!

Not my first choice when it comes to buying bread. The sandwiches are deliciously filled and the patisserie is also delicious. Instead of a nut cake, I bring the Tuorta da Flem with me when I visit, which is always a hit.

Delicious cakes if a little pricey. Staff were a little short but maybe that's a Swiss thing! Nice atmosphere inside the shop. Very alpine. Close to the lift at the bottom of the hill so a great place to grab cake after a day on the hill.

Small but nice. Extremely friendly service, very good and fine selection of great quality. Invites you to linger. A fine, hot chocolate with fresh “melange” (whipped cream) is a poem. For this e.g. B. a vermicelle, what more could you want, smile.

We ate here for lunch one day. The tomato soup had too much salt, the quiche seemed like it was a little old, the gipfelis were nice, but nothing special. The outside cover of the Apple strudel was very bland, though the Apples inside were quite nice. All in all, it was okay, but we wouldn't go again.

We came at lunchtime and got a very nice sandwich made for us. There is also something for every taste, from bread to patisserie and pastries. Now that the season is warmer, there is also ice cream.
