Definitely worth a visit. Amazed by the diversity and cultural differences on the same topic. You can expect warm hosts, a lovingly designed exhibition, many exciting details, concentrated craftsmanship and a flood of impressions.

I have never seen so many nativity scenes from all over the world and made from almost impossible materials and from very large to tiny.

Closed on Tuesday. It is entered incorrectly in Google Maps. 3 hours of travel for nothing. Would have been the highlight of the day. It's been reported for a long time. Locals knew it was closed today. The owner hasn't done his homework yet.

A lovingly designed museum in an equally interesting building. We were able to admire nativity scenes from all over the world over two floors. The different views and designs are incredibly exciting. Some of the stories of the nativity scenes get under your skin. My elderly companion was able to move around barrier-free except for a few entrance steps. We were also warmly welcomed. Thanks

It's funny what you can discover in May: a museum, a café, a party room and everything in the context of the flu game and Christmas. We were greeted by an older gentleman who was very enthusiastic about the topic... It was such a shame that I wasn't in the X-Mas mood yet, it was too early in the year for me.

This is a beautiful collection housed in Stein am Rhein's oldest house dating to 1302. They have over 500 creches from 80 countries. We came here on an Alpenwild Christmas tour.
