We waited 45 minutes for lunch even though we chose a daily menu. The salmon was still 90% raw and went back. But since we ran out of time, we went back to work on an empty stomach. The staff apologized and were somewhat accommodating, but in the end they were simply overwhelmed by the situation.

The lamb also had zero seasoning...nothing had been put on it. It's a shame because other sit down meals looked much nicer.
