Best pizza in Neuchâtel! As an Italian I recommend this place 100%. The manager is very kind and you can feel the passion for Italian cuisine. We also feel its Italian origins in the good products we use. Go there with your eyes closed!

Very nice pizza! The dough was succulent. For information, Ppizza no longer exists despite their presence in the 2024 gourmet passport. This has changed and has become Da John Pizzeria again.

Everything is absolutely divine! Whether the dough, the tomato sauce and the ingredients are of very, very high quality. Cheap price, warm atmosphere and the owner is friendly, mastering his art of pizza. I recommend everyone to come and eat here. Hats off sir!!!

Once again very satisfied! The Antipasti plate is always a safe bet. Fresh products (mortadella, cooked ham, spicy salame etc.) and John's homemade pizza bread was truly a delight! Super recommended!

nice and cozy place. pizzas are delicious, salads are tasty too. they have nice beers. cheesecake should be ordered as a dessert. staff is kind and friendly. we went there when our daughter was starving and they served her food with a higher priority which we really appreciate.

You can make your own pizza by adding whatever you want from a large selection of ingredients. It was cooked well although some vegetables were a bit undercooked. The waitress was nice and service was quick. It is located in a central location, right near the old market square.

Good pizzas that you can make yourself with many choices. For dessert, I recommend the homemade tiramisu which is excellent. Very friendly boss and great service.

The pizza was extremely delicious. The way of ordering, a piece of paper on which you can tick what you want on the pizza, should be improved. You only have a QR code on the table and you can see pizzas there and then suddenly a little block appeared where you had to tick what you wanted on it. Good idea in itself, but this needs to be communicated properly and a small card would be nice.

The pizza becomes good with the melted mozzarella, hot, and not cold as it is served, as well as the gruyere. The goat cheese is different, the ham very average. The dough is good.

The pizza was very tasty, tasted very good and is highly recommended. Above all, it can be put together individually. Minus point: Caprese salad is not a salad, but a pizza (see photo). If there is only pizza on the menu, then as a customer I also want a salad with a caprese salad, as a fresh contrast to the pizza. It's a shame that the chef doesn't see this and is still angry.

Like in Rome! Quite simply the best pizzas in Neuchâtel. An establishment that doesn't look like much, with a very pretty terrace. We ate several dishes and everything was really good. The last time we ate a pizza this good was in Rome!!

I strongly advise against it. Take your pizza elsewhere. Decent pizza, nothing more, at a high price. Disastrous service and completely outdated. Too many tables for this small place. Less ambitions and more simplicity. A word of advice: take an organization course. If you can't keep up, reduce the number of tables.

We went to eat at lunchtime after class. We found the system of choosing what you wanted on the pizza very nice. The waitress, as well as the owner, were very friendly, fast and efficient. There was a small error in an order (extra ingredient) which the boss of course gave us. The pizzas were delicious and well stocked. Very crispy dough. We weren't hungry for the homemade tiramisu anymore but will probably go back for a snack!

Excellent ingredients in generous quantities, delicious thin dough like in Italy. Great concept where you freely choose your ingredients, they let me make an artichoke-pesto-gorgonzola pizza, and even if I had a little trouble believing it myself, it was excellent :)

The "Polpo e patate" menu at 17 CHF contains a lot of potatoes, and very little octopus with very thin slices of peppers (almost nothing). The octopus is of poor quality. It should also be clarified that it is an “octopus salad”. So 17.- to eat mostly potatoes, that’s a lot to pay!

I have never had a problem after numerous visits. Pizza has a very good cut, open wines and good beer at reasonable orix. The comments below which judge the boss or the waitress are shameful and false. The boss is super nice and caring. We just don't all have a smile 24/7, but he has it inside. Very beautiful and pleasant terrace. Friday is octopus and potato salad. Already a classic 😀👍

The service was not great. It took a while for us to get the menu and when we did the only form of meat available was pork or tuna. Also when the pizza came the tomato sauce was in a pool on the pizza and was dripping. Overall the worst pizza I’ve ever had

The service is not good. They made us wait a long time before coming to bring the menu. After that, one of our glasses, which already had water in it, was dirty. They brought us a new glass without replacing the water. So we paid for a bottle of water for nothing.....
