I had the pleasure of visiting "Pizzeria Schlössli Da Luca" and I have to say it was an absolute delight! From the ambience to the service, everything was first class. The restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes, but I have to particularly recommend the FC Schötz pizza - it was simply delicious! The crispy crust, perfectly baked toppings and generous portion really impressed me. It was definitely the highlight of my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and they ensured my experience was unforgettable. The restaurant is OK. The 4 stars describe it well. The service is slow and doesn't talk much, but are nice. The food is okay too, nothing that blows you away. One star deducted because the risotto was not risotto.

Food was inedible, 2 chickens were undercooked and cold, had to be grilled to make them edible. The fries that were delivered were cold and soggy. Paid 96.- for the entire meal, it definitely didn't justify the price.. Delivery time was 1.15 hours instead of 30 minutes.

We were almost the only ones who found the food OK. And the service was perfect.

We ate beef on a hot stone on site, it was very good, we were even given a napkin on the front of our necks so that the meat on the stone didn't splash all over us. Personally, I also really like the Cordon Bleu Hawaii. We often order pizzas and pick them up, which are also great. Twice we had mushrooms forgotten on the pizza. We ordered via Just-Eat. The delivery arrived quickly. Unfortunately the delivery was rather disappointing. We were looking forward to a fine, crispy lasagne with a mixed salad. What arrived was a strange lasagna floating in cream sauce. Unfortunately the lasagne was ice cold. We found almost no meat and the tomato sauce was a very thin tomato, cream, meat sauce and unfortunately it wasn't crispy either. One salad was great and one was unfortunately just a green salad. There was also a piece of bread, which was delicious.

Instead of ravioli with gorgonzola, they were baked with normal mozzarella, but with so much sage (which was not mentioned in the description) under the ravioli that they were completely inedible. Es kann passieren, das mal eine Bestellung vergessen geht beim take away. Wenn mann aber 3 mal anruft, wegen der Verspätung und einem 3 mal mitgeteilt wird dass das Essen ausgeliefert wurde und gleich kommt, wir es aber nie erhalten haben, sind wir schlichtweg angelogen worden. (extra eine Stunde im voraus Bestellt für genügend Vorlaufzeit) Zuerst gab es nichtmal eine Entschuldigung, als er merkte dass er uns vergessen hat. 10 min später dann wollte er jedoch gratis etwas liefern. Jedoch haben wir schon zwei Stunden verplempert und haben uns dann mit Käse und Brot verpflegt. Sehr schade und leider keine Werbung mit dem Verhalten.

Wir waren zu zweit an zwei Abenden in einer Woche hier.....am 1sten Abend hatten wir Pizza's, diese waren sehr sehr lecker. Am 2ten Abend gabs eine Enttäuschung nach der anderen, das cordonbleu Fleisch war zäh, das beste war der Käse und die Pommes, dazu war das Gemüse bestimmt nicht abgeschmeckt oder frisch zubereitet... Der zweite Teller sollte Rindsfilet auf dem heissen stein mit risotto sein, leider war dies alle und statt Rind wurde Schwein empfohlen, geliefert wurde rohes zähes Fleisch in Form von 3 medalion mit kroketten an einer pfeffersauce und 3 Spagetti in der sauce😅, der heisse Stein sowie das Rind wurde blos verrechnet🤑.... Meine Empfehlung gibts hier klar nur für pizzas, den Rest kriegt jede kochschule mit pubertierenden besser hin.... Leider haben wir das "essen nich fotografiert😢... Der Service war nicht der beste, nach dem abräumen wurden wir beide Abende nicht gefragt ob wir noch etwas möchten wie kaffe oder glace. Des weiteren wurden Getränke falsch geliefert und ein freundliches lächeln ist auch ein Fremdwort... Es macht fast den Anschein, als ob sie nicht interessiert sind an zurückkerender Kundschaft und bleibendem Umsatz.... Positiv zu erwähnen sind der kleine snack vor dem Essen und der kleine schlummertrunk nach dem Essen.... Nach dem mehrmaligen bestellen und liefern von pizzas die immer zeitnah und wie bestellt angekommen sind erhöhe ich die Sterne von 2 auf 4, der lieferservice finde ich super👍
