Occasionally I sit down at the Don and enjoy a glass of white wine on the terrace. The boss himself, Davide, always takes time to chat with me a bit. The terrace is small but nice and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the urban Spreitenbach. Always my pleasure!

This is superlative food! You have to book months in advance as the operator still grows his own vegetables. Hardly anyone can understand how high quality the art of cooking is practiced here.

This is how you run a restaurant. Not just warming up food, but also cooking it properly. Very friendly and homely. Gladly again. Unfortunately always fully booked.

As always, the food today was top class! The charming manner of the host can enchant us again and again. An oasis of good taste in the middle of Spreitenbach, this location must not remain an insider tip.

Used takeaway offer for the first time. Hamburger “Special” is recommended for when you’re slightly hungry or when you’re on the go. There is great joy in the traditional plated dishes. My favorite: Angus fillet on Grandma's potato gratin with fresh market vegetables. Dedicated host who knows how to create menus and enchant his guests. Expect a full restaurant after Corona.
