OMG! the best meal I have ever had! And I used to work with a Guide Michelin chef! We took te IDYLLE menu and every part was a fantastic surprise for both eyes and taste buds. The service is so friendly, fun and nice, not "stiff" at all, tables are spaced ut so one has total privacy, decor is lovely, the house itself gorgeous...I don't really know what to say. The hostess and the Maître d' are so kind, the latter with a sparkle in his eyes and makes jokes (if he feels you appreciate it...) and the Andorra waiter is THE BEST. We spent way too long there and nobody hurried us out.... NB don't miss the chef's prepared spices you can buy.... We will be back! And dom't miss out on the tailor-made, beautiful MOCKTAIL made by the chef to go with the meal!

POOR service – lack of staff does not justify it not Like every summer, in July we reserved a table at the Restaurant des 3 Tours in Bourguillon, being convinced that we would be seated on the terrace in this scorching weather... What a disappointment! - When we arrived, we noticed that the tables on the terrace were not set up!? If they don't open the terrace in this scorching weather, when will they open it? To our great astonishment, we were told that this was due to lack of staff…. Finally, we reluctantly agree to sit in the dining room. Nice excuse, only 6 tables occupied inside. The lack of staff is a good thing, 6 tables to set up, it doesn't take hours... - After the order, the sommelier arrives with the ordered bottle, he opens it and serves himself in front of us to taste the wine for us. In principle, it is the customer who tastes the wine and in case of doubt the waiter also tastes it. We were amazed! - During the 2nd starter which was a langoustine crown, I felt something strange in my mouth: a hair! It's not pleasant, but I don't make a scandal telling myself that this could happen. I call the waiter to tell him and ask to bring it back to the kitchen. He comes back without apologizing, telling me that it didn't come from them, implying that it was one of mine, but that the chef agrees to make the dish again for me. I refuse, reminding him that the hair was inside the crown and that my hair could not have gotten in there, even if I had done it on purpose. No excuse - The evening continues and my husband orders the cheese (Fr. 20.—additional for a menu at Fr. 180.-) knowing that in most gourmet restaurants cheese is included in the price of the menu. - At the end of the evening, chef M. Paiellereau makes his rounds of the tables. We tell him our various comments: terraces, wine service and hair inside my dish. NO EXCUSE, but he complains about lack of staff which I can hear, but not excuse. - The bill arrives, NO COMMERCIAL GESTURE: my dish with the hair is not even deducted, the coffees or the aperitif are not even offered. In short, this service does not justify a menu at Fr. 180.— (+ 20.- cheese) We're not going back there again!

Superbe soirée passée dans cet établissement bien connu de La région. Nous avons été ravis du menu mais je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et l’attention du service.
