Dieci in Zürich

I am always extremely satisfied with the gluten-free pizza. Anyone who has a gluten allergy knows that it is not easy to find gluten-free pizza and especially a very tasty pizza like the one at Dieci. Thank you very much for that 🙏🏻 and the delivery is always quick and on time. Highly recommended.👌🏻

Good value for money and super fast delivery. Your own website is also very well designed and at the same time simple, no hidden costs. Pizza was hot and tasted good too. There is absolutely nothing to criticize.

So my boys love Diecis, was there to pick up pizza today, very friendly and cheerful staff.

Always ordered online. Time always on time from 5 times. Almost like in Italy. Our children from 1 to 5 always ate everything and always praised the food.

Consistently good service for years

The food was excellent and the service was excellent. The restaurant has a very nice and authentic atmosphere with great attention to detail - we felt at home straight away. The food was high quality and simply delicious. The service was courteous, guided us through the menu well, made good recommendations and was very friendly.

Pizzas are delicious and delivery is always very reliable. I caught food poisoning (Shigella) from a lasagna here. It was handled very professionally.

The gluten free pizza was almost certainly from a subpar store-bought dough. I don’t have high standards but this was really bad. I give two stars because the pizza was baked on a separate aluminium tray so it didn’t come in contact with gluten flour :)

Napoli... was sooooooo salty I almost puked .... the girl on the reception did not speak English at all.... very bad experience...

One pizza was missing the extra topping and the other was more like pizza-flavored chewing gum dripping with grease. Really disappointing, you don't know anything like that from other Dieci branches.

I (mostly) have lunch here with my work colleagues (on site, in the store). What do you like? - unbeatable lunch menu offer, at (currently) 24 CHF (salad, drink and pizza of your choice)… that's great👍🏻 - Pizzas (own feedback and assessment from my work colleagues) are really good! - modern, clean atmosphere - easy ordering process, nice and quick service - Lunch checks are accepted - the ice cream (mango flavor) is very tasty 😋 What do you like less? In summer - like now on the hot days - it is very warm inside (because there are no outdoor spaces)... air conditioning is needed! I can only recommend this diece. Also suitable for a ‘business lunch’. And - because there are only tables of 4 - if no more than 4 people want/should sit at the same table.

Very good service, options of drinks and ice cream (we had coffee and chocolate, very tasty). I would go back, good experience. 8.5/10

Dear Dieci couriers I can understand that you are under pressure and want to deliver on time or be back at the branch. However, please follow the traffic rules. The speed limit on Eggbühlstrasse is 30. And if a small child is standing on the side of the road, then it is advisable not to press the accelerator. Update from 10/12/22: Thanks for the feedback. So far it hasn't happened again. I would contact you again if necessary.

Average pizza. But far from a really good one in terms of ingredients and taste. Overall, the pizzas have little to do with an authentic pizza. Disappointing

The customer manager of Dieci Oerlikon contacted me right away and was very concerned about my claims. They really tried to come up with my issue & even sent me vouchers to make amends to this matter. When I gave it a chance last week to place my order by phone, they exactly knew right away which pizza I would like to order. Good customer service is important! Finally, I adjusted my reviews towards Dieci. Seeing this implementation in short time convinced me & changed my opinion in a positive way. Grazie mille!

Best dieci pizza in the world It was 52 francs but they gave it to me for 30 francs

I regularly order pizza from Dieci, they are always very good and the delivery time can't be beat👍I only give 4 stars because of the size of the large pizza. A little too small in my opinion a family pizza should be a little bigger.

The pizza is actually really good but your drivers absolutely need to comply with traffic rules! Neunbrunnenstrasse is not a racing truck and you cannot run 80 km/h especially in the evening in residential areas with kids and families around!

Normally the pizza at Dieci is perfectly fine, this time, for reasons I don't understand, a pizza Occhio di Bue Speciale had anchovies on it. I made 5 orders in total in Oerlikon and each time I ordered pizza that was cooked extra light and each time I received it very dark and burnt. I didn't receive more than an apology. I recommend a new pizza maker, sorry! It's a shame I'm not allowed to include the photos here. Baden, on the other hand, is TOP

Unfortunately the pizza base was completely burnt and at the same time soggy in the middle. Despite ordering to cut the pizza, only the outer 4-5cm was cut. If it were eaten in a restaurant, no one would dare to give out a pizza like that. We couldn't enjoy the pizza we picked up for the park.

I don't usually give bad reviews myself but unfortunately I have to this time. The order was 20 minutes late and none of the pizzas we ordered were satisfactory. All the staff thought it was really poor quality. For me and my company, this is not recommended.

So I gave Dieci another chance - the 20 franc voucher was invalid and could not be redeemed in the online shop. Pizza was fluffy, semi-warm, the ham was partly hard. The pizza was delivered within 30 minutes.

Material was poorly distributed, everything in the middle.

We have been ordering from Dieci for years! The pizza always tastes good, delivery time apart from yesterday (but we were told —> football) is always very quick and punctual! And they are always friendly 👍🏼

Ordered pizza at 6:30 p.m.... yes the game between Switzerland and Spain is on... it's Friday... it's summer... peak times... etc... but it's still 7:15 p.m I asked.... I was promised that the pizza would be on its way in a few minutes..... around 8 p.m. it still wasn't there. Then I called and said I would pick her up personally - 4 minutes WALKING DISTANCE! 4 MINUTES!! Conclusion: ....whatever promises are made on the phone when the pizza will come, if it comes, you can't take it seriously! Remember: It's like gambling: Maybe you'll win! But if you don't like gambling then stay away from it!

After two hours I still didn't get any pizza. The phone is no longer picked up either.

Unfortunately we have been waiting for the pizza for more than 2 hours and when we contact us via phone we are always pushed away or even the phone is disconnected. A pity!

After 110 minutes of waiting, I called at 9:35 p.m. to cancel the pizza. I've always enjoyed ordering from Dieci because of the vegan and gluten-free offerings, but this was probably my last order...

After 2 hours of waiting I got a burnt pizza. Half of it was coal black. Never had such bad pizza, never again!

Then there's the chicken.... it's probably not of the highest quality.... I recommend that you stay away from it or that the owner change the chef

Hallo Die bestellte Pizza fand ich nicht schlecht und auch die Lieferzeit von 30min war sehr schnell. Folgendes hat mich jedoch gestört: Das bestellte Knoblauchbrot war kein Knoblauchbrot, sondern eine Galzone nur mit Käse als Inhalt und ein wenig Knoblauchgeschmack. Auf der Website von Dieci steht ganz klar "Knoblauchbrot" und auch das Bild dazu war ein klassisches Knoblauchbrot und entsprach überhaupt nicht dem Endprodukt. Die Website sollte bezüglich diese Produktes dringend richtig angepasst werden, da der Kunde so nicht die erwartete Leistung erhält.
