Best pizza in Friborg thanks to ten

The pizzas are no longer as good as they were 2, 3 or even 4 years ago. I usually order from Uber Eats, and until recently it was really delicious. I haven't been back in a while but now...Now the dough and cheese have changed, and I don't know why. The pizza has clearly changed in terms of texture and taste. Plus, the person behind me ordered spaghetti which she didn't like at all. She left without finishing them, barely having touched them... All these differences in the quality of the dishes raise questions. Damage...

I love Dieci pizza .They are one of the best in Fribourg . It's best eaten in the restaurant, the ingredients are good and the fresh pizza tastes delicious. They have a variety of vegetarian options but our favourite is the Margherita . Yummy with a chilled Coke .

Very very good Italian pizza (one of the best in the canton). Everything is great, the pizza, the service and the staff. The pluses = very very good, three sizes available, very good pizza oil. The minuses = a little expensive and the very fast food side of delivery (well it's a delivery chain so logical). In any case I encourage anyone reading this comment to give it a try!

I ordered online, the delivery system is very simple and very quick, the delivery people are very professional and smiling. Not to mention the pizza, crunchy but thin, the right compromise. I didn't expect to eat a pizza like this in Switzerland. Congratulations to the whole team.

Making fun of! Imagine ordering a pizza at 11 a.m. to receive them at noon and finally waiting for them until 1 p.m. In addition, the delivery man arrives giving frozen salmon in a package apart from the pizza, apologizing that they did not have time to prepare it… one star because the pizza was not bad in itself but I will not order again from Dieci.

Hands down the best pizzeria in town with the tastiest, creamy vegan cheese! I love their pizzas, the ingredients taste super fresh and delicious. You can either order from their menu or completely customise your own pizza. They have a few tables if you want to eat in, reservation is highly recommended though.

We have been ordering from dieci since they opened years ago in Fribourg. Never had any problems. Thin crust pizza a delight, always generously garnished and very, very good. That said. Mid-September receipt of the order and disappointment, very little garnish and no longer the same taste, we recommend mid-October taste improve but still not the same garnish not great either and yesterday the same. So the last 3 times really a shame😏What did you change to your recipe?

Good evening, I was very disappointed. The welcome was cold we waited for the pizzas for a while and once they arrived the edges were huge, the extras were very subtle there pizza dough was very thin so less interesting, the pizzas were bland and the topping of the small pizzas was very minimal. I often eat dieci in Neuchâtel and I have never been disappointed.

I just had “take away”, but I usually order “delivery”. Their pizzas are delicious and so are the desserts and salads. We have never been disappointed. In store, the staff is attentive and very helpful. Fresh and appetizing ingredients. The wait was not long, and the pizzas were perfectly made. I totally recommend. Well done !

Yesterday I ordered two vegetarian pizzas from Dieci Fribourg. One of them, only with mushrooms, was for my children. Imagine my surprise when my son told me that he found ham on the pizza. So I called Dieci to explain and inform them of my dissatisfaction, they gave me the pizza maker. He explained to me that he himself had prepared these pizzas with the greatest care and attention to detail, but that to err is human. Then he also told me that it was wonderful that my children still ate the pizza so it didn't go to waste. Personally I don't find it wonderful at all, if it was an allergen, it could have had very serious consequences, fortunately that was not the case. He also said he would compensate me with a voucher to apologize for the inconvenience caused, I'm still waiting for it.

I often order from them. I can make special pizzas that are always respected. Unrivaled in quality. The price is right. Never disappointed. I will just put down delivery people who sometimes forget the card machine or a dessert...

When we ordered for the first time from Dieci, we were pleasantly surprised, the pizzas were excellent, well garnished and well cooked. However, for several months the quality has continued to decline, approximate cooking, less and less toppings provided, etc... Today we ordered a ham pizza (there were precisely 5 small pieces of ham on the pizza) and a pizza rustica supposed to be topped with pancetta, I'm still looking for it... It's extremely unfortunate to go from one of the best pizzerias in Friborg to one of the worst in less than a year...

I always get takeaway pizza and I find it really good... I recommend it!

Disappointed to have been charged for an exchange of VEGETABLES (spinach instead of peppers!) in addition to 2.- on our two pizzas without having been informed in advance. The hostess found it normal to charge EXTRA for an ingredient exchange.

For some time now the quality of pizzas seems to have deteriorated a little (oily pizza, fewer toppings). The real problem is the quality of service!! Three consecutive errors on deliveries with ingredients not ordered (allergy). Two of these 3 orders were made-to-measure pizzas, a service which is also charged more. A first error is corrected as part of a delivery: product returned free of charge within the hour, which is appreciated. During a second problem: no commercial gesture (neither discount, nor drink or dessert offered) is made following the waiting time as part of a takeaway sale for 6 pizzas (more than 30 minutes of waiting for a pizza made twice!!). During a third error on a delivery this time no commercial gesture is made and the product is not replaced. Pizza ok but to be avoided for customer relations. Dieci has just lost a customer!

They had already made a mistake 3 times on orders (presence of a food item while the request indicated "without"), but on the last one they refused to acknowledge their error, therefore neither refund nor correct order... Lamentable !

I ordered two pizzas on a Saturday night, one with vegan mozzarella (!!!!!) and one normal, and what can I say: both excellent! Really happy to have found this pizzeria that also does home delivery (free delivery!). Unfortunately I have no photos to add, because hunger won, but I highly recommend it!!!

Pizza was very good in itself, but the delivery person was very rude, not a good day and goodbye, nothing. In addition, she only sent me a text message and called me once, I went out onto the street 3 minutes after the call, where I didn't see any Dieci delivery van. (Doorbell apparently didn't exist...) After several attempts to reach her, I was pushed away. After 1 hour the pizza finally arrived, but it was ice cold. Very disappointed....

J’ai commandé une pizza personnalisée, c’est une option géniale car j’ai pu retrouver le goût de ma pizza préférée avec que des ingrédients que j’aime. La pâte est bonne, assez salée mais top! Les ingrédients dessus étaient frais et très goûteux. La livraison a été rapide et le coursier était très agréable! Bravo

very good pizzas, the dough is great!. Unfortunately, the Hawaiian pizza was a bit bland (not much pineapple and ham, perhaps due to stress?), but it was still tasty. I had the pizza with eggplant, pepperoni, mushrooms and artichokes - highly recommended!! Otherwise great dough, quality ingredients, short waiting period, although many orders came in. we will definitely come again.
