So I ordered online and it's been 3 times that they've delivered me the wrong drink. And then comes a statement like yes, take it, that's fine🤦🏽‍♀️ no, I'm paying for something I like to have.

Very friendly service. Hygiene is very important, which can also be seen in the food. For me the best recommendation within a 15 kilometer radius.

Food: I ordered a Dürüm, with different ingredients. The quality of the meat and vegetables was very good and tasted perfect. However, it was the quantity that I found unsatisfactory. For CHF 13.-, which in my opinion is a rather high price for a Dürüm without a drink, the quantity has to be right. However, after I happily ate the unfortunately not well-filled Dürüm, I was still hungry. For CHF 8 or CHF 9 that would have been manageable... It's a shame because the quality was very good. The service was very good, however the employee spoke very quietly and I didn't really understand what he was saying. Then I just said everything I wanted. The ambience is a matter of taste, it's not my taste - but I took the food take away, so it's irrelevant. The amount of meat and side dishes in the Dürüm may vary and I was just “unlucky”. If that is the case -> not a future-oriented business tactic. As constructive criticism I would say: Ask the customer whether the quantity is correct. Not everyone has the same hunger, and it would be a shame if too much was spent and food was thrown away. I certainly wouldn't have thrown anything away that day. I've been there a few times and I really like the food. The location is ok in size, parking is sometimes a bit difficult around lunchtime. But it's worth it for the delicious food. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Not seasoned, forgot the onions and the meat, sorry you can't describe it, 1 bite and threw both cevapi in the trash, ordered no cevape disgusting! But kebab is something completely different. It's a shame it used to be better but today was just bad.

Food arrived cold. We ordered an XXL kebab and a normal kebab. Since they both seemed the same size to us, we put them on the scales. They were almost exactly the same weight. So I paid more for an XXL kebab but didn't receive it anymore. We also ordered 1.5L Ice Tea Peach. We got two 0.5L Ice Tea Lemon. Ordered something else and got something else. We don't order from Döner Stop anymore because it's not the first time something like this has happened. The order was not recorded incorrectly because we made it via Justeat. The foil with the big kebab also said XXL. So nothing wrong was recorded but it was simply saved on their part.

Fast delivery does not always mean good delivery. The food came cold. For the price of the kebab box I get more a few meters away and then it tastes good too. Doner bread is rubbery and the filling is also cold. After a long search you find a blob of sauces. Totally thrilled the first time and now totally disappointed a few months later - this is the last time we've ordered here. The competition is worlds better and we will prefer it again in the future. A pity.

Unfortunately the staff didn't know whether it had a vegan sauce - or it didn't. The vegan menu was specifically advertised outside. It's a shame, the falafeldürüm was just dry and bland without any sauce. If you offer a vegan menu, please think ahead.

1.Kebab ordered by phone. Went to pick him up after about 20 minutes. What was ordered was kept (no spicy, no onions). Was kept warm. Friendly staff, despite a short waiting time. (customers in front of me) After the return journey (approx. 20 minutes) we ate at home. Still warm enough. Bread was delicious and the content was right. Even with an environmental napkin. Weak point: Parking spaces (everyone was occupied, had to move) No question about meat (veal or chicken) Conclusion: Price/performance is right. 5 out of 6 points. Will order again 👍
