Subway in Oftringen

The two of us went to Subway and were served pleasantly by the two ladies. Food was very tasty. Gladly again👍🏼

01/28/24 Noon: The two ladies who served us, one was cheeky, the other looked like she had just come from a party and was very unmotivated. Every customer who came to the counter was followed by a deep sigh. The salad bar wasn't clean, for example there were onions with the jalapenos. The same knife was used for the bread by all customers. This has never been the case with other branches. The bread was also very hard. It's a shame that such unmotivated and unhygienic employees work in this place. We are always there at the Supercharger, but there are also other restaurants where we can visit. It was probably the last time we ate there.

The employee with the tattoo is highly motivated, friendly, quick and easy, great pay increase immediately!!!

I was in Subway today between 9:30 p.m. and was looked after very well, the employee was very friendly, helpful and smiled, she helped me choose a sandwich, I got a perfect and delicious sandwich, I was looked after very well, I will come back.

We were in the store around midday today, September 7th, 2023. An older lady served us. I have to say, as soon as she saw us coming we didn't feel welcome. She was very rude, and listless. Otherwise the food was very good and the seats were comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back, but only for the food.. 😉

I was in the subway today on May 25th on my birthday. I wanted to have a delicious meal at 7 p.m. and it was like a gift from the lovely employees, the food was perfect, the people were nice and great and I had a nice evening I will definitely come back. According to Google opening times they were open until 1:00. At 0:31 the unfriendly employee stopped serving us and instead wanted to get off work as quickly as possible. Your partner was sitting there waiting for you! She was cheeky, spoke broken German and literally kicked us out.. took place on Friday evening April 21st, 2022 We drove an extra 40 minutes to this subway and then had to leave the place angry! Please adjust your opening hours if they do not match those of Google.

Subway, the employees were nice, the food was ok... the vegetables were already very cold in the baguette and therefore not that good. The tables and chairs could have been cleaner. Relatively expensive at just under 20F, but that's just how it is in Switzerland.

We were guests here before and were dissatisfied like hell because of the previous staff. Today we were served by 3 gentlemen, it was TOP. We'll come back often! Sandwich was great!

Update August 1, 2022 To date we have not received a voucher that was promised to us under this post, it was probably just written that it looks good..!! Today, May 8, 2022 at around 12:15 p.m The lady with black hair served us again, unfortunately very unfriendly again today... when my partner pointed out to her (like the last time) not to toast the chicken sandwich with the same program as the salami sandwich, She was apparently completely overwhelmed... she put a sandwich in the oven and called her employee to continue serving us... she then disappeared into the kitchen. After we complained to her friendly employee, she only had us very bossy looks thrown at us... we find this very unprofessional and extremely unfriendly... well, next time we'll ask your colleague right from the start, there's nothing to complain about with him either, he was very friendly and served us as expected should be.. when we walked past the subway 4 hours later she was still punishing us with her evil eye, unbelievable.. do you really not get good staff these days? 🤔

Totally overwhelmed and there were about 5 people. Food was good.

I particularly liked the wedges as a side dish ☺️ To the people who have recently left a 1 star review, always with the same text: It's super embarrassing when you try to get a free meal using a fake review. If you can't afford the food then make yourself a sandwich at home 🥪 I think the team at Subway Oftringen is doing a great job 🙌🏻

Yesterday, January 26th, 2022, I and my partner were in your store at around 9:40 p.m. We stood in line and were happy to have arrived on time before the store closed. A young lady was serving 4 guests. There was also a couple waiting in front of us. Behind us is another couple. Suddenly, while she was serving the four guests, she called out to us, a total of 6 guests, that the shop was closed and she would not serve us. We mentioned that it's not even 10 p.m. yet. She didn't care. Apparently she had a lot to do that day and didn't want to serve us anymore. After a back and forth, she remained stubborn and sent us all away! Absolute impudence. Especially because there were still a few guests at the tables consuming their food and the group was served before us. Never again!

Yesterday at 9:45 p.m. I got to the subway, at about 9:53 p.m. the lady was there, since she didn't make any sandwiches because she had to get there at 10 p.m. Pretty quick, there are a lot of different things! And what's more, it's done extremely slowly and unmotivated. She would have done a nice job if she had served everyone. And 10 minutes overtime won't hurt anyone! Very unprofessional behavior!

ADDENDUM: The answer from the owner - should we comment on this? - I don't know this Berisha. Wrong accompanying person - It's January 26th, 2022, when I had to experience how unfriendly and zero customer friendliness there is in the store. I arrived at the store at 9:40 p.m. because closing time was 10 p.m. Be careful!! There was a couple in front of us and people were being served at the checkout. at 9:45 p.m. - the service person (long black hair) screams - it's 10 p.m. she closes - but it was only 9:45 p.m.? She was told the correct time and continued to serve the group without comment, at a snail's pace (intentionally to pass the time) at 9:53 p.m., after which she said she finished serving and the group sat down to consume at Subway You again; it's closed, she doesn't serve us anymore - be careful of the couple in front of us (also couples). Reason - she worked a lot all day and wants to go home at 10 p.m.?!? 1. People are still consuming on site (5 people) - 2. It closes at 10 p.m. but she can still serve the last two couples. A pure disaster!! Lazy and incompetent in one person! We note January 26th, 2022 at 9:40 p.m. - The person who was on shift should either be reprimanded or terminated accordingly! Never again!!

Very unfriendly employee at 9:40 p.m. She didn't want to serve us anymore. I have never experienced such an unfriendly, lazy and disrespectful employee. Because the rest of the customers simply sent them out. Date January 26th, 2022!!! A person like that should be fired.

CHF 43 For two sandwiches. Wobbly industrial bread, filling in the sandwich for cheap price and performance... No, I won't visit again

Good selection of breads and ingredients for toppings, something for everyone. Mostly young, friendly staff at the start.

Was there this evening at around 6:40 p.m. With my 2 sandwiches they had to prepare a total of 6, 2 of which were already in the oven. I waited 20 minutes, fast food is different... The girls behind the counter have fallen asleep. It's just a hassle when you want to get something to eat quickly after working for over 9 hours, the shop is empty and they fall asleep while preparing it. The way they did it seemed completely uncoordinated. What do you do with a lot of people? Friendliness sometimes leaves something to be desired. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! Quality is always good but it's no use if the service behind it is modest. 😊 If that were better I would visit Sub more.

After a long time I paid another visit to Subway Oftringen, this time with a bit more hunger, so I chose "all you can eat". As always, the subs were very fresh and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back in the future, keep it up!👍🏼 P.S: It would be cool if Subway would also integrate the wraps and cookies into the all you can eat 😉

The food at Subway is always the same and always great. However, the staff at this subway should be trained. I wanted processed cheese and then got another cheese on top. After that I wanted corn and she put olives on it for me. When I asked, she didn't listen to me and just put the sauce on me. They were also very unfriendly. More motivation would also be a plus.

I took advantage of the all-can-eat offer. The place was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The various subs I chose were prepared with visible dedication and a smile. All in all it was great! 5 stars and a definite repeat visit from me!

Tried a Subway sandwich here for the first time and I have to say, it's just awesome! I prefer the sandwich rather than a kebab or something similar! Great service, great sandwich, I've recently become a regular customer :-) See you soon!

When I finished eating I went outside for a cigarette. I went back in and sat down with my colleague and wanted to refill my cup with cola when the woman said I wasn't allowed to refill it because I had left the restaurant.WTF??? We were a group of over 20 people who ate there. Never again...
