Visited zurich for a day, was looking for good shisha place to watch champions league and have a good shisha to smoke. This place delivered. Very good shisha, very good workers. Owner was amazing as well, very friendly service. Shout out from canada. Will come back there again!

Very good service! It has the best shishas here. She is always courteous, always asks if everything is okay and she is very polite and courteous. Very cozy on Sundays and weekends too! Can only be recommended.

Very, very good and cozy bar. The outdoor area was converted especially for the Corona situation, now there is a stable roof which allows you to sit outside even when it rains. Top shisha and top service.

Pros: -Good shisha -Friendly staff -Pleasant atmosphere Cons: -A bit expensive prices for what you get -Sticky floor -Music was a bit intrusive, but could be changed upon request. Overall, this shisha bar is definitely worth recommending if you value a good shisha and friendly staff.

Delicious shishas and a quiet outdoor area in the backyard. Very friendly service, but could be a little more attentive. There are a lot of students from neighboring schools there, especially at lunchtime, and you should be prepared for longer waiting times. Very mixed crowd in the evening.

Very little space inside. There are screens, BUT there are advertisements for psychics, mediums and other strange experts with cards. I liked the coconut cocktail, thank you for that. The tables are very close to each other. I accelerated as soon as I entered and ran into someone else’s table :) and when you ask for a WiFi password, your phone is taken far away and for a long time. But then they returned)))

Really sad. I've had a lot of experiences with shishas and shisha bars, but this one was a complete failure and the worst trip so far. The staff is extremely unfriendly and the service is terrible. The waitress only comes to take the order after a certain amount of time and the shisha is just miserable. This place is really not recommended.

I'm not a smoker, went there with my friends though. Literally nothing to do but smoke, barely 3 non alcoholic beverages. Very loud music and no dancing which is kind of limiting. The seating assembly makes it kind of everyone is in couches forming a big circle. I don't know but the whole experience was weird to me but the place was almost crowded so apparently that style fits a lot of tastes.

The owner is one of the unfriendly people I have ever met. At first he said he was closed and didn't want to serve us. After we were walking along the Diwan Shisha Bar again almost an hour later and my colleague stuck his tongue out through the window, this extremely friendly shop owner stormed out and wanted to start a fight with my colleague. Stay away from this bar and the owner!
