Absolutely brilliant! My new favorite restaurant in Lausanne! Clearly my favorite pizzeria (Italian word!). The pizzas are EXCELLENT (including the gluten-free one, truly incredible!!)!!! The dough is homemade, as well as the tomato sauce. Possibility of personalizing your pizza according to the desired ingredients. Having many food intolerances, I often have difficulty digesting my dishes... Except here! My stomach has never felt better than after this meal! We feel that these are quality ingredients. All ingredients are seasonal and come from up to 30km away. And the homemade cold tea is delicious, not too sweet, perfect! The place is super well located, the room is small (4 tables upstairs + 1 counter near the pizza oven) and therefore not too noisy (reservations recommended during peak hours). They have just expanded their hours and are now open 7 days a week, including evenings. There is even the possibility of privatizing the place for free. You can also take away or deliver on JustEat (by bike). In addition, the staff is adorable, we feel that there is a good atmosphere in this team of friends! It’s obvious that the ethical commitment is sincere, we feel the passion of the staff! Really, everything was perfect, I will come back very often! P.s. Please leave the goat cheese all year round (and not just on seasonal pizza) because for people who can't eat mozzarella, it makes a great alternative for people suffering from intolerances.

We came last night, The place is very warm, the welcome and the service very pleasant and the seasonal pizza with spinach was excellent (I actually found it an innovative type of pizza). We had a great time.

If you really want to taste a real pizza, then don’t skip this restaurant. Your taste buds would scream from happiness and joy from the perfect taste. We tried the seasonal pizza ( spinach with smoked cow cheese) and the other was classica pizza ( vegetarian one). The staff was super friendly and nice and the place was super cozy. Highly recommended

Charming, intimate place to share a good pizza! The welcome is very warm and the pizzas excellent. I had a margherita pizza and I enjoyed it! The local cuisine is changing and the service is top notch! Thank you for this good time! Please note, it is better to reserve because there are not many place settings.

The service is great but the pizza had no taste for a napolitan pizza and was almost cold, didn’t deserve at all the price i paid

Excellent pizzeria, I assume it's Italian owned. The crust is so light that I almost ordered a second pizza. Good quality ingredients. Great prices. Small interior with few seatings.

The pizza is really excellent, the dough is sublime, you really feel like you’re in Naples. The staff is super welcoming and happy to chat for 2-3 minutes, which is nice compared to places where they serve you without saying a word. The atmosphere upstairs is nice and the prices are quite reasonable. The story of the products coming from max 30 km from Lausanne is really great. The environment/climate aspect is real and is not Greenwashing like in many other businesses/services that claim to be sustainable and responsible. The only downside if we really had to say one, is that the small pizzas are perhaps a bit too small for the reduction of 6.- we found, after that it's our opinion that it probably suits other people. We will definitely come back :)

very pretty and cozy little place we are really well received and served there the two people present that evening were smiling, helpful and happy to chat the pizza dough is very good and airy (toddlers) less: the toilet room could be a little cleaner the fruit juice is excellent but expensive for such a small glass homemade cold tea is really not very sweet, not necessarily negative, but be aware ;) we'll be back soon

Delicious pizza and deserts. The concept is that all ingredients are local and their dedication to ingredient selection comes through in the taste of all their products. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the table upstairs are just a few so it feels very intimate. Would recommend both for on site and for takeaway!

As a foreigner visiting (from the USA) this place is very accommodating and reasonable and of course I'm only writing this because their za for which my party had 2 types, both were 10/10 delicious. I want to go again while I'm in town it's that good. The woman working the register was very nice too and spoke English though ymmv

Pizza just too good, by far one of the best eaten in Lausanne! The dough is delicious and the ingredients super tasty (the homemade tomato sauce makes all the difference), the prices are correct… discovered thanks to the fastpass but we will come back :)

I had dinner in this small restaurant in Lausanne and enjoyed a simple and delicious dinner. A well made pizza and an alcohol free IPA beer which was a real find! The owner and the waitress are wonderful, friendly and thoughtful people A 5 star place!

Excellent pizza! The seasonal zucchini flower pizza was very tasty. You can tell there is passion behind these pizzas. Highly recommend you order a couple pizzas to bring to the park for an alternative of the usual picnic options.

Magnificent little discovery in the center of Lausanne, not far from the train station. We were welcomed by smiling and cheerful staff! My partner and I are big pizza fans, particularly Neapolitan pizzas, and we were won over by the quality and taste of our pizza. This one enters the top (very high) of our ranking of our best pizzas! We were able to eat there, upstairs where there are only 4-5 tables, which gives this place a very nice little character to have a good time with two or more people. We'll come back! Your customers at the table next to the toilets ;D

I’ve been waiting all 2022 to try Domani and I’m so glad I did! The pizzas were delicious. It was the best Neapolitan style pizza I’ve had in a long time. Friendly staff, stylish setting, and tasty menu. Can’t wait to try more!

Pros - delicious dough - prefect amount of toppings - beautiful decor Cons - not open 24hrs a day! I could eat this pizza at any time 😂 From start to finish simply excellent experience and exactly what the area needs.

Uh… sucks :-( Bad experience for me. The reception is not very warm, the price is high and the taste is not up to par. The setting is outdated, it has its little charm. We can highlight organic and local producers while cooking. My pizza was full of water, I had to make a reduction of tomatoes... Rather than sprinkling micro pieces of mushrooms, 4 thin slices would have been enough for me and it would have been more aesthetic. Thinner mozzarella blocks please. In short, bad experience for me.

Super tasty pizzas with the fluffiest crust and freshest, local & organic ingredients. The tomato sauce is so delicious as well, you can definitely taste that it’s homemade. I highly recommend this place!

Being gluten intolerant, I found my happiness in Lausanne and you also have the option of asking for half and half pizza, which remains original! Mario and his team are very welcoming, prepare the pizzas with care and love and have a real eye for detail :) You will only find quality, local ingredients, in a place decorated with great taste. We feel the emphasis on quality, the welcome is cordial, the local/organic concept, the prices reasonable (for this quality). There are few seats, it gives the impression of being with friends/at home. The pizza I just ate at Domani is - in my opinion - the best in Lausanne. It "forced" me to write a few words here (this is only my 2nd time), because I believe that this restaurant deserves to be appreciated. Let's support quality, so we'll have more and more!

I just tried this new restaurant. - Welcome: Super mega warm - Pizza choice: Atypical but positive. We tend to have a choice of 999 Pizza. But there, little has been seen of the local concept. I am for :) - Quality: I loved it. We see that the dough is worked and homemade. My colleagues noticed the quality visibly :) I didn't share because I was hungry ^^ - Price: Suitable. Affordable. - Speed: Super :) We didn't wait 1000 years I haven't tasted the cakes yet, but on IG they make me want it :) I can ONLY recommend :)

Very friendly welcome and service. The pizzas were good, but we realized afterwards that some ingredients had been missing (namely the nuts on the Cenerentola and the basil on the Bufala) and that those present deserved to be a little more in my opinion. taste (blue cheese and sausage). So maybe we just need to give the pizza maker an extra espresso on Saturday morning 😁

Very good pizza with good ingredients and also a menu with originality and depending on the moment it seems to me (friarielli, chicory...). We see that Mario is preparing a dish he likes. Top location and nice setting. I have to go back there too to taste the artisanal desserts!

The pizzas are made with local products which makes them good but a little expensive. Very efficient staff in the kitchen but lacks dynamism in service.

We were titillated by the concept of a sustainable pizzeria, which Mario detailed for us, but we will especially remember the quality of the dough of his pizzes and the originality of his toppings. All this served with a smile! We look forward to going back!

For the concept and decor of the new premises at the little oak, well done! They wanted to give me a burnt pizza (despite the big eyes of the pizza maker and the cashier at the sight of the disaster) and I asked for another one. Very good taste but burnt underneath, not cooked enough inside, and much too small in diameter for the price!! Lots of progress to be made, noted leniently because it was the first week of activity!
