Domino's Pizza in Zürich

Classic Dominos - a US pizza every now and then is delicious here. There have been no delivery errors so far - and if there were, I called ahead. The take away staff are very friendly and the couriers are always very helpful. Local is ok, functional - but you can also go somewhere else on a date.

For a few times in a row we have been getting pizzas smaller than usual, thinner and ingredients sparingly used. Either they have changed their portion measurements without announcing or something weird is going on. Pictured are medium vegetariana and cheesy bread. Been purchasing these for a long time and lately it’s not the same anymore.

For your information, I live less than 10 minutes by car from the restaurant! According to the food delivery app, my order should arrive within a certain time frame, of course the later time is always assumed. So now it's been 2 hours since I received the order and I should expect at least another half hour..!! Unfortunately I can no longer cancel the order because the order has been being prepared for almost 2 hours (!), which means I have to wait until I get the food. I would have otherwise gone somewhere to get my food during this time! I would have had to walk there (if I had had the time) to tell them what I thought straight away!

I had a big problem with that Domino's, which is that I ordered a half and half pizza with mozza crust and no olives... And the pizza I got was nothing like what I ordered ! I payed extra for a mozza crust that was nowhere to be seen (got thin dough instead), the peppers were also missing, the ingredients were put randomly on the pizza (talk about half and half) and there were olive pieces all over the pizza that I had to hand-pick out myself because I hate olives. And of course I couldn't say that to the guy who gave it to me because he clearly didn't speak a word of english. Do not go there, I know I will not go back ever.

I ordered a Margherita to take away for lunch and it went quickly, but the pizza was still raw in the middle! UPDATE: Dominos has made it up to you with free pizza. I'll get back to you with another update once I've redeemed it :)

Lunch with colleagues at Dominos Glatt. My pizza half and half (Quattro Formaggi & Hawaii) was very tasty. There was also cheese in the rim, really recommended. We also tried “pizza cubes” with jalapenos, really delicious 👍. Good selection of drinks, various sauces (garlic top), nice employees take care of the guests. Gladly again.

There are 2 wheelchair parking spaces on site, one at the beginning and one at the end of the parking row. The entrance is accessible via a small threshold. There is a long table right at the entrance where you can also sit as a wheelchair user. The toilet can be opened using a door code. There is good space in front of the toilet and there is a grab bar on the left and right. Unfortunately the mirror is too high, the soap dispenser is a bit broken and paper for drying was completely missing. We had to wait over half an hour for our food and sometimes we didn't get what we ordered (20 chicken pieces but only got 10 - at least at the correct price).

It used to be good, today I received the pizza after 50 (!) minutes: it was cold!!! Don't order anything anymore!

Went to Dominos for lunch today, placed the order online and when we arrived we only had to wait a short time for the food. The first employee was very, very friendly and the decor was also inviting. Since the weather was good, we ate outside and there was plenty of seating. The food was really great, they prepared it with love even though it was lunch time. I will gladly come again!

I am so disappointed. Every time something is forgotten and often sauces too. I like to order the Cinnastix and every time I forget the icing. The last three times I even wrote in the note (at the end of the order) but please don't forget the icing and AGAIN no icing. I'll never order there again.

When we reported to the store, we were first asked if we spoke English, the employee only spoke English. When we said no, we were redirected a total of 4 times. The food itself was good, even if the flour in the batter was a bit weird, and the fried chicken wasn't really crispy either. The staff was friendly but a bit special. And the location and furnishings, oh well.

The place is super close to Glatt center and the pizzas are great as one would expect from Dominos. The sunsets from the bistro are a delight to watch. Staff are nice and bathrooms were clean. Closed from 1330 to 5pm on weekdays though :)

Dominos Pizza is actually my favorite pizza, the classic American pizza. The taste is always great. We've had it twice now and within a very short period of time that an incorrect order arrived or ingredients were missing from the pizza. The first time we called and they were kind enough to bring a new pizza, but it was also wrong. But we didn't have any problems for a long time, just repeated recently. For the taste I would give it 5/5!

Ordered a large pizza, received a small pizza. Called & received a new, correct pizza for free without any ifs or buts. That's what I call customer friendly. Mistakes can happen & that's why it's nice to see if you stand up for them. Pizza was great, thank you very much!

I've been disappointed twice already. Once I ate the pizza directly on site, the staff were quite unfriendly, not a really pleasant atmosphere to eat there, very simple and monotonous decor. The second time I had the pizza delivered. First of all, the only positive thing: delivery was relatively quick. On both orders (local & delivery) the pizza was not good. The pizzas have something like frozen pizza, rubbery dough/crust and the toppings don't taste good at all. Seems like it has frozen sauce & cheese on it. If you like fast food and don't value taste then you're in the right place, otherwise it's better to invest 2 francs more and get a real pizza. The prices here at Domino's aren't that cheap - especially not for what you get. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.
