A really sketchy place but the food is good.

Delicious and fast pizzas. Good treatment, towards customers. Highly recommended

I wanted to order something here again after a long time. After I realized that they were now charging 6.90 just for delivery, the items went into the bin. So I will look for another delivery service in the future. Something like that is out of the question for me!

This place is disastrous. Watched the guys there handle all sorts of change and bank notes with the same gloves they use to make our pizzas. Despite raising the topic with your coworkers already 3 times, they don't seem to understand. Do they not understand, or are they unable to follow simple hygiene guidelines? Disgusting.

Food was great. I was there on Friday at 2200, I found the argument between the employees particularly cool. Then he really says: “then go!” And he just left. Was VERY amusing. Thank you. The ambience could be improved a bit. It's just fine for a quick pizza.

I ordered a pizza for the address grundstrass 20, and the pizza arrived cold.. and be careful, the pizzeria is 2 minutes away from the referenced address ( Grundstra 20o's phone number you can't speak to anyone .. a shame or to be able to complain

The pizza was mediocre and a bit heavy on the stomach. -Dough too thick (had the feeling of eating a pide) -Service was ok -Ambient was sweet - Too expensive for 2 medium pizzas (58.-)

Have now ordered 4 times. It took 1.5 hours each time and no, it wasn't Sunday! Despite so many bad applications about the delivery time, the shop in Altstetten has not been able to deliver their pizzas on time for several months! Nothing is being done about it 👎🏻

I've been ordering from you for years. The pizzas are very tasty, you're often on time or even faster with the delivery. Sundays can be longer but that's understandable given the many orders. 1 star deducted because the requested pizza sometimes arrived without burger sauce or the wrong crust. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, which is why I never complained. Couriers are usually nice, so tips were always given. Keep it up, you'll notice that you're always improving.

Ordered at 12:00 p.m., food arrived at 2:00 p.m. cold, wet and unapologetic as if it were normal. I used to work for you, I find it absurd how you can see how much worse you are getting every year. Not related to Domino's oldest branches but to ALL Domino's branches. sad.

Already eating here 4 times in 2 weeks :) The Domino's Pizza branch impressed me again! The service was first class, the staff friendly and accommodating. The pizza was freshly prepared, tasty and topped exactly the way I wanted. The delivery was on time and the pizza arrived still hot. The selection of toppings and specialties is impressive, and I appreciate the option to customize my pizza to my own taste. The quality of the ingredients is remarkable and you can taste it in every bite. Domino's Pizza is my first choice when it comes to delicious pizzas. The stated delivery time when ordering was 31 minutes, after 1 hour 40 the food finally arrived. The pizza was cold and the Cheezzy Bytes only lukewarm. The only positive thing: the driver was nice.

Ordered at 4:19 p.m., delivery of 2 pizzas finally at 6:04 p.m. (!). We have ordered several times and have been satisfied so far, but nothing like this has ever happened. The ice cream sundae was half thawed... Telephone inquiries were only answered casually. Don't accept any more orders if they can't be completed within the normal time frame :( The pizzas themselves were fine as always... Addendum: I contacted Customer Care as requested and never received an answer. Sorry, but now I'm taking away another star.

Unfortunately I've only read the reviews now. 1 1/2 hours ago I ordered my pizza using the Domino app - which gave me the prospect of a delivery time of 21 - 31 minutes. These times changed continuously up to 1 hour. When I still didn't get any pizza after an hour, I called Dominos Pizza in Altstetten and was told the pizza would be there in 10 minutes. As you can see from my long text, it is still not there. I hope that if the pizza arrives in the foreseeable future, it will at least taste excellent. Hey, the pizza is here - unfortunately it was cold and only arrived after 2 hours. I probably won't be ordering here again anytime soon!

Drivers drive through the neighborhood here on Albulastr at 30km/h. at the playground. Called several times for 5 years and they still drive through here recklessly just to deliver quickly. Therefore, I would generally boycott the store because they do not value people and their lives. I don't even have to talk about the food, I wouldn't even order it if it was free.

I went to eat pizza in Zurich Altstetten at Domino's Pizza and ordered a very nice pizza raclette there and also a small Fuse tea Peach and I think the pizza was really very nice.

I ordered a burger pizza about 2-3 weeks ago. When I finished the pizza I added extra burger sauce. The pizza took a long time to arrive. When it arrived there was no burger sauce on the pizza when I ordered it and that's not the first time. I reached them by phone and told them what exactly the incident was and the man who was on the phone was rude and told me that I ordered the pizza without burger sauce even though my receipt said that I ordered (extra) burger sauce. He then checked my order in the system and saw that I was right, he asked for my address and told me that they would send me an apology voucher card and to date I haven't received anything...

The Pizzas are just Ok, they have a bad selection for Vegetarians! It's like they have forgotten what the meaning of flavour is. When I ordered online they only delivered after 1 hour and 40 minutes, this is the last 5 times. Their web tracker doesn't work and worst of all even the telephone number puts one in an infinite loop and frustrates with ads in-between. Proper Dark Patterns, Sludging and downright unethical.They just say sorry and give a voucher that is useless for a decent pizza and expires in 30 days. Very mediocre pizza, very shady service, they seem to be taking the Musk-Zuckerberg Trainwreck Strategy for Business Courses. Update: Ofcourse there is the "Can you message our customer care" nonsense. Please consider that this is your job, not mine as a customer!

The systems didn't work, we couldn't order an offer. After that it took a long time for food...they had done everything else except prepare the pizza...

I ordered online and after 1.5 hours the food had still not been delivered. I called and was told it was very busy and it would take another 30-45 minutes. The delivery arrived 1.45 hours later. On top of that, 2 pizzas out of 3 were not filled correctly. They were the wrong pizzas. My question is why do you accept orders if it is not possible to deliver them promptly and in the desired quality? I find it a bottomless impudence. Duration, service, quality a shame for this price. 3 pizzas and nuggets 160 chf. Wonder what the costs are here if none of this is fulfilled. Thanks but I probably won't order there again. Delivery of a pure catastrophe is only called once and immediately driven away without a message, unreliable service. I like to say it again, a disaster! Not recommended to have the food delivered to you. You don't need to be rude on the phone afterwards.

Unfortunately, the pizzas always arrived cold. What's more, the drivers just drive like crazy and ignore your rights and if you talk to them about it, you'll be shouted at, insulted, etc. Since I am a professional driver myself, you should actually know that you should drive properly with registered vehicles because the company's reputation suffers as a result. Possibly driver training!!! Unfortunately I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from Dominos anymore

Sometimes the waiting time for delivery is like 1,5 hours or more and im livin pretty near (15 min Bikeride). But the quality is good for Domino’s standard.

Ordered online, pizza was too small and delivered with the wrong dip... No inquiry possible because the phone was ignored... What a shame, the products were paid for in advance!

Pizza arrives cold, long waiting times and the store manager didn't feel obligated to give the money or a voucher thanks for the cold pizza. 30 minutes late and no one I could reach. I ordered pizza from Altstetten and they sent me to Sihlhölzli, the number on the internet for Sihlhölzli takes me to Basel. The ones from Basel gave me Altstetten's number. How can you be so messy about a pizza? As if I were ordering several kilos of gold or a Lamborgini. Completely incompetent and rude.

I waited more than 1h30m for a delivery just for 1 pizza and the time distance from the restaurant to my house is no more than 5 minutes. Pizza arrived cold. I called the restaurant and they told me that the delivery person left the restaurant 15 minutes before... The delivery was made 20 minutes after I called. 35 minutes of delivery time in a time distance of 5 minutes is unacceptable. For your reference 2ACED.

Very poor quality assurance. I have allergies to mushrooms and olives. So I removed this when ordering. But the pizza was FULL of the things. And everything I ordered and paid for on top wasn't on the pizza. In addition, the pizza ordered 2 hours earlier arrived 20 minutes late. Then I'd rather go back to Dietikon.

Very dissatisfied with Dominos in Altstetten ZH. I have now ordered several times from Dominos in Altstetten and every time there was something; Either the delivery time was 1.75 hours or I ordered extra chicken and there was no extra chicken on it and no onions (standard ingredient). Pizza tasted like fish, I assumed they accidently put fish on as a toping, was a bit SHOCKED when I called and they said no and that everything was in order, even though he did not see or taste the Pizza. Always delivered, sometimes not up to par quality wise or on time but we're humans and mistakes can happen. It's a good branch overall.

Unfortunately I have to change my review from a year ago (5 starts: great deals and delicious) We have been doing takeaways for years, about twice a month. But nothing has worked for a few months. Instead of the promised 10-15 minutes, it can take 40 minutes until pizza is ready, twice we got the wrong pizza, every other time pizza is cold. It's just chaos, lots of employees but no one is there for you because the employees are just chatting with couriers (who, by the way, are often inside without masks). Quality has also become worse, much less vegetables and meat on pizzas. Unfortunately, that was our last time with you.

Take away doesn't work. You can't pay for the pizza until it's ready, even if you've been waiting for 5 minutes with the money in your hand. Then it takes about 5 minutes until you receive your change. The seller is LOOKING for your change in a plastic bag?!?!

The pizzas were always great. I ordered twice a week - today I wanted to pay (as always) with a 200 note (I also mentioned this in the order) The courier came with too little change and took the pizza back with him. Hb now ordered somewhere else and uninstalled the Dominos app...

For me, Domino's Pizza is very good! For me it's a maximum of 5 minutes away from home. The selection is huge and there are always very cheap pizza offers. Logically there is also a courier.

Die Pizzen, die ich in den letzten Jahren bestellt habe, waren für Delivery-Pizzen alle auf einem guten bis sehr guten Niveau und wurden - mit einer Ausnahme - mit einer vertretbaren zeitlichen Abweichung vom gewählten Zeitpunkt geliefert! Ausserdem konstant nette Kuriere, welche die Pizzen liefern.

1: Bestellung nach 2h immer noch nicht angekommen (geschätzte Ankunftszeit 30-45min, Distanz ist 700m, kann man in 10 Minuten sogar laufen) 2: Kein update bekommen nach nachfragen 3: Ich hasse es mit einem band zu telefonieren 4: Hätte mindestens eine Entschuldigung erwartet. 5: Ca 10 Franken teurer als andere Lieferdienste (wegen hohen Liefergebühren)

Die Pizzas sind spitze und der Preis stimmt. Werde trotzdem nicht mehr vorbeikommen. Habe heute ihrem Kurier zugeschaut wie der mit seinem Roller fährt. Innerhalb drei Minuten vier mal bei voll Rot über die Kreuzungen gefahren. Total halsbrecherisch und rücksichtslos allen anderen Strassenbenützern gegenüber. Kein Fussgänger, Velofahrer und Fahrzeuglenker sind vor ihm sicher.

Usually my go-to place for good deals and OK pizza. However, the past 3 times I have ordered delivery the pizza has come completely trashed like the driver was holding it upside down. It basically ruins the pizza and isnt very nice :( I tried to write an email to let them know, but there is nowhere to add pictures so I hope the feedback gets through here.
