Domino's Pizza in Carouge (GE)

We know what to expect in terms of food when going to Domino's but the service was particularly bad. We waited for them to resolve an internal problem for quite a while before anyone bothered to look at us and say a simple hello. Not smiling or friendly. After the wait when I wanted to collect the order there was a person in front of me. When the person was served, the cashier left, completely ignoring me. A young man then approached after I called out to him. I asked him if he could put my order in a bag because I had 9 boxes of food but he just threw it at me without even helping me. Unpleasant service and welcome

I had actually given 4 stars but I changed my vote since there are no longer the size S pizzas there has also been a change in the teams and in the quality of the products. Hearing the employees talking vulgarly, laughing and shouting in front the customers are not at all professional!! The pizzas are made well 1 time out of 2 and there is a real problem of discipline due to the fact that the employees are there to work and not to have fun.

There were 4 of us. We arrived around 8-9 p.m. and the restaurant was empty. A short, brown-haired employee was neither smiling nor welcoming. We ordered an extra large mushroom gruyere chicken mozzarella pizza which was succulent but a small downside with the size which was quite small for an XL. Not satisfied, we ordered a second pizza, the same employee gave us the price in a very cold manner. After 40 minutes of waiting still nothing. we reported it to the employee who had simply left it on the shelf. It’s negligence and laziness. It was at Dominos pizza carouge.

It's not what it used to be... Ordered delivery at 9:30 p.m., estimated arrival time 9:55-10:15 p.m., but arrives at 10:32 p.m.... Not an excuse, nothing, the pizzas are cold, the cinnastix is ​​a very dry piece, only the cheesebread remained not too bad... What a disappointment! Plus it’s overpriced! Unless there is a miracle I will never order again and I would strongly advise people not to do so.

Too much shame! I placed an order at 7:23 p.m., at 8:45 p.m. the site says that the pizzas have been delivered, I call and the guy tells me that they are late but that the delivery man will arrive in a few minutes. At 9:30 p.m. I called back because the pizzas hadn't arrived, he told me that they were going to arrive and I told him that I didn't want them to have arrived at 10 p.m. and that they were closing, he said to me "no ma'am, no soon". Well it’s 10:45 p.m. and no pizza!! At least I hope they will give me the money back!!!!!!!!! Ashamed!!!!!!!!!!

Pizza is really good, nice potatoes and not bad chicken wings but please explain to me, why I almost never receive a sauce? Doesn’t matter or you take away or order delivery there will be no sauce, just pay for it extra and forget!

Impressed with the size of the pizzas here. If there's an offer on, you can usually get an extra large 40cm pizza for just a few francs more than a large. The sizes are standard 30cm, large 35cm, extra large 40cm. They do the best sides, with my favourite being doughballs and chicken kickers with a garlic and herb dip. Good selection of desserts too. If you like cinnamon then try cinnastix or cinna bytes which comes with a delicious icing sugar dip. You can sit in the restaurant to eat but most people order to take away.

No customers when I arrived, a team of 4-5 employees. No one deigned to say hello to me. I'm waiting. The employees talk among themselves, continue their tasks, not even bothering to be interested in my presence. After 5 minutes of no consideration, I sit waiting. A colleague finally comes to me to ask me if I have ordered. No sir, I'm waiting for my order. He asks me the name, it has been ready since I arrived, so he serves it to me lukewarm. Great. We do not care. Summary no consideration towards the customer, but also the product served. There are much nicer Dom's. Never home again!

Far too many errors in orders (lack of ingredients in the pizza). The ingredients are not evenly distributed. Burger sauce is always forgotten. Delivery always takes longer than expected. A delivery person told me that delivery people take two orders at the same time, which gives the pizza time to cool. Sometimes we have the impression that the pizza is sloppy and it’s a shame for the price paid. The margherita is seriously lacking in cheese, so I recommend adding extra. The potato portions are ridiculous (supporting image). The pizzas are still delicious despite their price.

A unique pizza recipe, the dough is made by hand by the pizza maker in the pure Neapolitan tradition. The dough is also covered with a thin layer of semolina I believe. This gives it even more crunch. The pepperoni pizza is the one I recommend the most.
