Extremely unpleasant staff who do not take customers into account and are contemptuous. A bakery that looks like a 70-year-old local institution has in fact become a chain like Pouly, without soul.

A baguette costs 3.90 and a lollipop costs 3.90. Charge 8.80... when we ask why, the saleswoman tells us there is a labeling error... dishonest practice

On billing. And when I ask the saleswoman why, she tells me she changed the prices! I think she took a tip without asking… to top it off, she was completely unfriendly! Dishonest, run away!

The coffee is not good, even by Swiss standards. The milk on the cappuccino was poorly frothed and the coffee itself was unpleasant, weak; like something had accidentally spilled on the poorly frothed milk. Service was very slow, even if everything ordered was pre-prepared. How long does it take to bring out ham and cheese sandwich or a packed salad? It certainly wasn’t the quick bite we expected. It took over an hour to have coffee, some pastries and croque monsieurs (which were actually plain ham and cheese sandwiches, and not very good ones). Food quality was mediocre, like something you’d get on an airplane (economy class, to be clear). Oh, and a coke was CHF 5.20.

1 hour for a panini that wasn't a panini

The pastries are delicious. Excellent quality and lots to choose from.

To avoid, other tea room or bakery where you will eat much better. The service is deplorable, with each request the waitress sighs you have the impression of disturbing!! the Gazosa has 6f40,, panini salad 16f10. Nothing special. Desserts, well, go there only for the pastry but take it there, to avoid disturbing the staff.

Cappuccino was tasteless and the sweets were okayish. Nice location! The team has a lot of room to improve.

Let's talk about the positive first... The croc-Monsieur as well as the pastries are very good. On the other hand, the staff is more than unpleasant. Impossible to get served. The waitresses are in such a hurry that they don't listen to the entire order and leave as soon as I begin my sentence. Also when paying, the waitress doesn't even know how to calculate and divide the bill by the number of guests and sighs when we ask for payment by card! Very disappointed with this place, I don't recommend it unless you have the patience or want to take away.

8.40 frs for a 50ml sparkling water with a dash of syrup! And when you have the misfortune of asking an employee to relay our grievance to Mr. Wolfisberg, the employee has this response worthy of the worst B series: “Sorry sir, we cannot escalate your complaint, because the majority of customers do not complain about prices. And since it’s the majority that wins…” Even his colleague was dismayed by this aberrant response. In short, at this price, you might as well choose another bakery that respects customers!

An honest eat in and take away bakery. Don’t expect something sophisticated or fast service but that’s ok if you come with a mindset to take it easy during the weekend. Big plus there’s an indoor play area for children.

Does this business not make sufficient profit to employ sufficient number of staff at least during holiday season? They ran out of pastries at 4 pm, tea came with a lukewarm cup of water. The employees are friendly, but not necessarily smiling. It's a little overrated, the pastries were banal and so, clearly here we are resting on the laurels of yesteryear. No innovation, and 'take it or leave it' mentality (for example, no alternative to cow's milk for coffee). Dated decor.

I have been a regular customer for several months because the place is suitable for parents. On the other hand, everyone is extremely expensive and the quality really leaves something to be desired! Coffee from the industrial machine the same as in the supermarkets and sold for 4.30 francs as well as the breads are sold at a high price (4.10 francs for the smallest loaf) and certainly from the day before. Same for unprocessed and dry sandwiches. I think it's a shame because this place has loyal customers and the place is very family friendly. The space dedicated to children should be renovated (dated, lighting, painting, play structure) The same goes for the toilets, they are very poorly arranged, it's time to invest in something new! Think about your customers who are loyal. And don't rest on what you've learned. (these are very important things for customers. And knowing that it’s a business that works. At Wolfisberg, it is the customer who serves the waitress. I sit down, the two employees chat quietly behind, I wait 10 minutes and as I don't plan to drink my coffee all morning, I get up to order. I greet the waitress who has her back turned to me while continuing to chat with her colleague, she finally notices my presence and runs away without even making eye contact... Shameful...and after discussion between Carougeois I was able to see that I was not the only one of this opinion... Go to Martel 100 meters away, quality AND service are there.

Quality bakery so very expensive but at 10 a.m. they no longer have milk bread and only a few breads. Wolfisberg! Very nice bakery! Very spacious, clean, beautiful little terrace, very pleasant and welcoming employees. BUT ! The noise of the coffee machine when you heat milk + the employees who start talking louder to hear each other.. I thought I was at the McDonald's when I closed my eyes 😢😢 It's way too much noise for a place The same. This noise ruined everything in a fraction of a second. I was near the bar, when they used it more than 3 times in less than 10 minutes... I had to get out, my ears are going to come off and run away without me! We would have to heat milk behind where I don't know... but hey it ruined this little peace that was settling in... But very positive establishment apart from that!! 💪💪

Large tearoom inside and they have also a large terras outside. Inside there was a nice and lifely ambiance, it felt as we were visiting family due to the many families with children who were there. Despite the many people there, the service was fast and very friendly. We came only for a coffee and escargot and the serving was done quite quickly. The coffee was a bit weak to my taste.

Friendly setting in the middle of the beautiful Sardinian city of Geneva! Efficient and friendly service offering quality products I'll come back soon, that's for sure!

This afternoon Sunday, November 7. We were 7 people. We waited 20 minutes and left without being served. Two people at table service for the full tea room + the two terraces. They have to clear the tables (which they cannot do), take orders, prepare orders, serve, etc. ... As they do not have time to collect their drinks, customers queue up at the checkout. They're working while running... There's a problem in this tea room. And don't tell me that we can't find staff because this difficulty has already existed for several years at this location. Two people in the bakery department who could, from time to time, help out by clearing the tables, for example. I end on a positive note, the breads and pastries are excellent.

Honestly really good. The staff were helpful and nice and just generally good. The sandwiches were heated and tasted nice. And the dolce was decent as well.

Came for brunch. I was told about pastries which were ultimately not available. I found the way the waitress spoke to me unpleasant. I've heard him speak the same way to other customers. She tells me that if there are any pastries missing it's because I'm arriving late... even though it's not even 1:30 p.m. and brunch is until 3 p.m. Besides, I really didn't find it very good. I feel like I lost money. Positive point, the salespeople at the bakery were pleasant and very polite But for me, the first and last time I set foot in this place.

Had the bad surprise to have to pay my meal up to 8 CHF from the indicated prize and it wasn't even good. An address to avoid, except if you like feeling scammed. Shameful. I ordered the Wolfiburger indicated at 16.- (without any other prize indication) et the receipt prized it at 24.- The only answer I received for taht was that it is the take-away prize. A majoration of 8.- (50% of the indicated prize) is not acceptable, nor decent. By the way, the burger wasn't even good, too much sugar in the bread and a weird taste overall. Excessif prize for an very average taste left me a strong feeling of having been scammed. This is certainly the last time I go into a Wolfisberg bakery.

pathetic, we took incredibly bland salmon eggs, the texture of the top was like gravel, the bottom was bathed in a liquid...I'll spare you the details, I took a raw ham mozzarella panini reheated in the microwave, I'll tell you let's imagine the texture and appearance of the panini the only morse that I took I had to spit it out because the rubbery mozzarella was obviously unacceptable, the only good thing was the few slices of bread and the sparkling water. their staff, seeing that we had not touched our dishes, asked us what was wrong, I explained to them about this I asked for the addition, which it was VERY SALTY unlike their dishes...and I didn't see no commercial gesture on their part and not even an apology...I paid without asking for my rest but I am happy because now I know that I would rather be hungry than go back to eat there even for free
