Pizzas are always very good. Order today at 7:10 p.m.; Thanks to the real time follow-up, you can see that the pizza has been in quality control for an hour, at 7:25 p.m. On the fifth attempt you get through by phone. Delivery at 8:25 p.m....

We frequent Domino's regularly as it's the closest thing to American pizza in Switzerland. The staff are friendly. The prices aren't terrible as they always have deals. There's always seating available. Parking on Sundays, holidays, and weekends is troublesome though.

I haven't tried the food yet. But the employee Nikola was able to serve us very well with his polite and competent manner.

We ordered to eat while watching a football game. The store is 7mins away. We ordered 40 mins before the game. And guess what, we did not receive the order until the middle of the second half. (1.5 hours in total) and we canceled the order. So never order online.

Staff very friendly. Felt welcome. The food was also very good. Fair prices for the food you get. Only recommendable.

This evening I wanted to have a pizza delivered. I placed an order online from this store but after 1h30 of waiting I had not yet received my pizza. I tried to call them but with no response then I had to cancel my order and find another restaurant. I strongly advise you not to place an order with this restaurant. They don't deliver your orders on time and when you try to contact them they don't respond.

During my many visits to this restaurant, I was often not greeted appropriately, which I noticed negatively. Apparently there is now a new team there that places great value on friendliness. A friendly gentleman with a distinctive beard in particular caught my attention. He was extremely accommodating and even surprised me with a custom pizza. I would like to thank you very much for this extraordinary hospitality! I am therefore determined to visit the restaurant again🙏😀

Not recommended when ordering. Basically, what you ordered is never delivered, and the comments about should you ring the bell or not, delivery time, etc. are hardly taken into account. It's better to order from a reputable place like Star Pizza, Telepizza, Pizza Roma, etc.

Pizza was very tasty but afterwards I got a big, fatty case of food poisoning, which unfortunately wasn't worth it in this case.

Pizza was ok. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and shouted at us because the card didn't work when paying.

If you don't know it, definitely give it a try. Always had delicious pizza there. & with the deals from the app it’s also really cheap.

Paid for online for two pizzas at 10h15 PM. Restaurant closed without any notification and no reimbursement. 40 CHF lost and no pizzas.

Do not make orders from 21:00 - 22:00 Items where not as described, I even talked to the deliver guy and he just ignored and left.

The quality has decreased significantly. You can no longer see online how far the preparation is. The pizza has less toppings and if you order with extra sauce, you won't see enough sauce on the pizza because you don't read the order correctly. Cheesy bites have also become much smaller compared to before. It's a shame, it used to be a good pizzeria.

Very disappointed, we took 6 packages of pizza balls. Each box contained 2 empty balls of mozzarella and salami/bacon. No seasoning on the balls. Plus 2-3x smaller than usual. There are few Dominos Pizza, too bad, but no excuse for these very bad manners!

The last two times I ordered pizza wasn't that warm and they forgot the sauce both times. There was no apple spritzer left last time and they didn't bring me a drink even though I paid for it. Pizza was actually very tasty, but it's a shame about the service/delivery service..

Absolutely the best Dominos branch I know! Employees advise on the best deals and are friendly. Pizza is great as always, as soon as I'm in Bern, a visit here is a must. Absolute recommendation!

Finally tried it out today after hearing so much (good and bad). Delivery almost to the minute, as announced. The pizza was excellent, different from what you would expect from a classic Italian restaurant, but very tasty!

The four of us ordered pizzas and chicken wings, and they arrived quickly. The taste was okay, but all 4 people had severe stomach pain and discomfort afterwards. We don't know where that came from, but we won't repeat it again.

For me the pizza is really great and I order here very often. Unfortunately, the pizza is only perfect when picked up or, in rare cases, delivered. Often the pizza seems to have been left for too long and unfortunately it becomes very dry. However, if it is fresh, there is hardly anything that can compare to the taste. I am also very satisfied with the ordering app. On site you can watch the pizza maker making the dough.
