Dune Shisha Club in Zürich

These all 5 Stars Rating’s are Fake. It is the Worst Place I have ever been in 10 years of my Life living in Switzerland. At First Owner and Waiter was trying to be very kind and Smiling and Chatting randomly before I order a Shisha. When my Order came It was the worst shisha, It doesn’t had Smoke, no Flavour no nothing and just wasted my Evening and my Money. After that i Said them to fix Shisha he just move aside the Coils to on Side and Said don’t move them in very rudely Behaviour. So Anyone who’s reading this review DON’T EVER GO TO THIS WORST PLACE !!! 👎 until you want to waste your Money 💰

It was very nice. The shisha taste was also good. Quiet, well-kept and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend it.

This is a room in the piciria. hookah 30 francs. Don't waste your time.

Shisha wasn't good, we had to replace Prosecco because it was old and not carbonated. When we left they wanted 50.- (!) for the shisha! Outrageous.

I am giving it five stars only because of the service , i was there just for shisha , but actually the seating is nit meant for shisha lounge . Again, staff was amazing and service was great.

A cozy shisha bar with an authentic host who is accommodating and does a great job. The shisha was also very good. A traditional tea in between and you can enjoy a relaxed evening in a cozy atmosphere.

I've been a regular customer for 10(!) years and I don't know ANY place in the entire city or in the further ZH region that makes better shishas than DUNE. Long-lasting taste experience, quiet and upscale ambience and a very experienced service staff who is extremely knowledgeable about the world of hookahs! All shishas are handmade, high-quality unique pieces from Tunisia. If you don't know DUNE yet, you just have to come here!

I have been a customer at “Dune” for 3 years. Traditional shisha with a long-lasting taste experience. Large selection of drinks. Personally, I can highly recommend the homemade ginger or peppermint tea in the pot. Very pleasant atmosphere with cozy lounges. I've been a regular guest in the lounge for 3 years and I've never had anything to complain about. Neither in the cleanliness, nor in the music (quiet Arabic music) or service. Highly recommended place to switch off from stressful everyday life.

the waiter was not friendly at all ;we wanted 2 cups of tea but he brought us 2 pots instead, so that he can charge us more money ; the charcoal was not changed regularly. the shisha is average and overpriced. the atmosphere is fine. the credit card machine dont show other than the card's currancy . i totally dont recommend to visit this lounge at all !!

The shisha (hookah) is good, not the best, but definitely nice. The furniture ads a lot to the experience. The owner is very friendly. Only con ist the really expensive price (35 chf for 1 shisha)
