Dunkin' Donuts in Hinwil

A very good place for an espresso before shopping.

Worst customer service ever! I was there at 7:40 p.m. and there was already more service. You couldn't even get anything to drink. We had already ordered at the machine and paid by card. However, we received the money back as cash, in COINS! What a juice shop this is!

Seller quite nice. Prices slightly high. For a Frappé 8.90 chf in the upper league but it tasted pretty good. Iced tea was filled to the top with ice, that shouldn't be the case (of course less iced tea fits in, and for 6.50 it's also in the upper price league). Donut was good. With hole without filling and without hole with filling. We'll be back 😉

3 Stars just because the D's aren't freshly made there afaik. Otherwise, all fine. It's a small and clean sales drop within Hinwil shopping mall, and the staff is attentive and friendly

I wanted an ice cream cafe at 7:40 p.m. nothing has been. He didn't want to sell me anything because he turned off the coffee machine... I understand at 7:55 p.m. but not quite at 7:40 p.m.….

Unfriendly strange staff. The coffee was undrinkable and overpriced.

Donuts are delicious but the service (especially the lady) is very unfriendly.

I got a chailatte there today + extra shot. Unfortunately they only sell their ice cream there at a high price. At least 46.4% ice cream, which was after drinking about 15 minutes later, is too much. Therefore disqualified for me!!!

June 1, 2022 7:55 p.m Attracted by the colorful appearance of the restaurant and the vegan offering, I got involved in the restaurant and the sales pitch. Instead of 3, I bought 6 donuts. I would have only taken 3 if I had known how dry they were. In addition, a document worth 159.90 was left behind and mysteriously "never" been there. Conclusion: In exchange for a total of 180 FRANCES (francs approx. 160.- the document, 20.- donuts) I was "virtually" robbed and given 6 dry donuts. Thanks for that! Is a lesson to me This review is only limited to the “Hinwil Center” branch. I have had very positive experiences in other branches.

Extremely unfriendly and rude saleswoman. Friendliness is urgently needed. You can't ask anything, otherwise you'll get a dirty look and a very arrogant answer.

Incompetent saleswoman was the reason why I didn't buy anything.

Dear Dunkin D'onuts team, please adjust your opening hours. I was in Hinwil yesterday at 7:40 p.m. and wanted a coffee. Opening hours in Hinwil until 8 p.m. Answer from the employee there, sorry, I have already cleaned the coffee machine. No more coffee possible. So write on your homepage: Open until 8 p.m., but no coffee after 7:40 p.m. 9/2/2019 Thanks for the voucher, but I think we'll have the coffee somewhere else.

Unfriendly service, the coffee was not edible! When we tried to complain we were ignored, I was served the coffee in a mug and my wife was served in the cup. The donut was edible... We ate the donut and left the coffee. It was the first time and at the same time the last time...

Dried out "donuts". .. way overpriced..absolute terrible

Very fine donuts, unfortunately extremely overpriced. The special donut is not recommended, it tastes like dried mint. Boston Cream is absolutely amazing. Drinks too expensive, the Coop next door is much cheaper.

Dry with a rancid aftertaste, I know Double Chocolate differently. Iced coffee shot through with a coffee bean! Never again!!!

Very friendly staff, well-known quality of the food. Unfortunately, the donuts are super overpriced at Fr. 3.20. The burger is cheaper at *insert name of a well-known American fast food chain* around the corner.

Disastrous performance on the 3rd day after the opening. First we waited half an hour for our bagel, then half an hour before closing time there was only a choice of 4 donuts left. And the staff, who are not particularly capable, are not willing to do any work, Are we used to anything different in America?

Great but the service needs a bit of patience.
