Burger King in Hinwil

Out of 5 times something was forgotten 3 times. It's ok to eat on site, but if you order take away it's just annoying. Above all, keep in mind that Bk already works with number stickers. And if things still go wrong so often, you should rethink the process.

8:30 p.m. 3 employees chatting around, practically no customers, the tables sticky and dirty pommfritz are everywhere on the floor. The Whopper is really cold and when I ask for a new one they say they are just that cold. The friendliness of the staff could still be worked on

Long waiting times even though sometimes there is nothing going on at all. It feels like every order is missing something or there is something else that I didn't order. Burgers are rather cold.

The drive-in is sometimes open, sometimes not. Very long waiting times and online orders that do not arrive within walking distance of around 800 meters even after two hours. The restaurant itself would be nice on two floors, but the quality and the concept with drive, in the restaurant and delivery fail completely. As a BK you should be able to eat fast food, not just want it.

The last two times they had no toys for the children's menu: they had run out and no replacement was offered. We go there because our son is particularly excited about the toys. If none exist, you should come up with something. Food is as expected from BK, ambience is OK. But the service definitely has more potential. Update 3/3/24: Even after an official complaint, the same result. No toys for kids menu. Luckily we asked before ordering and just went to Mac. Service was also bad.

Even after waiting for over 2 hours, no food comes. Calls are not answered. Complaining to Just Eat didn't help either

Go where no one wants to go. 1x back and forth to the hospital, -wil food poisoning. Clearly, no longer want to go there.

Expected quality when there is not much crowd. The sandwiches are almost always the same (they are usually made according to a recipe). All in all, when they don't make mistakes, everything is great (it's normal for them to make mistakes when there are too few employees)

I was in the drive-thru and again I received the wrong order! That was the 3rd time. It's better to take a detour to Wetzikon instead of being disappointed in this dirty hole. Absolutely brainless people there, the food looked like it had been eaten out.

The place is open until 2300, I was there after 2100. Service was quick since I was the only customer. At 9:25 p.m. I wanted to order a dessert, but the ice cream machine had already been cleaned... either the thing was broken or you just don't feel like providing customer service. Who knows...

I wanted to order via drive in January 4, 2024 6:55 p.m.... The lady said the drive in was closed due to a lot of people, when I continued to park I saw that there was no one in line, so I didn't want to serve drive in! I drove on without ordering! Hire people who want to work and not people who stand there listlessly like the last post!

Nine times out of ten the drive-in is closed. An absolute impudence and deception on the part of customers! If you only offer half of the services, you should communicate it that way.

The other day we were there 15 minutes before closing time. So we went to the drive in [where orders are taken]. We waited there for a few minutes. We then asked, but there was no response. Because of that, we went to the front [where you get the order]. We wanted to ask there, but none of the employees came to us. So it was too stupid for us to get out and go to the store. So we drove away and we're happy not to come by again.

Worst BK far and wide! Every time something is missing from the order or it is wrong. It feels like you wait 3 years for the food. The icing on the cake was when I ordered a vegetarian burger and it was just disgusting MEAT!! I'll never go there in the future, I'd rather MC. At least they can do it

After waiting 10 minutes at the drive-in we were noticed and ignored. After honking several times a young lady came running up with a stupid grin to say that the drive-in was closed! I told her to at least put up a notice that customers are informed! It can't be that hard! I've been a regular customer at this Burger King for 2 years but have been more and more disappointed lately! But after this incident, I'm avoiding this Burgerking! Very disappointing!!

1 star too many: Food ALWAYS cold and I just waited 10 minutes at the drive-in, honked and circled around several times: I didn't get any service! Never here again, I'm now in the Mc :-)

I waited 20 minutes at Drive but nothing came up, then I went in. There were 5 employees standing around and didn't want to take any orders. The dear employees didn't have much to do with two customers who had already received their food. I think judging by the stains on their t-shirts, the employees don't get paid. Absolutely bad service.

We had to wait a long time for the food even though there weren't that many people. The quality of the food was TOP, but it wasn't fast food.

We arrived at the branch at 12/19/23, after we ordered on the tray we were ignored by the employee and this employee coughed on the burger while it was being prepared. It's not clean, tables are dirty and trash cans are overflowing so we had to put the tray on the trash can. Food was ok, not warm and the fries ice cream cold. BK in Hinwil. It's needed and it's good. Unfortunately, burgers that are available in other places are often taken out of the offer.

Food cold (was never heated properly), and 9 times out of 10 at least one item is missing from the order. Always check take away and compare it with the receipt. Or, even better: simply avoid this branch!

The sauces are forgotten several times, you stand in line at the drive thru for an unbelievable amount of time & the burgers are usually served sloppy and cold. I definitely don't go there anymore.

Basically Burger King as it should be but for the second time the DriveIn was closed. Alleged reason: problems with the cash register system... So order at the machine and then wait almost 20 minutes with a small child...

I've probably been there at least 4 times and everything was perfect every time. The service is very friendly and accommodating, the food is always absolutely delicious and the place was always tidy. For a few months there has also been a very friendly and loving woman there (I think the manager). Very appealing for a Burger King branch with the upper area (unfortunately no terrace). Many large windows and with a beautiful view. There are parking spaces around the building. The cleanliness varies greatly but overall is pretty good. In general, Burger King could be cheaper.

I'm a frequent customer of this Burger King outlet. It's a great place to go with my kids after shopping at Hinwil Center. I love the food choices, the atmosphere, and the service. Everything is top-notch. My favorite burger is the Long Cajun Veggie, but I'm disappointed when it's not available, especially on weekends.

We ordered various castles and the food was cold so the fries and the burgers had little sauce. There was no play area for children on the first floor. Table service didn't work either. There wasn't any hot brouni either.

The food was delicious and there was a very nice and professional employee who also spoke Italian.

Drive-in in Hinwil is closed at lunchtime. It's just like the bakery was closed on Sunday morning.

I've been going to Burger King Hinwil regularly since it opened, every time you wait 10-20 minutes in the drive-in for not much more than a meal and a dessert. Always new incompetent staff. We went here with our children for dinner in the evening. We placed our order at the machine and waited in vain for the receipt because we had run out of paper and it wasn't displayed anywhere. I then went to an employee and waited patiently until she took time to address my request. When I got our order number from her, we sat down at a table to wait for the food. Nobody cared about the out-of-paper in the machine and while we were waiting we could see that 3-4 customers had placed orders at the same machine and had to wait in vain for their receipt and then ask for the order number at the checkout... . The tables and floor hadn't seen a cleaning cloth for quite some time. Our order number was finally called out and so we looked for a place outside in the fresh air, as it was a bit stuffy and musty inside, apart from the cleanliness etc... We found a table outside that we first had to clean up a bit There was a cigarette butt and ashes on it, but it still made the best impression of all the free spaces outside... As I have read here from other reviews, the cleanliness and the machines without receipt paper is a problem that seems to have existed for a long time and is not getting better. The machines could certainly be modified so that a message appears when the paper is running out, etc... Or the machine could be taken out of operation. Asking about this from a waitress who already has enough other things to do is quite inconvenient. Anyway... We'll probably prefer McDonalds next time...

Waiting times are beyond good and bad. Ordering dessert didn't work at the self-service station, the staff is completely overwhelmed and makes a lot of mistakes. Waiting time for a small portion of fries and an ice cream was half an hour! Something is terribly wrong here when you read through all the reviews. Why is the answer always asked to write an email? Apparently the management doesn't take the reviews to heart, so why send another email? Do you get a voucher for a meal that you then have to wait half an hour for and then is inedible? If I had to wait that long in the BK at Zurich main station, I would miss the train twice! But they have it better under control. Once there, never again. It's a shame I didn't read the reviews beforehand. Conclusion: Hands off or feet away from this BK!
