I've always been very satisfied, I usually take poke bowls. Unfortunately there was a little too much sauce in the bowl 2.3 times, otherwise it was always quick, fresh and friendly👍

They are pros in preparing my favorite bowl and addressing my special wishes! Thanks for your patience and the food quality of my bowls ! Well done!

Was advised about the composition of the menus. You can also combine the prepared foods yourself to create your own menu.

Good quality honestly and I really like their vegan wraps and chocolate croissants! It’s a must have for me once in a while! 👌 friendly service too!

Got thrown out by a guy that worked there because I sat om the floor to dry off my SHIVERING dog. We were just on a walk and it was pouring so we came in looking for shelter. The other guests loved my dog and repeatedly smile at him and me. One of the staff walked up to me and told me that I’m making the guests uncomfortable. Literally NO ONE complained. Not pet friendly at all.

Unfortunately the worst coffee and the greasyst butter croissant I've ever had! never here again!

Good juices. Today I ate porridge. Unfortunately, it didn't inspire me at all. It didn't taste at all and from the look of it, it looked more like erbro... looked out. Too bad for the money.

No visit to Sihlcity would be complete without a tasty snack at Hitzberger.

Bought falafel and chicken parmesan wrap. Falafel Wrap had 2 falafel balls cut in half, 3 drops of sauce, the rest was filled with rocket. I suggest calling this wrap “arugula only wrap”. Unfortunately, the store has deteriorated extremely compared to before - in all areas. Very unfortunate.

The new Hitzberger is bad. The old concept is what made the Hitzberger. Everything was fresh and the wraps were bigger. With Migros on the lever, the store is dead for me. Shame!

I have been a regular customer of Hitzeberger in Sihlcity for years. Unfortunately the chicken parmesan wrap was sold out today. After asking politely, I was referred to another product as an alternative. Since my daughter only likes the chicken parmesan wrap, I politely asked again whether they would make it fresh for me if they no longer had it in stock. - Unfortunately no, I could only choose a prefabricated product because of food waste.... As a regular customer, I am disappointed to be treated like this. Planning is not my job at Hitzeberger and if a product works better than others, then I expect customer-oriented hospitality and not unfriendly inflexibility

Tip top. But why doesn't Hitzberger hire anyone to ensure the same quality standards in all branches? Sihlcity is worlds better than Hitzberger Migros City. Example fitness salad. Quantity, appearance and ingredients are not 1:1. Why not? To get straight to the point: I will certainly not respond to copy paste 0815 standard messages, dear Hitzberger team.

I had a sweet potato bowl today and unfortunately I have to say that the price-performance ratio is not right. 16.90CHF is too expensive for the portion, so I'd rather go to Vapiano and order a salad - about the same price, but significantly more green.

The food is fresh and good. Staff ok. But dessert comes just like that without plates or cutlery. I mean... for the prices, that would be the smallest thing.

I had the worst and most unfriendly service ever here. December 17th, 2021, it is 4:50 p.m., I would like to buy various wraps with my family and would also like them warmed up. So I kindly asked the employee if he could warm it up. The answer came promptly: “It’s not possible, the oven has already been cleaned!” I ask if the store is closing soon? Employee: No at 8:30 p.m. It takes at least 30 minutes for the oven to warm up. Not worth it!!!''. When read, you can't hear the tone, but the answers always came with an annoyed tone, as if I, as a customer who wanted to consume something, was disturbing the employee. The employee also turned his back to me and ignored me. An employee who was also on site called out something to him, but he ignored her too. The employee also didn't come to us to mediate/clarify the matter. I don't expect 5 star service but this was completely unacceptable. We left immediately after that. I don't have to worry about something like that again and since the new concept is bad anyway, I'll be happy to avoid this store in the future.

The new concept is bad. The wraps are no longer as fine and fresh.. very disappointing - was a highlight of the Sihlcity visit so far..

I've been coming here for years, be it in Sihlcity, Zurich HB or Glatt. After various renovations/new openings, wraps are no longer freshly prepared on site in any branch. It's a shame, because the taste is actually different and the wrap is definitely smaller. But the price has remained the same. The price-performance ratio is no longer right for me, which is why I will forego the wrap in the future.

Food & Drinks: Super tasty and large selection. Everything is also listed online with pictures and detailed information. Service: Very friendly and everything is prepared very quickly and always looks delicious. Location: Stylish design in the middle of Sihlcity. Prices: OK.

Needs to improve. I go there approximately once per week and every 3rd time i get the wrong order. I can't understand how this is happing so often and i don't want to imagine the food waste that this shop generates (assuming i am not the only one with this issue). When returning the chicken wrap because i orderd a planted chicken, the staff did not even say sorry. absolute no go in my opinion. the staff really needs to be trained better.

I've been here several times and so far everything has been tasty. The Edis Vegiwrap is my favorite. The cappucino is also great.

The most disappointing meal I've had in a while. Couldn't finish my tuna poke. 'Kids' sandwich was too big for either of my kids to bite and the chicken inside was tasteless. Apples offered to kids were not fresh, bananas overripe. We got one napkin for four people. The only plus was a nice set of little tidbits included in the kids meal for kids to play with.

Here there is good coffee and comfortable armchairs for a short break. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the prices are a little high.

Young staff present. Very organized and friendly. In terms of price, it's at the top of the table. Quality very good... keep it up...

Great place for a quick lunch stop. I had a freshly prepared vegetarian Edi's Vegi sandwich.

I come here for the Poké Bowls.

The food portions were reduced although the price kept the same. I am no longer satisfied and will likely not come again. Just to add, the staff kindly admitted that the portions were reduced based on the instruction from their boss. I asked for the reason and was told that smaller portions should lead to reduced waste from the leftover food. What a joke.

The place started off good, but I feel that it has gradually declined. The food isn’t as exciting and flavorful anymore, and for me it’s just not what it used to be.

Burger was in pieces when I got it, half cold, and the espresso was straight out of a machine. There were flies all over the place also. The only positive was the freshly squeezed orange juice

The Hitzberger isn't bad and I'm glad that there is also a relatively cheap fast food alternative in Sihlcity. Unfortunately, the dishes are not convincing and almost all of them lack that certain something, usually a bit of spice (it can be pleasantly spicy, but even then something is still missing). Somehow everything tastes similar. Perhaps the classic Mediterranean ingredients such as oil and garlic are saved for lifestyle reasons - but that's just a guess.

Perfect place for a quick and healthy lunch. I am a regular customer and mainly come for the simple, delicious dishes. But the homemade iced teas also taste delicious.

There's one star because the staff was reasonably friendly when they finally got to the counter. The coffee was ok, but I didn't even want to feed the egg sandwich to my dog, which makes up for the star. I must have misunderstood “of course fast food” somehow. Honestly: The disgusting sandwich I've ever eaten in Switzerland and then that was the tip of the day. This criticism, as difficult as it is for me, is really meant to be constructive. .

My orange juice was fairly stale and the croissant was very mediocre. The service was friendly.

Individually prepared wraps, smoothies, etc. Low food miles. Healthy but still very tasty. Although it is a chain, it still keeps to its origins and long may that last. Please open near Paradeplatz though!

The staff is attentive and very friendly. The offering is wide, fresh and tempting. You can smell the fresh peaks from afar and taste really good too. The same goes for coffee. There are enough simple but comfortable seating options for a quick break. Again any time.

I really like the concept (fast, healthy, uncomplicated, sustainable) but I think it's time to optimize the selection and introduce something new. Today I had a red curry again and I didn't find it tasty at all (in terms of taste and consistency). It would also be desirable to get an alternative to chicken with a Vegi Red Curry (not just vegetables and rice). Continue to count me as one of your customers and would be happy to hear about optimizations for the future. Best regards

Exceptional fresh and tasty wraps for all the tastes, service is quick and people are polite. Free water and space to relax a bit is a plus. Unfortunately a bit on the expensive side for what you get but the quality is there, one of my favorite places to eat in Sihlcity

Mega unfriendly staff, when I asked if I could please get my cappuccino a little warmer than the last two times, I was told; It can't be that he was cold... and my request was answered in a friendly manner and with a smile, which the ladies at Hitzberger never reciprocate.

I mostly like the food here. With the exception of one know-it-all employee, everyone is very friendly and polite. The food is generally delicious, but I find the prices for some dishes (e.g. a meager portion of pasta with cream sauce for CHF 17) too expensive. The small salad that should be included with the menu is sometimes forgotten. I will continue to go there in the future, but I will avoid the employee mentioned above.

Very disappointing visit to HItzberger Sihlcity - inattentive, rude and unclean staff. I was neither greeted nor said goodbye, had to repeat my meal request three times and then the person after me was served with food. This all happened some time before rush hour, mind you. When they finally decided to prepare my sandwich, it was with the same hands that had the money and the nose before... The sandwich itself was even more disappointing than the people behind it (Edi's Sandwich or that was the name): no taste, barely lukewarm (it went under "hot sandwich") and stale old salad - I know what is supposed to be vital and healthy about this company neither.

Would-be Michelin stars and Gault points on the napkin, but espresso tastes like boiled cleaning rags.

It's a shame, it's 'healthy', but even after asking various staff, no one can tell me whether the food contains flavor enhancers/glutamate. No-go for me.

The managing director of Hitzberger in Sihlcity has his shop under control and is very customer-oriented. All employees are very friendly. I have already tried some of the edibles on offer and found everything to be very delicious. My insider tip: Thai coconut soup!
