Donuts were delicious, but the lady at the checkout took out her cell phone while I was paying with the card and tapped on it and didn't pay any attention to me anymore... in my opinion, a no-go when the customer is paying! She wasn't really motivated either...

Never again. Very unfriendly service, before we even ordered anything we were asked for payment. We paid 15.- for 3 donuts (which can't be right, because none of them cost more than 4.-). In addition, the return money was incorrect. You can argue about taste.

Very disappointed with the service, the employee on January 15th, 2023 was very unfriendly and rude, I had to swap food three times😔.... NEVER again 🤮🤬

The three of us ate donuts, we felt very comfortable, we even got a small bonus, the staff is very nice and does their job very well. Dunkin Donuts is beautifully decorated and kept clean. 10/10

I had a bad experience because my order was not served according to the correct order. I also believe that the waiting times were too long even though there was no line. Finally, the interaction with the cashier was not good, not able to speak English.

TOP SERVICE & TOP QUALITY! 🍩 The waitress served us with a friendly and nice overall impression. The selection was very diverse and we were given very good advice. In the end we were so excited that we went again the next day. You will definitely see us there more often, with such a great atmosphere and such great service we fully deserve 5 stars. Been to so many Dunkin Donuts in America and none was as good as the one in little Switzerland! 🤗

Four of us went to Dunkin Donuts on a Friday evening. We drove further on a Friday and it was closed at 7:50 p.m. although according to the official opening times on the Internet it is open until 9 p.m. Were very disappointed that the opening times were incorrect and when you get there you only see closed doors.

The Bavarian donut is a must try! Really soft and delicious. Friendly staff. One of the tables was dirty. The coffee was good but cold 😪 passion fruit frappe was good !! Would come again for sure 🥰

The three of us drove extra from Wil to Abtwil and were served by an arrogant employee. The fact that there isn't a single donut available even though the landing is open until 9 p.m. Having no more donuts an hour before landing is a cheek just because you have to clean everything quickly and want to go home because you have no work ethic When I go to McDonald's I get what I want 1 minute before landing if I've already paid for it and not like at Dunkin Donuts where you stand in front of a greasy counter with crumbs and complain because you have to take the route and the gas to get here has consumed

Staff very unfriendly and annoyed. Instead of a warm hello, one person preferred to be on her cell phone and there were 4 people in line. Tables not cleared. People prefer to go to Migros to get a donut or a Berliner. Here the customer is not king.

Donuts are top just a little expensive

They didn't speak German. I ordered and paid for two donuts but only got one. I stood at the checkout and they ignored me and when I was finally able to order I had to wait for 15 minutes. It wasn't tasty either

I true on August 6th. Unfortunately, at 6:30 p.m. there wasn't a single donut left in the store. It's a shame when you consider that the shop is open until 8 p.m.

Friendly staff. Great glaced donut. Had to wait for my coffee but received a free coffee coupon for my next visit.

Finally we have a Dunkin Donuts in St.Gallen. One star deducted because the branch is located outside and not in the city center. We have enough empty retail space on the market square. I even gave you the tip about the (new) underpass at the main station. I hope you will open another flagship store in the city center in the near future.
