The truth is that the girl has had a bad attitude since we came in. And they didn't give me what I asked for. I wanted 2 Iced Caramel Chai Lattes. She charged me as if she gave them to me and gave me 2 Hot Caramel Chai Lattes (cheaper)

Finally a Dunkin Donuts in Schaffhausen. Good donuts, always new creations, great atmosphere and a nice and friendly staff, what more could you want. Always happy

The staff was very friendly and Victoria gave me good and patient advice despite my stupid questions.

I went to Dunkin Donuts today because I wanted a really good donut. When I was standing at the checkout there was a young lady with glasses, I really have to say hats off to absolutely great service, a lot of people can learn a lesson from that. Really first class, super friendly, nice, professional. Gladly again at any time. I asked her the name and she said her name was Victoria. Of course a 5 star rating for first-class service/friendliness and of course the taste of the donut. I'm very excited, I've rarely seen anything like this, I'll happily shop there again.

We were there on Sunday at 10 a.m. to get donuts, everything was dark and closed. According to the website, the store opens at 9 a.m. A pity.

Fresh and delicious, I have often been disappointed by other Dunkin Donut branches but this branch does it right. We'd love to come back.

Excellent service and wide variety of donuts with local flavors. Loved the Ragusa donut. Additionally it offers custom printed donuts which is so cool. You can use their own designs or upload your own by scanning a QR code. Very simple and fun. Service was excellent! Pumpkin spice latte was delish and much less sweeter than the US version.

I always enjoy coming back! All employees are always super friendly and accommodating. The donuts are of course also great, but my personal highlight is always the great service from Victoria!

I am a girl solo traveling, after I just arrived in Schaffhausen by train I went to the dunkin and was greated warmly into the city. The girl behind the counter (Shanara) was very sweet and gave me tips of places to see in the city. I immediately felt welcomed into the city. My cafe frappe was really good and looked very pretty. Overall great experience at this dunkin, definitely recommend!

What I like here is that the staff is really friendly and that you can charge your laptop at the socket for a moment and Victoria will inform you about the best deals. What I highly recommend is the cinnamon flavored donut. It tastes almost as good as in Sweden, where cinnamon things originally come from. Thx and see you soon

I've made it a Habit of coming here whenever Victoria is working. She's always very attentive to everyones needs, and always seems to be in a great mood, brightening up other peoples days, including mine. 10/10

The donuts are delicious, but the coffees can't do it right. Today I had a cafe latte with white chocolate and caramel and lactose-free milk. There is no lactose free milk and ice cubes in there too????? 🤔🤷
