Dunkin‘ Emmen Center in Emmen

The donuts are good. Now that they have put the ordering system separate from the dessert counter it goes a little faster. But it's of little use if to collect the money I have to remain in a queue with the other customers, who are crowded together looking at the display counter. There is still room for improvement in this area.

Really bad service, worker didn't heard 2 times that i said without cream and they charged me extra cause of their owm mistake. They also made wrong size...

Staff does a good job! Despite the many customers, the staff remains friendly and calm. The drinks are tasty and well prepared. The donuts are very tasty :)

It was very good, the staff were very friendly and our drinks were very tasty, the machine was simply broken and we had to wait but otherwise very nice.

Why do you hire staff who are obviously annoyed at serving customers?! Unfriendly and really unsympathetic!!!

Very tasty donuts. It's a shame that people address you as "Du". The silence seems out of place.

Donuts are good as always and the employees are always very unfriendly. It was a bit hellish again today and the employee was annoyed with me because I didn't take the donations straight away because I still have to wait for my coffee anyway. They can't get their legs and there was no space to run because everyone there always has to wait You don't get served, but you have to order everything via the machine upon request from the staff, it would be quicker that way!

Donuts very fine...but the service😪on December 31st, 2022 at 2 p.m....woman with black hair with such a face You're just getting scared🤪small place to enjoy coffee...there are other people with consumption from other stores...but the employee isn't interested...so you'd rather go to the corners blah blah blah with colleagues...great sales

I was there on Thursday and it was a great shop that was well cleaned with very beautiful and creative donuts 🍩.a very friendly service with blonde hair and great joy😁 I can only recommend the shop and will happily come back.😃👍

lousy, lousy at the worst! holiday time and only 1 woman behind the cash register who still has to serve. a huge snake. the poor employees.prices are also exorbitant.

The service is overwhelming when ordering for the first time. Absolutely slow, Dounats are OK. Ordered 2 Dounats and were the first... had to wait 6 minutes.

Very unfriendly at the moment. Staff only at the telephone, very inattentive to the customer. It's a shame about the good donuts (they give me 3 stars)

I have to agree with the lady in the other review. You can clearly see that there is potential for improvement in the Emmen Center location. The sellers almost seem a little helpless. There is nothing wrong with the donuts, very very tasty. 2 stars deducted for the "service"
