Sebastiano is a very pleasant and friendly host. More employees like this! He is also a good contact person if something is missing or doesn't fit.

The employee was very unfriendly. Was pissed and slammed the Taplett on the table. Eye contact was avoided.

Very weirdly placed McDonald's, but that doesn't take away from the beauty of the store itself. It's very nice and so were all the people. Thank you for a good meal!

Ordered the offer (drive-by) and additional sauce was added without my knowledge. I was surprised because I had to pay more than the offer. When I asked the employees about it, three employees didn't know what the problem was and were very unfriendly afterwards

We celebrated my 7 year old son's birthday party here with 8 friends. The children enjoyed their time here. Food, drink, cake with candles to blow out and a group photo for each child with small gifts and a balloon and the whole thing for only 119 CHF, I just think it's great. Plus the invitation cards👍🏻 Many thanks for the concept and of course a big thank you to Lina, who also played a little musical game with the children, namely the armchair dance. To note: 1. Only one entertainer is responsible for many children and is supposed to fetch things from time to time, which means that the children are often left unattended and during this time I often had to accompany the children to go to the toilet while my husband looked after the other children. It would be easier if two people accompanied the children to the party 👍🏻 Or McDonald’s provides two entertainers for the kids 😉 A separate note will be sent with the invitation card stating that an accompanying person must be present!! ((So please correct point 3 on the page where the information is located!!))…. 2. The toilets are in the basement and the party is on the first floor, the toilet door opens with a code. 3.The very small play area is not reserved for our children, other children also come and the children will definitely not like that, we were very lucky because other children only came in the last few minutes 4. As already mentioned, a group photo is of course very nice for every child, the unpleasant thing is that sometimes the camera does not work properly and the children have to wait a long time for it to work (please get a new camera). 5. 90 minutes is a very short time for the children to celebrate, I personally played with the children at home 90 minutes beforehand. 6. We chose the circus theme and got the invitation cards, but there was no performance on that theme that day. Only the birthday child received a magic hat 🎩😃 at the end of the game, nothing more. Nevertheless, we went home happy and the children were able to experience something new. Thank you very much . Photos will be taken 👍🏻

It's a huge mess. Half of the food was missing, no one is aware of their guilt whether it was Uber Eats or McDonald's and the money is gone too. Never ordered from this McDonalds it came several times before NEVER!!!

Something is missing from every order! Or the Big Tasty has chicken crispy instead of beef! No matter whether at Mc Drive or in a restaurant! 3 weeks ago I was missing a burger! I had to wait 20 minutes for the burger, everything else was cold! We'll never go to this McDonald's again. In other McDonald's it is 100 times better and the staff is friendlier!!!!!

Most of the time I'm there at Mcdrive and I usually see a bunch of women gossiping in one place. After ordering, I am always asked to go to the waiting area even though no one is waiting before or after me..... usually something is missing when ordering from Mcdrive, which I unfortunately only notice when I get home. The fries are usually lukewarm, the burgers taste different than at other McDonald's branches (Luzern, Sursee).

We wanted to celebrate our daughter's birthday at McDonald's. Terrible. Ms. Lina, very nice. But everything happened extremely quickly, the children went from eating to playing to taking photos to playing, it was all very hectic. The idea was that the children had fun and we didn't have much work, but we had to look after the children all the time. They were left without care a lot, it was terrible. Never again.

The new Serbian-speaking team is really cheeky, arrogant and unfriendly. Waiting 10 minutes for nuggets and cheeseburgers even though the restaurant is completely empty is a disgrace. Fries cold and hard, burgers cold and dry!!!! The kitchen works quickly but the staff in the front are asleep! The burgers and nuggets are in the front of the container and stay there for a long time until the ladies at the front pass the food on. I hope many people read my mail to the mc team at the emmencenter. I am in favor of staff either working properly or finding new staff. 7 out of 10 orders are wrong when you order take away!!!!! Wrong sauces, wrong orders, missing products!!!

I go to this Mc very often. I like the atmosphere, but on the other hand I unfortunately have to say that there is always something wrong with the order. Once again you got something from the mcDrive and again you forgot something. 2x hamburgers 1x9chickennuggets 1x fries and the fries are missing. Paid 19.70chf, the fries cost 5chf. Nice restaurant, food is nice and warm, prices are more expensive than I thought but the taste is delicious. Good nuggets, fries aren't that crispy but the milkshake is the best. Would recommend

Great McDonald's. I don't eat much at MCs but I liked the place. The only thing I have to complain about was the smelly toilets in the basement. There was already a smell in the hallway. I don't know if this is always the case or if I was just unlucky.

Every time a new surprise. Every time! This time the potatoes were COLD!!! The BigTasty tasted like an old dirty rag and not a burger! Simply disgusting!!! Every time a sauce is missing! With 10 customers per day, that's CHF 3 in one day! One month CHF 90.- and this at one branch!!! There are 172 branches in Switzerland. That's CHF 15,480.- at 172 branches PER MONTH for one sauce for 10 customers per day. That makes a profit of CHF 185,760 per year!!!! Because of a sauce!!! This is fraud!!!!! The ambience is nice! But in a nice atmosphere you want to eat in peace and not have to put up with screaming babies every time!!! Very bad concept. I ate here for the last time. Thank you, goodbye never again!!!!!!!!

Food is almost always wrong or there is too much sauce, salad or something similar (guidelines are probably ignored). Long waiting times despite a lot of staff and few customers. The staff speaks very, very bad German and is not friendly.

I ordered a chicken burger where the meat was still raw. When I asked the staff about it, I wasn't taken seriously and I was told that it was "piggy meat" and that's how it should be. Afterwards I got food poisoning due to the salmonella. Not even a refund or apology. An impudence.

Employees can hardly speak German. Orders are always wrong 90% of the time. Today instead of chicken tenders there were chicken wings - they were also rock hard and dry - a cheeseburger was also missing again. Great McDonald's on two levels. Ideal for families

This isn't the first time this McDonald's branch hasn't completely packed my order. When I brought this to the attention of the employees, I was not taken seriously. Paid more, received too little. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Only amateurs were employed who had never held a tray in their hands. When I was served at the table, I was showered with the Coke I had ordered. All about the pants and my cell phone. Afterwards there wasn't even an apology from management. They said she would be available again on Monday. When no one answered, I called. Then suddenly she couldn't be reached until Tuesday. Now I have given up. The restaurant was also completely overcrowded and the seating was far too tight. I was at Mcdrive once and had to repeat our order about 5 times because the woman at the counter kept repeating our order incorrectly. We said everything clearly and in the end we still got the wrong thing and then they wanted us to pay on top of that. Now I ordered through Uber eats and I got the wrong one again. The employees don't make any effort and I've never had that in any McDonald's in Lucerne.

For me it's one of the nicest McDo branches in the city.

Organization in the kitchen is absolutely poor; leads to unreasonable waiting times. Staff at the checkout were friendly and even annoyed by the incompetence in the kitchen. This branch urgently needs new management, franchisees seem to be completely overwhelmed. Otherwise quite ok locally.

Quiet a non-standart WIFI conditions, speed very limited, access for just 1 hour. I use to work at McDonalds with a coffee but this definitely doesn't follow the Swiss standards 😉😥

Unfortunately, after the initial good Big Mac, now such a disappointment! Ordered from Drive on 11/7/23, around 3:15 p.m. Big Mac was cold, the bottom half had very little lettuce and little sauce. Top part had no sauce and no salad! Cola was max. 3/4 full. It's a shame, that's it.

Newly opened McD. Inaugurated on 8.31.22. Very large, practically attached to the EmmenCenter shopping center. For those who want to eat in the restaurant there is plenty of free parking. Otherwise there is the McDrive service, which is also very fast: a moderate but very flowing queue of cars forms. Inside there are several rooms for eating. For having been in the evening and well crowded, I found the restaurant very clean, the same goes for the bathrooms.
