Nothing was prepared. No kepap the oven for baking the gyrum flatbread was cold. The clerk apologized. Management should have new leadership That's why nothing worked!? !?

Waited 1.5 hours for the food, instead of the 30 minutes that were announced Food: Didn't taste like anything! Not even after (box!) Salad: ?????? Even after, nothing! Used to be a very good delivery service New management, can't speak German But it would be urgently needed Sorry Never again

Very friendly service. The pizza is always very tasty, we order from time to time. There are about 3 tables if you want to eat there, but it's not particularly comfortable. Not wheelchair accessible because there are stairs to the entrance

I called and ordered. The gentleman on the phone should urgently learn German so that he can write down addresses After 1.5 hours there was still nothing. Called again and canceled... never again!!!

Since the new owner started working, everything has changed for the better. Before it was a disaster, but now I'm very happy again. Thank you and gladly again!

I ordered pizza, which came 1 hour late. As an apology there was cola. The pizza was way too greasy and not fully baked, so I thought the pizza tasted bad. It wasn't visually pretty either, as half of the topping was no longer on the dough but in the box.

I often order from Eat Point. The food is always good, but lately ingredients that should actually be included as standard, such as olives, have been missing. What also bothers me is that certain suppliers call instead of ringing the bell. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

Small shop, hardly any parking nearby. Yufka was almost tasteless. Service ok, nothing special. Next time we'll eat somewhere else.

When you asked if you got what you ordered you were given the wrong food and the response was unfriendly. Tables dirty and waiting time is an eternity. After I finally got my pide with minced meat there was a fly in the minced meat! Once and never again. The health department should urgently take a look here because there is definitely a lot going wrong here.

Penne al funghi were pre-cut!!!!! Spaghetti with watery sauce - mushrooms were cut huge, everything was soggy, watery and tasteless. Choosing what went into the kebab was also pointless because once it was everything - i.e. not the selected one. My mother's falafel barely had any sauce in it and the falafel was dry... the wrong ice cream was also delivered... but there was free 1L of cola 🥴 at least the supplier was nice...

As a half-Italian, I have been eating 1 pizza almost every 2 days for almost 20 years. Until I ordered the family pizza from Eatpoint. The pizza I ate is the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. After the change of ownership, their food also became inedible.

Service employee doesn't speak German, waited for 2 hours and can't find the address when he's logged out. Working in Switzerland but not knowing German. Not recommended.

Ordering process and delivery ok. Unfortunately, the 32cm pizza only has a diameter of 27cm. 17+ francs is too much for that.

So I've ordered there twice now and picked it up myself once. The food was always good. Today for the second delivery the delivery person arrived a little later and apologized several times. I really liked that and it's understandable to me that there's a lot to do from time to time. Despite the delay, the food was still warm and delicious.

1. I had to wait 50 minutes. 2. I was given an incorrect receipt. 3. There was no trace of pistachios in baklava. Was more coconut. 4. The 1.5 liter bottle of cola is missing. Tomorrow I will report it and I want either the 1.5 l of cola or the 6 CHF that I paid!

Delivery took 2.5 hours. The food wasn't that tasty either. (The dough was undercooked and the pizza was very greasy). In any case, I will not order from you again.

Doner was okay. Not my favorite meat in terms of taste. Size was rather modest. You should keep an eye on the preparation, otherwise something is likely to be forgotten. However, it was pretty quick and overall OK.

Eat Point Laufen makes really good pizzas!! Like all snacks, pretty expensive, but at least these make really good junk food, if I do say so myself!!! Also kebab/gyros is really good!! I'll always be happy to come back, just here to Laufen!!! Food really good!

Dürüm Gyros were way too small, almost no meat in it, very little sauce, the vegetables weren't fresh and the Dürüm had so much oil in it that it was dripping the whole time. The store looked really unhygienic. Worst Dürüm Gyros I've eaten in my life!!

Way too late delivery. Called at 10.30, pizza delivered at 11.55 doesn't work at all

Food was good, 4 stars. Delivery was very bad, 1 star, I waited a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes for a pizza and a kebab.

Really the best kebabs, but I don't find the opening - delivery times very practical. It happened very often that me and friends wanted to order food later in the afternoon, but this wasn't possible because it doesn't open until 5 p.m. + delivery time, which is a shame.

Pizza: Ssren good and qualitatic quite. Price is OK! Delivery: Called at 5:30 p.m. and ordered the pizza for 6:30 p.m. The pizza arrived at 7:30 p.m.... Tip: I would have been happy if someone had given me a quick call so I could be informed if the pizza was coming later. I

gestern das erste Mal ausprobiert: Preis/ Leistung sehr gut(top) Qualität / Quantität ebenfalls top Die Idee mit dem superknusprigen Döner Brot zum Burger einfach genial. Hat übrigens nach 1 Minute mit dem Anruf geklappt🍔 sehr pünktlich und das wichtigste, der Burger hat den Hunger bis am Abend gestillt. Weiter so, gerne wieder

Bei geöffnetem Laden während einer Stunde 6x versucht telefonisch zu bestellen... Leider scheint niemand in der Lage zu sein ein Telefon abzunehmen!!! Schade für einen Lieferdienst :( so kann man natürlich auch Werbung machen. Kleiner Tipp: Pizza Darames in Laufen nimmt beim ersten Versuch immer ab.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Dürüm sehr gut, saftig frisch und heiss. Geschnittenes Schnitzelfleisch Soßen sind würzig, scharfe Soße hat richtig wumms wenn man genügend nimmt und schmeckt immer noch. Salat für mich etwas zuviel. Preis Leistung sehr gut und man wird satt davon. Gehe regelmässig.

Lebensmittelvergiftung, 2 Personen seit 2 Tagen dank des Dürüms (1x Vegi, 1x mit Fleisch)

Der Döner war sehr fein und doe Pizzas sind auch sehr gut. Es war recht sauber und es hat genug Sitzmöglickeiten draussen wie drinnen. Die Preise waren in Ordnung. Die Arbeiter waren sehr freundloch und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Nachteil war das es sehr sehr lange ging bis ich meinen Döner bekam. Zudem hat es für die Kunden welche dort essen wollen sehr wenige Parkmöglichkeiten.
