I watched Dune 2 today. For 17 minutes I watched ads (trailers up to 5 minutes). During the intermission, I was watching photo of Trump for 10 minutes. I ended up not watching the movie for 27 minutes. Overall the cinema looks solid, but I'll never go there because of the crazy amount of ads. BTW website is slow and UX is the worst.

Always casually watch a film in the cinema.

We had a family bowling evening. 7 people, of which the oldest (our grandpa) was by far the oldest in the restaurant at 91 and the "youngest" was 24. A super successful, relaxed and fun evening. Beautiful bowling alley and very nice and helpful staff!

I wanted to choose premium seat online, luckily I didn't, but buying something to drink is not possible without standing in a long queue, I had an online ticket. I have to stand in line. Luckily I didn't buy Premium. Would be an organizational plus for customers with online tickets.

I went to the Paw Patrol matinee with my kids. The film is suitable for ages 4 and up when accompanied by an adult, and children ages 6 and up are even allowed to watch the film alone. Commercials were anything but suitable for children. In particular, the Unicef ​​advertising, which shows war zones and the bombing of houses, as well as injured and completely malnourished children, is completely out of place in a film for such young viewers. Of course, the suffering in the world must be addressed with children at some point, but how and at what age and to what extent should be left to each family individually. An absolute no go!

Abaton formula or now known as Blue Maxx, this one is in Winterthur and has a very labyrinthine lay-out. Sound systems are good, just prep ypurself that on Hall 6, the premier seats are not at the back but in the middle so there's people traffic in front of you unlike the other halls.

I don’t see anyone talking about it, but the cinema rooms smell like fried food, as it is located at the top of boiler room. Not so pleasant. Besides that, I had a good experience :)

Taking a commercial break in the middle of a normal length movie isn't that cool. It's a shame when you can't even watch a film in one go without advertising.

Cool bowling alleys, attractive ambience, but “background” music that is way too loud. Decibel measurements with the app were regularly at 88 dB. There is no thought of a pleasant conversation. A pity. Disinfection of the rental shoes was delegated to the guests and non-Alco drinks are many times more expensive than in the restaurant (33cl Cola 5 Fr.).

The bowling switched itself off once every round. Then you had to take another 10 minute break. I don't recommend this bowling alley.

One of the only cinema's that I am aware of in the area that offers English films, which is nice for family visitors who don't speak strong Swiss German. It's nice that they offer a break halfway through the movie to be able to go to the bathroom or buy some more snacks and drinks.

I watched Avatar 2 in 3D with a colleague yesterday and we were a bit disappointed with the service. We actually already had our tickets and “just” wanted to get drinks for the more than 3-hour marathon. Due to processes we didn't know in detail, the checkout didn't move forward and it took 15 minutes for the 4 customers in front of us. After we got our drinks at the exact minute the film started and wanted to go into the cinema, we were just informed that we had to bring our own 3D glasses. Unfortunately, we found no information about this in advance when we obtained the online label. Now it was time for us to go back to the start and get back in line at the checkout to get the glasses... All in all, I see the following potential for improvement: - If there is a lot of traffic, divide the cash registers into tickets and snacks - Inform on the ticket that 3D glasses will not be handed over - Provide 3D glasses for cash upon check-in

Afternoon show is great for children.

We were told bowling was full. Nevertheless, 2 lanes were free for at least 2 hours and we could have easily played a round. The iced tea was absolutely inedible, the glass was practically only filled with ice. Price 6 Fr something for that was way too much.

Dirty cinema, bad employees. I have a cinema and they supposedly have a bad system error regarding the ticket even though I already bought it.

It's a nice, spacious cinema. The prices are rather high, but not surprisingly so for a Swiss cinema. Also, the option to view movies with their original audio exists, however, only rarely and often with multiple different subtitles.
