We were there for 2 nights and with outside temperature in single digits were forced to sleep without any heating. Technician could not fix it. Spoilt our experience. The hotel has few parkings and the nearby public garage must be used: however loading and unloading your luggage is made very hard by the fact that the designed parking is always taken by service cars (laundry, electrician,..). Dog friendly and 24-h open reception and doors.

Dinner was a set menu but every course was amazing. We enjoyed all of it but if it didn`t suit you it could be changed. Breakfast was simple continental served at your table and was a disappointment but we saw other residents ordering eggs etc which we were not told about. Covid responses were good and all staff that we met were very friendly and helpful.
