I am very dissatisfied with the service. I wanted to order something to eat but was completely ignored and other guests were given preference. I then left without eating and ate differently. So I can't give any information about the quality of the food.

I have been a customer of efem in Solothurn for years and will continue to be! My favorite is the Dürüm, with everything, hot barbecue sauce, and a bit spicy ;-) The staff, especially the boss, but also everyone else, are really friendly. Even if they are under a bit of stress, they remain professional, fast, reliable and nice. The price is absolutely fair for what you get, both in terms of quality and quantity. I've never had a single reason to complain about anything. In my opinion, the best kebab/dürüm shop far and wide! Fresh meat, crunchy vegetables, friendly service - what more could you want! I'm happy to do it again at any time - thank you very much!

All around a good standard kebab. Here the meat is not from the factory, but homemade. Service was quick and friendly. Ambience very small and warm. The toilet is very hidden.

First of all I have to say... I think it's a shame that some people write in the reviews that they've been here many times and everything was great and then they rate the store with 1 star because of ONE bad experience. Impudence really. Something can always not be perfect. If you have 10 good experiences you don't write anything, but if you have a bad one you ruin the rating average of a store... Unbelievable. We have been coming here for 7 years. First as a couple, then as a family. Both then and now, our requests (additional plates, etc.) were well catered for. Nobody is ever annoyed and even during lunchtime the employees are always very friendly and accommodating. The food tastes really good. Yes, sometimes there could be a bit more meat, but at 15 CHF for a meal, you can't expect who knows how much meat. These are also difficult times for restaurateurs/snack owners....

Tried every Dürüm in Solothurn. Only Efem has the best. Is and remains the best Dürüm.

I came here because of the good reviews. However, I was suddenly disappointed. The shop is not really inviting to eat. I ordered a kebab box. This one had unsalted fries. The kebab meat has more fat than meat (real lumps). Powder was used for the hot sauce. However, the staff was friendly.

We used to go here to get a kebab when we were young. Whether before going out or after an afternoon of shopping in the city. That's why I usually visit this place when I'm in Solothurn again. A box of chicken kebab tastes very good and not like most standard skewers do.

A decent kebab for Swiss standards. The shop seems a bit unclean but I didn't notice anything unhygienic when preparing the food there. There is a decent yogurt sauce.
