Yesterday at the opening at the new location in Emmenbrücke. Queued for 30 minutes and didn't get any further. When you asked the boss in a friendly manner as he walked past, he immediately reacted aggressively and extremely unprofessionally. Then, like several others, we left again. No wonder this club has a Google rating of 2.7... I wish you much success 😂

Club ambience would be good but the price for drinks would be a DISASTER! 20CHF for a whiskey cola and 10CHF for Corona. That's worrying. In any case, I'm from the club... Next to the number 20.- Itrett??!?!?

Wonder if the bouncers are there to drive away all the guests? As unprofessional as they are, just aggressive and immediate threats…. They probably didn't understand the job properly... Never experienced anything like this! You think twice about going in... Not recommendable.

Although I registered as a member 2.5 hours before the doors opened, I wasn't on the guest list and have to pay an entrance fee of 20.00 :(

All the people who write here just talk trash. They have never used pepper spray and have never hit it without a reason. This is a very great club with good music and good DJs, everyone is playing.

Visited a month ago and I have to say was a really bad night entrance fee 20 franks... the club was more than half empty on a Saturday night... the atmosphere even worse and the music was really bad... stayed approximately 2 hours ... don’t think I’ll be going back ...

Some of them don't even openly offer alcoholic drinks, there are no instructed and rude staff, instead of solutions, offers are made. Cheeky security staff! New, but never!

El cactus Worst club since I can remember. There is no party atmosphere in front of the entrance, more like a funeral staff than giving the impression that they are employees of a temporary company without any experience. And once you're inside you have the feeling that you just want to get out and never go back.... { way too bright, music too lw reminds you of a bad radio station, drinks came wrong twice and once too few ok maybe the barceper was also closed inexperienced} .... That's why it's better to go to the roadhouse, which is also much closer to the Lucerne main station. PS entry is free. It's better to spend on drinks than on this library club... Or even better, go to Zurich

Absolutely worst club. There were four of us, 3 colleagues and my girlfriend. However, security didn't want to let all of us in. When we asked why, we were told to calm down. When we then said that we had asked in the normal way, the bouncers attacked and beat up my colleague. I was pepper sprayed in the eye when I tried to help him. And then one of the bouncers said that if we weren't gone in 10 seconds, they would take my girlfriend to the toilet... They should all be locked up, these aggressive primates!

Talking about house rules and not being able to tell the difference between clothes...disappointing. Staff changes are urgently needed. Especially the leader...

I don't think it's okay that El Cartel makes live videos and posts them online without the consent of the people recorded so that they can be clearly seen.

Ageist establishment. Refused entry to a friend of mine because he was older. If traveling there from anywhere else I highly recommend avoiding this place.

1. Totally overpriced, Cola 0.33l, 7.- Long drinks and cocktails are also totally overpriced and the taste is better at home. 2. The staff is totally unfriendly and comes across as very aggressive + they don't speak a word of German 3. You can't even rest for 5 minutes in the overpriced lounge (you have to close your eyes for a moment to clear yourself) and you are immediately woken up in a very unfriendly way. 4. The drink has to stay outside, even cola, (as if I wanted to steal) 5. Toilets are totally unclean 6. Had 2 female companions. They said they had free entry, but they still had to pay 20 7. If you rent a lounge you are obliged to buy a bottle (at least 140.-). Never again. I can't recommend it

20 francs entry and not even a live band? Very disappointing. There is nothing noted on the website that it might work in Zurich but not in Lucerne.

Just closed on Sundays!!! We were 3 ladies from the catering industry and wanted to have a bit of fun and dance. Then you find yourself in front of a locked door! Thank you.. After a phone call they said it would remain closed... It might be beneficial to make this public too! It's a shame you could at least have fun in the loft on Sunday! Will avoid the place!

Last Saturday I witnessed a bottomless impudence. Four of the El Cartel security team knocked a young man unconscious. As if that wasn't enough, they sprayed him with pepper spray even though he was unconscious on the ground. WORST CLUB IN SWITZERLAND! WHAT SICK STAFF!

I love this club. There's great music here and you always meet great people. Is really recommended. If you love Reaggeton, you've come to the right place. ;)

The loft used to be a nice place, even if the entrance fee was expensive. Unfortunately, I can no longer say that today. Saturday, October 13th, 2018, a good colleague reserved a lounge in the club for just under 600 CHF for his birthday party. Despite the reservation, the first problem arose as soon as we walked in. We were insulted and warned several times not to cause any trouble for no reason. We didn't arrive shouting or being conspicuous; it was apparently more about the fact that we didn't have enough women with us. After an extremely unfriendly greeting, we went upstairs. Shortly before 2 a.m., and that's no exaggeration, security threw a drunk, aggressive man down a metal staircase, whereupon he suffered a laceration above his left eye. You can understand that a drunk guest has to be calmed down and removed, but that was not only unprofessional but also serious bodily harm, which if it had been done incorrectly would have resulted in the man's death. When the man was dragged back up the stairs, he hit one of our colleagues in the face in a rage, whereupon we had to hold him back. That led to us having to leave the club. If I were that man, I would sue the club heavily, even with the damage the drunk caused, despite the counter-suit, he would walk out of court with a bunch of money if he didn't act stupidly. I actually wanted to start a huge party there this year, but I'm definitely moving that to a good club. Personally, I'll never set foot in the place again.

Club has a strange structure but otherwise quite good. I can't understand your complaining about bouncers. We (two men) have NEVER had any problems getting in, even without a woman accompanying us. You should go to VIOR or Jade in Zurich...then you'll know what Assi Securitys are...

Was there with a colleague for about an hour, he just spoke to someone and was promptly thrown out by security. When we were outside he waved his hands around a bit and was promptly covered in pepper spray. Unfair advertising with promises of free entry on the outside board, but then 20 CHF is charged. We were then threatened with violence by security. Good Music.....but not much crowd on a Sunday

Make sure that they don't lie to you. We went there because we saw on the outside that there was no admission charge from 11pm to 11.30pm. We go in and ask. The guy at the entrance lies to our face that it doesn't count that day. We pay the fee but are a little suprised. After I wrote an e-mail to get more information on the next work day, the owner tells me that he regrets to hear that but doesn't hope that one of his employees lied to us. No gesture of apologies were given. We spend a lot of money. It's a shame that you are treated as a guest that way.

It was a DISASTER! When I wanted my trench coat back at the cloakroom, the employee lost it. He then informed the club owner. The club owner promised to call me the following Monday. I waited but nothing came. I've already contacted him by email, he asked me for the cloakroom number but nothing more than that. No I'm sorry, nothing! Nothing came after that. Excellent place to dance to Latin rhythms, sometimes it gets very crowded but it has two floors and upstairs is also nice, watch out for the free women on Saturdays before 11:30pm ;)

Cool club and beautifully done. Men's toilet hasn't been repaired in years, that's a shame...

Who can tell me what the loft was called before?

A great place to grab a drink and enjoy the surrounding area. The Loft was called the Hexxenkesel when I was there back in '99, but I'm sure the establishment is still a fun and great place to congregate. I love Lucerne
