I'm thrilled because I can and can put together my own electricity. Friendly staff. I have been very satisfied for 36 years where I have lived in Zurich.

Top company. Telephone contact is always very friendly and reliable. I have always had good experiences with EWZ and am a happy and loyal customer. Online portal with digital invoice and account monitoring flawlessly.

+41 58 319 47 00 is this telephone hanging in the far corner of the house? no one answers..."all lines are busy"....20 minutes stolen from life....NO I don't want to write by email...they did that to my mother...she is over 80...

Unable to send invoices with QR code. Unfortunately, I always have to type in this invoice manually because the reference number is not recognized by the APP. A pity.

anmelden tut ihr einen automatisch und verrechnen, aber abmelden muss man sich selber!? lächerlich und dann weiter Rechnung schicken obwohl man Monate lang bereits nicht mehr an der Adresse gemeldet ist. Trotz von Gemeinde und Vermieter längst abgemeldet super Leistung!

Loud and no consideration for residents!!

EWZ powers the place, where i live since 2017. The customer service they supply is very satisfying. You can contact them via phone, e-mail and on a traditional way. However, it‘s very sad that one needs to pay extra to have the electric power delivered from renewable energy. Basically pay more for the exact same voltage output provided from the company. I hope in the future EWZ will provide electricity from renewable ressources to all customers on their behalf without getting them to pay extra.
