One of the worst restaurants in fountains. The only good thing is the location and the cool furnishings of the store. The food is overpriced and the chalapenjo burger was so spicy that you couldn't eat it. And I usually like to eat spicy and very spicy. When I complained I was just insulted. Garlic sauce is automatically served with the fries. There is no mayo or ketchup. I was there once and never again! Every other restaurant in Brunnen is way better!!

very friendly employee. It was nice to get a burger 15 minutes before room time and therefore have to stay longer. great location by the lake. everything is very clean. including the toilets. the burgers were good. the mustard sauce ok. Onion rings are also good. The fries weren't our cup of tea with the seasoning and a bit greasy. but everything in total is definitely over 4☀️ so we're happy to round up!!

Excellent burger, especially the Angus, but one should be careful about the toppings, especially the pork. The prices are very expensive

Has parking spaces directly across the street. Ideal break area for motorcyclists. (Parking spaces also available.) Vegetarian burgers are good. Prices set a bit too high. The service was very friendly and impeccable. I would definitely come again and enjoy the view of the lake. Seats available inside and outside.

Now let's be honest, the shop is a must for burger lovers. The burgers are great, I had the water buffalo burger with egg, a dream. The burgers are freshly prepared and the fries are above ground with the spices and sour cream. Keep it up, I'm looking forward to the next time with you 😋😋😋

Nice pulled pork burger with an overload of meat. The service was a bit slow. The view at the lake and mountains is amazing.

Wanted to sit down for drinks and a small meal. Not even a quick hello from the waitress, she had to ask if the table was free and we could sit down. All that came was a downbeat “just to drink, yes”. They immediately turned back and continued. We were particularly irritated by the waitress's tone and ignorant behavior.

The food was good. What bothered me the most was the unfriendly staff with statements in front of me as a customer, yes, make another burger, who then changed his mind, but I simply said the wrong thing and wanted to change that very quickly. She looked at me grumpily and towards the end The coin wasn't even given to me, it was literally thrown on the table!!!! I will be happy to keep my distance in the future if this continues to be the case. This is not intended to be a criticism but a suggestion for improvement. Please take this to heart

Very good burger, but very expensive. They charged my wife 2.50 CHF for an extra plate for us to share a burger. It’s like Ryannair in restaurant form.

It was our first day in the country. And we chose to have a dinner at this nice restaurant. I really enjoyed my tartar, and my husband - his burger. That's a big deal: he doesn't like burgers, but how could you not earn swiss beef! Thank you, Nikki, for giving us best descriptions!

Very good service, the staff is pleasant and simple, but smiling. Good beers on the menu and the dishes were a delight. Vegan or fish option possible. A little expensive for burgers that said, but the lakeside setting is really attractive

Food was quite good, service was not very friendly, the restaurant outside seating had a view on Lake Lucerne but between the seating and the lake was a busy road, not very relaxing.

Amazing burger place with super views, if you want to enjoy a really nice burger and a big cold beer while overseeing the lake and the beautiful mountains surrounding the town this is the place. I had the Angus burger with fries and it was really good and filled me up. Also had brownie as dessert and it was delicious I would've eaten 100 of them.

Service poor, drinks Sven we had to wait 45 minutes for the food. When I asked where the food was, I was told that it was very busy, but that was the day before that I had gone somewhere else because of parking. Chicken legs were fatty and fries way too salty, price and quality are not right. Truly a tourist spot where you should never sit down.

The order was brought quickly, the waiters were pleasant.

Would call it mid-burger. A good burger should have toasted buns as by the time you get to the end of your burger it’s a soggy mess. Decent burger but a lot of room for improvement.

Although the food in this restaurant is really great and the service is friendly, I found the prices a bit too high. Unfortunately they don't invite me for a second visit. The American decor is really great and creates a great atmosphere, but for me the price just isn't right. However, if you are willing to spend a little more, I would say it is worth it for the delicious food and great ambience. Overall it was a good experience, but for me personally it's not the best value for money.

The food was delicious. There were four of us and we each made a different selection and the preparation took a good half an hour. We were too stupid to order an appetizer. But the cook suddenly brought us soup because it took a little longer. The staff was very nice and we liked it there.

Never had such a bad pulled pork burger. The bread was completely soggy. The other dishes are supposed to be good 👍

The food was very tasty BUT a few hours later I wasn't feeling well at all, I kept having to go to the toilet and vomited all evening, I couldn't explain it other than food poisoning possibly from the chicken nuggets I had that day nor did I eat anything else, which means it must have come from this food.

The view and the location deserve 5 stars if not more. Food 3 stars that's why I chose the golden mean. I've never seen fries so thin in my life. Considering that the portion is weighed and the Angus Burger costs CHF 28.50, this is disappointing. The meat in the burger was very good and juicy. The bread was far too soft for my taste and the remaining ingredients such as arugula, pickles, cheddar cheese and bacon were tasteless. As if they weren't included in the burger. The sauce was ok but too much overpowered the delicious taste of the meat. The staff was very friendly and quick. The chicken nuggets for our little one were also very tasty and there was no leftover chicken meat pressed together. Unfortunately we didn't have any coffee that day.

liars and cheaters, who do not respect customers wishes!!! I have ordered burgers, and asked not to include bacon, but they include it in, and when I complain, they lie and cheated me that there is no bacon in. Such liars and cheaters, who do not respect customers wishes. Cannot be trusted for the food and ingredients they offer. I would never recommend or trust to eat there

Nice atmosphere and clean. Very unmotivated staff who rolled their eyes at simple requests and were very unmotivated/slow. The zero bock setting was visible. Food was ok, quick, but the selection of 3 burgers was rather small. The taste wasn't outstanding but ok.

25.50 for a portion of fries + chicken nuggets & then ketchup is added to your bill. Not even in Zurich is food that expensive! Never again.

For a place that calls itself “Elite Burger,” there are surprisingly few burgers on the menu. The food isn't great either, but it's good. The service is nice.

The burgers and service is literally ELITE!!! The chef makes it a mouthwatering experience...... The staff is good as well.. the beef burgers are so fulfilling, it satisfies all your cravings!! The nuggets looked and tasted like they were home made and so did the crepes.... Will definitely come again with more friends...

Cohesive restaurant with a well-executed American flair and a clean impression. The not particularly motivated staff and rather long waiting times for service and food have a depressing effect. People with allergies are not prepared to take any initiative to clarify the ingredients, even if this is advertised on the menu. It's a bit like a fast food place.

Great location, lots of sun by the lake, Quöllfrisch (best Swiss beer) and also good vegetarian burgers, even a selection - and I've never had a corn and cheese patty. And - particularly important to me - enough delicious sauce :)
