As Americans traveling to Switzerland for the first time, we were delighted by the kindness of our server, the attentiveness to our meal, and the delicious traditional Swiss food. I had the Rösti and my wife had the Wiener Schnitzel. Both were exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. They were made perfectly and came in large portions. We ended the evening with ice cream for dessert and felt completely content. I hope we get the pleasure of eating here again in the future.
