Ernas in Altendorf

So far one of the very few delivery services where I have the feeling that they put effort into the preparation. The burgers are simply amazing, and the fries are nice and crunchy and not the kind of rubbish you get from the “big guys”. Sure, the price isn't exactly cheap, but in my opinion it's worth every franc. So I treat myself to this “fest” once a month (and then fall into a food coma, but whatever). Hopefully the quality stays as good.

A delivery service that many can learn from. Just as it should be in this day and age! Picked up the phone at 7:55 p.m. and ordered. I was told that it could currently take around 45 minutes. At 8:25 p.m. the doorbell rang! Food was already there…!! In terms of price, it's more on the upper limit. However, the price-performance ratio is right, especially the quality! Conclusion: - The food generally arrived hot - Fries hot and crunchy - Wings also hot and crunchy - Burger hot and pattie medium as it should be! All in all, TOP! Keep it up… Dave

Unfortunately I have to adjust my 5* rating. Your quality has dropped MASSIVELY. Cold, soggy fries have become the norm rather than the exception and last time we got something completely different than what we ordered and paid for. Delivery times have also become very long. We haven't ordered anything since then. Even though I would really like to order from you again, I don't want to be disappointed again.

We've ordered delicious burgers with fine fries and chili cheese balls a few times now. We were thrilled every time and noticed that the ingredients were of first class quality and were mainly made in-house. The pulled pork is awesome. But crispy chicken and beef burgers also taste really great. We'd love to come back - I can't wait, yummy!

You will be greeted very friendly on the phone. The order is taken personably, courteously, competently and quickly. I asked for a recommendation from the house, which really isn't just any o815 pizza. The delivery time was reasonable. Due to a small difficulty in delivery, I was asked to contact me briefly by phone beforehand so that the delivery service does not waste unnecessary time. A friendly lady from the delivery service then contacted me briefly as agreed. The delivery was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, because I hadn't stated in advance that I wanted to pay by card, the lady didn't have a device with her. However, she was so accommodating and had the confidence in me that I could pay the next time I ordered. However, I had to convey to her that it was my first time ordering from you and that I order very rarely. We two older hands (or at least I 😁🙃) were able to somehow fight our way through the jungle of twins so that the payment was transferred. A very friendly delivery lady. In any case, thank you very much for your offer. The pizza was very crispy and delicious. However, it was a bit too salty for me, which was only due to the ham. And this is simply a matter of taste. In any case it has nothing to do with the kitchen. I can fully recommend Erna's delivery service. Very accommodating and friendly from start to finish. Price/performance was also reasonable. Orders are best placed directly through the company and not through third party providers. Then only the people who do the work effectively will be paid and you will enjoy being greeted by friendly service like mine.

Super friendly and delicious, have ordered here many times now. Only one thing is difficult. If I click on "Website" via this mybusiness profile and then search for the menu there, I won't find anything. This is on a completely different (and, as far as I know, unlinked) website. I was really excited at the beginning and mentioned it to a colleague who had the exact same experience independently of me.

Absolutely to be recommended! My wife and I ordered the Bacon Burger and Crispy Chicken Burger. Plus French fries and onion rings. Ernas also treated us to a chocolate cake which made the whole thing a culinary delight. We were super happy and surprised about this gesture. The food was very tasty and fresh. I have ordered soo many times and it was always really good, although the wait was always long I always came back for the burger. But today the food took way longer than usual and on top of that my burger meat was so raw inside I couldn’t eat it. Was truly disappointed considering it’s not cheap.

Staff rude to customers. I ordered a burger and received beef tartare. Meat was very raw. Items that I ordered were not delivered. The whole thing was much better a year ago and I have now decided never to order there again. Mr. OSO should be taught some decency!

I ordered food on December 2nd, 2022 at 7:40 p.m. After 1 hour I had to call and ask where my food was?! It was then pointed out to me that the waiting times had been increased, which I was not informed of!! When the food arrived after 1 hour 30 minutes, I was greeted "friendly" and told that there was a waiting time of 90 minutes. I replied that I would never order from this delivery service again, but I was laughed at and told that they didn't care at all! In addition, the extremely rude delivery lady told me that it was an absolute luxury to wait 90 minutes for food because other people had no food at all. Completely unfriendly, cheeky and unreliable. Absolutely not recommended to order from this delivery service as it has happened more than once that the food took 1 hour or longer, and with such unfriendly staff and delivery men I would definitely stay away from it!! That's why 1 star is justified!!

Today I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, bread was soggy, too much sauce. I had to throw it away because I couldn't eat it. I was so disappointed. I called and was promised a credit. Unfortunately nothing came of that. Since the prices are rather high, the quality should always be right. For these reasons I will not be ordering anything again.

Best burger I've ever eaten. Since I've been living in Altendorf, I've been ordering regularly from Ernas for the whole family. Everyone is always thrilled. Furthermore, the service is really good and the contact person on the phone is extremely friendly. If there are burgers, then only Ernas. 10/10!

Great choice of material, unfortunately the burger is no longer the same as it was six months ago. The order is also not read and delivered according to the luck principle. What was previously a maximum waiting time of 45 minutes can now easily be doubled plus 10 minutes and every time the same excuse that there is a lot going on, sorry get organized!

Sorry guys but honest review after a lot of patience. Already ordered about 5-6 times. Every time something or everything about the delivery is wrong. Nevertheless, you always got the chance because you made up for it with the desserts. But you can't always do that. Today, after we ordered from you yesterday where everything was wrong again and we were able to enjoy our food after 2 hours, my girlfriend and I got mild food poisoning. The toilet has been our only friend for hours. Sorry but too much is too much. I won't be ordering again and would like to ask for my money back. Cost too much nerves and time. Especially because I can't work today and as a self-employed person I have to lose my daily turnover. I don't actually have a grudge, but you positioned the cherry twice. Wish you massive improvement and all the best.

Super fine burgers for lovers, a big tip to definitely try.

Unfortunately, the hamburgers tasted like they were used up leftovers, and the appearance of the food wasn't great either. I expect food staff not to smoke when handling food.

Today I decided at short notice to order from Erna's delivery service, even though I didn't know them. The order can be easily placed on the website and customized. The vegi burger was very tasty and the onion rings were just incredibly crispy and good!! The delivery time was stated to be around 45 minutes (I ordered shortly before 12 p.m.), after less than 30 minutes the doorbell rang. That was definitely not my last order from Erna's delivery service!! Keep it up..

The best burgers in March!!!! Great pizzas and the weekly hits are varied and creative. The store does a really good trap and the people are very nice. A real recommendation for catering or lazy evenings at home to order.

Extremely customer-oriented and even when things get hectic, they always remain friendly. Whether takeaway or delivery, the food is always fresh and delivered quickly.

You can immediately tell that the burgers are of very good quality. The meat and the other ingredients look fresh and really make you want to bite into the burger. The fries were also homemade and very, very tasty. What I found very nice was the surprise for the children that was included. So far I have only tried the burgers and can absolutely recommend them. Well... unfortunately I have to correct my rating... The last two times were so bad that I will now prefer Burger King or McDonalds again... It was just horrible... labyrinth, cold and 🤮 Very disappointing and sad... Really great...fast delivery and very friendly...just awesome, the fried food was still super crispy and the burger was simply amazing...price performance was simply top... The homemade iced tea tastes very refreshing and not too sweet... We will definitely order again...highly recommended...

Everything is very very tasty! The burgers taste great, the onion rings are super crispy and fine. Great kitchen, huge compliment. Definitely my new favorite delivery service, by far. I also really appreciate that the fries and other side dishes come in an open container, so they don't sweat and stay nice and crispy. In addition, all packaging is made of cardboard and therefore recyclable. I'm a fan, thanks :-)

Woowww, Woowww and again Woowww....!!!!!! We picked up burgers at the takeaway stand on Fabrikstrasse in Siebnen last Saturday and were thrilled. Now we used the delivery service today and are so excited again. The food arrived warm within 30 minutes and it was fantastic. We tried the bacon cheeseburger and the veggie burger today and will order them again. The fries and house sauce were also excellent. Ps: You have the best onion rings we have ever eaten.
