Schlossstübli in Altendorf

So far one of the very few delivery services where I have the feeling that they put effort into the preparation. The burgers are simply amazing, and the fries are nice and crunchy and not the kind of rubbish you get from the “big guys”. Sure, the price isn't exactly cheap, but in my opinion it's worth every franc. So I treat myself to this “fest” once a month (and then fall into a food coma, but whatever). Hopefully the quality stays as good.

Dear Stefan, dear Markus I would like to call myself a regular. In this role it is my wish to thank and congratulate you. You outdid yourself last night. Stefan, the food (poached Swiss salmon on leek with a white wine foam as a starter and grilled veal fillet on spinach with mushroom ragout and pumpkin as a main course) was excellent and Markus, your service was top as always. Keep it up, I enjoy visiting you!

- Plate not served in an appetizing way (in the sense that the eye eats with it) The inner meat in the cordon bleu was raw! - They said that the table would be cleared straight away. The coffees were served and we still had plates with leftover food on the table. - Service only with one waiter, which led to longer waiting times - You didn't receive the food you ordered. - The menus do not mention details such as side dishes or sauces
