As if he didn't want to take care of it, he told me that he had to get an estimate, that it would take around ten days and that afterwards, it would take around fifteen days to collect the repaired machine. . He adds that it takes between CHF 350.- and 400.-. Before going to Gabert's, I called the Jura hotline and the lady on the phone told me that I could send the machine to them via a delivery person who would come and collect it from my home, and that a quote of CHF 98.- deductible from the work will be sent to me and that it takes around ten days to collect my repaired machine for an estimated cost of CHF 300. The nice lady tells me that if I go to Avenue de Luzerna 13 at Gabert's, it will will cost less and it will be faster... How can I put it... As a result, Jura has just called me to tell me that our machine is impeccable and that it just needed a good cleaning because it was only coffee that over time had remained stuck against the walls, this despite the cleaning requested by the machine and respected... No defective parts...
