I ordered food, waited over an hour without success. Phone still not picked up... really bad !!!!

Very friendly delivery, the pizza was very good, we also had enchiladas, which were good. Personally, I think the food deserves a good rating!

As a greeting, the supplier shouted at us for the first time. Due to the unfriendly greeting, we decided against a large tip. Was it ultimately the right decision? For 60.- we ordered 2x nachos and 2x churros. About 10 would have been justified. The nachos were not recognizable at first glance. Only after trying to scrape away the dried cheese for 5 minutes would you be able to see the contents. This consisted of soggy chips, about 1g of chicken and indefinable vegetables. When it came to the churros, I first thought that we were accidentally given fish fingers. Nothing in the box contained a cold pape that tasted like nothing. I recommend you not to order here. LG

Yesterday we ordered a falafel in pocket bread and a burrito from Essä Mässe. We had to wait 2 hours for our food. The food was not edible. After eating we felt sick and had a stomach ache. We will never order here again.

Very fast delivery and nice supplier! The food is very tasty and there are large portions at very fair prices! Would order again.

I could actually give this meal 0 stars, it was really bad Half of my partner's burito with chicken was perfumed rice for me too. Everything was soggy and didn't taste like what it was supposed to be Dear hosts, please remember that several bad Google reviews are usually a sign that you are not doing something right, not that you are wrong. Extremely friendly family business. The mother is the head cook and prepares all the dishes with a lot of enthusiasm and love. The portions are very generous, typical Mama. :-D She makes dough and other things herself. Which is no longer common today. They often work longer hours than other companies. THANKS! :D The food usually comes on time and if it doesn't then it's usually not their fault but rather the stupid justeat system. I think this can be worn outside. The platform seems great to us but is actually a complete flop for the operators in many respects. Which is also the reason for the delivery delay at peak times or for the incorrect delivery time information. In the end, the taste of the food is still a matter of taste. :-D I always enjoyed it and the price performance is very good.

Today I ordered two burgers with fries and churros with Nutella. The burgers tasted good, but I would have liked a little more sauce. The meatballs seem to have been thawed or bought from a wholesale market, which I think is a shame. The fries were limp, you could use a paper bag for transport or simply poke a few air holes in the box, the seasoning tasted really good, please add more seasoning because it was too bland. The churros were a hit, but the Nutella could be delivered in a separate cup instead of everything in one, the poor churros literally drowned in the Nutella. All in all, it wasn't the best meal but it wasn't the worst either, but what really annoyed me was the long wait. The Just-Eat app said it took 1.5 hours, which alone is an enormous amount of time. After 2.5 hours I called because I was out of patience. The answer was that they had a lot to do and the delivery person was on the way. After about 20 minutes he arrived. It's just not possible to wait that long for a meal, and I won't be ordering again as long as it stays that way.

I'm sorry but the Veggi Dream Burger was inedible, a complete natural tofu block was simply placed between the buns, I've never seen anything like that. There are now such fine veggie paddies available to buy... Unfortunately, the fries were also limp and soft. Too bad for the food, it could only be thrown away. The "normal" burger was also just mediocre...a totally soggy bun that just fell apart.

After 90 minutes of waiting we called, we were put off until later, after 2.5 hours the food was finally there. Food was ok, but such a waiting time was simply not justified.

Baba kebab But hygiene is probably a foreign word there. Working without a mask or gloves during this time is very unhygienic.

Ordered here recently... Well, there are worlds better suppliers in the region. We had chicken wings, which tasted terrible. I don't know what it was, but I felt sick unpacking it. Didn't finish these... Too bad about the meat. Pizzas were also ordered. Yes, I know, it's not just a pizzeria, but please, what was that... The allowances were almost non-existent... Savings are clearly being made in the wrong place here. Positive: The fries have a great seasoning. Overall, I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again in the near future.

A disappointment across the board. Ordered via eat.ch, delivered quickly - the only positive thing. The food was poorly made! The same basic filling everywhere, limp dough and absolutely no seasoning. We threw most of it away. No recommendation.

The food was so bad i can t even describe it i had all throw it away to bad google dosen t allow me to put pics in my hole life i had not see somting like this food is like emptying your trash and calling it burrito or fajita ....

Unfortunately, I really can't find any kind words right now. Ordered from home, burrito and fajitas with sauces. We got bone-dry rice, with some kind of frozen meat and a ready-made mixture of various beans, corn, and other indefinable things. No cheese, no seasoning, no sauces, not even delivered, tortilla was soggy and inedible. If I could I would like my money back. Since you have no chance of recognizing the bad food from home, as it is presented completely differently on eat and on the website. Good marketing, very bad food. Honestly, I would like it to be the other way around. You couldn't eat it. Ask for compensation.

What can I say? The first order took longer than expected but it was delicious. And when we ordered today, I called after 60 minutes to find out when the food was coming. Unfortunately, online orders are obviously not being viewed. But if this is offered, it is completely incomprehensible to me why... It's a shame, but an absolute no-go for me. Therefore only 1 star. You should at least be able to rely on delivery information. When I receive an email that says "we have received your order #yx and will process it immediately." then I expect that too...

This was our first time ordering here and never again! The fries were wet, cold and soft and had to be put in the oven for another 10 minutes. Chicken wings had no taste. The rice had no taste and was very dry. The delivery person was also unfriendly. I'm very disappointed with my money!

Quality of the food good to very good. Delivery knapoe 3/4 hours late... despite repeated phone calls to Meßen, the courier had been on the way for 5 minutes each time. I assume he got lost somewhere between Hombrechtikon and 8623 Kempten. According to the menu, from 60.- there should be a free drink. It wasn't. Order for 98.80.-? Ordered at 7:10 p.m....arrived at 8:50 p.m. My first time was also the last time because the phone answers couldn't be right. Too bad...better be honest people

We ordered from this store today. It was delicious and and they have large portions. ✌🏽

We ordered here yesterday for the first and last time. We ordered 3 vegetarian dishes and all of them had the identical frozen vegetable filling. This wasn't even seasoned or made tasty. We ordered for 70 CHF and unfortunately a large part ended up in the trash because it simply didn't taste like anything. It was just frozen vegetables in a wrap with cheese. Nothing more, it makes me very sad that food is treated like this because it is an absolute waste. We will never order here again and will not recommend anyone to eat here.

We wanted to try something new again and ordered Essä-Mässe or Esse-Messe from eat.ch. We had burrito, kebab pizza, enchiladas and prosciutto pizza. We agreed that we hadn't eaten so badly in a long time. Pizza was rubbery, kebab meat was inedible, the taste of the burrito and enchiladas was indefinably bad. The food was a disappointment across the board and I'm surprised by the good rating in eat.ch!! We also had to spend 5 minutes on the phone with the driver because he couldn't find our house, which was amazing. If we could give zero stars we would. I will definitely never order from Esse-Messe or Essä-Mässe as they say on eat.ch again.
