We went there since the Etna pizzeria in Romanel was closed. We had a nice surprise: here we found the same team with the same pizza chef. As usual we were treated to a warm welcome and a superb giant pizza to share. We all ate well (one adult and three children aged 13-15). Plus half and half pizza. Everyone ate to their liking. We took fries just in case and an extra glass of red wine. All for 46.50 in my opinion very correct. Value for money 10 out of 10. I reserved the table by phone and 30 minutes later we were already at the table. The waiting time was around 10-15 minutes. Slightly tight parking was perhaps the only small problem, but it was quickly resolved: there were enough blue or paid parking lots nearby. 4 minutes later I was at the table.

To take away, the pizzas are piping hot and the service is also quick. Regarding deliveries, I see a lot of negative reviews... The previous delivery people were indeed not good and the organization was non-existent. But that's in the past. I order pizzas from them very regularly and I don't live near the restaurant. However, the pizzas arrive on time and hot. The delivery people are extremely friendly and will not hesitate to contact you in the event of a slight delay. And what's more, on Mondays and Tuesdays, the pizzas are at a reduced price, what more could you ask for?

I went to Etna Lausanne last Saturday at noon. Very good service. The server was friendly and conscientious. The waitress came several times to make sure everything was okay. The Neapolitan pizza was excellent. The dough was really great. I also drank a balloon of red wine from Puglia. Very good. My wife was delighted with the four cheese pizza. The boss was very friendly. He also came to our table to ask if everything was okay. I will return there with great pleasure soon.

No commercial gesture to apologize for all these inconveniences... it really doesn't make you want to go back!!! Very disapointed…

Disastrous service. Each time the delivery person is at least 30 minutes late knowing that you have to wait 50 minutes to be delivered while being 3km away. Either the delivery guy doesn't have change, or the pizza isn't what you ordered or it's completely cold. One of the receptionists doesn't understand French, which is funny when you have to handle calls. They lie and say the order will be delivered in 10 minutes but if you call back 30 minutes later you will learn that your order has not been recorded... We were constantly judged (group of 4 people, we ordered 3 50cm pizzas) and observed by the service. To go to the toilet, we almost had to be checked because the waitress stood in front so as not to let us pass. On top of all that, 2 pizzas came with some errors. Frankly there are much better, same quality/price level, but some waitresses absolutely need to be changed!

Very disappointed, at the time I loved this pizzeria but recently I ordered delivery and both times they took more than 1 hour 45 minutes to deliver. Worse, they forgot a pizza in our order, came back 1 hour later (2:45 wait from the start), offered us the missing pizza (I was a little appeased) but once I opened the box, the pizza was not the one I had ordered initially and above all completely burned. Unfortunate, you sell pizzas for 20 CHF topped with very low quality products. Indeed, the mozzarella di bufala seems like chewing gum once in the mouth, the salad was close to fermentation and the pizza dough is not. I hope these remarks will be taken into consideration and know that the choice to reduce costs on products is the worst business choice.

I advise people to go there instead because the quality will be higher (yes, the pizza delivery boxes damage the quality a little).
