Sales management inadequate! Today I was in a "Haldengut" pub in Stadel. I was served with a Heineken tray. But there was no Haldengut (a Heineken brand), but there was a Schützengarten. It's unbelievable how many amateurs there are in sales management at Heineken. They brought in a star from Coca Cola. A gypsy who has selling in his DNA.
