It's a divine place, professional service and a real pleasure to stay there. The food was way above what we expected, delicious as well as the dessert. In summer they have an outdoor swimming pool with a large terrace. The hotel SPA is very pretty and the girls are super friendly.

Mixed impressions! We stayed there for 24hrs having 1x apero, 1 dinner and 1 lunch. Apero, was not a highlight, service was not very reactive, the amber beer (artisan) was bitter, definitely with a brewing issue. Then I took a pisco sour, which had no tang/sourness at all (that happens when you don't even squeeze a fresh lime). The waiter then told me that he won't bill me the beer... guess what, I trusted and didn't check the receipt right away, now see the attached picture, very funny. The dinner was surpringly good (second star deserved) decent level of food, small portions, but ok, and the meat was well prepared, top maillard flavors (pork was really good). The next day, together with a business event we had a "Chasse" lunch, which is usually deer. I then heard they it would be "poultry". Oh well, we got Pheasant and then a big Pigeon called "Palomba", dear god, I will never eat that again in my life. It was unedible, no meat, overtook 'till no more and hence dry. After the dinner I thought they at least would deal well with all meats, but not with that Palomba for sure. The Pheasant slices were ok though. I didn't feel very well after, but this doesn't have to be directly related. Service at lunch was nice and attentive. So you see, very mixed experience, due to missing food execution consistency, I'll definitely not suggest or return to eat.
