FELFEL - Good Food at Work in Lausanne

I find the concept great. Working in an industrial zone, I really like our FELFEL fridge. The dishes are good, especially the poke bowls 😋

Awful, food is very bad. Service is not working properly (physically or on the website). And they keep sending spamming mails for whatever reasons. I would not recommend this company and this service by any means.

Ewww there's way better food solutions out there

I'm sorry to give such a bad review, but for a while I've noticed that there is a lot of preservative E400 etc in the dishes.. and especially in the cakes.. I really don't understand how a company can afford to charge such expensive dishes for such poor quality and full of preservatives, plus the dishes are really very salty, there must be a problem with the dosages. the idea was good at the beginning, but in my opinion a dish of dough can last in the fridge for 3 days without needing to add unnecessary preservatives that are so bad for your health.... you have unfortunately lost a loyal customer.

Good concept but a little expensive for the quantity served. The quality/price ratio is not great. And above all the portions are too small for me. Hoping that the portions become larger for the same price. At this point it could get interesting. THE concept remains good.

So expensive for what it is. Good but overpriced and tiny portions for 60kg soy men who don't eat meat.

An attractive concept that aims to be trendy/connected and (very) young. But alas, non-organic products, intensively farmed meat, no ecological ethics: delivery by car at a time when bicycles or cargo e-bikes are taking over. It’s a shame, they missed the point. New generations no longer want to eat industrial products with pesticides and antibiotics (for meat).

Everything else but consumer centric company.

My company installed a FELFEL in February and I love the concept. The first day we had a big meal offered by the FELFEL team who visited us, all very friendly. There are ginger shots in the fridge and I love their chef Giovanni's Italian dishes. It's super practical and for me who doesn't like to eat alone and who doesn't want to spend too much at lunchtime, it's the best option.

The prices are exorbitant and not justified. Limited choice of variety in the fridge between weeks. The quantity and energy value of the dishes correspond to a small person who does not move from his chair and who does not expend energy. Felfel says he listens to customers but no change in the fridge. Too bad, the concept is very well thought out and despite that, it helps.
