We were there for a lunch. At first we weren't served for 20 minutes. After ordering, it took another 25 minutes for the food to arrive. Unfortunately the food was a complete disaster. The sauce on the salad was so sour that you couldn't eat it. The pizza was burnt and the toppings were still cold. I have never eaten such bad pizza, it was inedible. Really disgusting. The icing on the cake was that we were given bread that no one had ordered and they asked for 10.00 per basket. What a cheek. Never again.

The food was okay for the price. The employees were very unmotivated and looked at us stupidly the whole time. We had to wait 10-15 minutes before we could even order, the restaurant wasn't even full, only 3-5 tables were occupied. The person who served us wasn't sociable and didn't talk to us. I thanked him for the drink, no response. Motivate your employees better and only hire those who are responsible. It's unacceptable that the waiters are so unfriendly. Better staff!!!

The other people at the table were also disappointed by the size of the pasta portions. And the fact that you can't pay with the Reka Lunch Card as an airport employee is the cherry on top. I would only like to highlight the service of one lady, Ms. M. She accepted the reviews and apologized for them. The remaining people in service seemed rather unmotivated.

Out of 8 people, only 2 were satisfied (ordered pizza). 3 thought it was really bad...bad. The beef fillet (CHF 56.-) was a disaster. The cheese came after the pasta had already been eaten and the salami for pizza was also too late. Never again...

I’d give 0 stars if i could. Bad service, extremely late. No one bothers to answer or help find a sear. Food is also not worth the 1 hour wait. Don’t recommend if you want to go here just to eat. Pizza sauce is too sweet and the chicken main course as well. Unlike any other italian place where i’ve dined at.

Eating is an imposition. I don't know if today was an exception, let's hope so, let go of the soggy pizza over a carpaccio served with a salad dressing that was literally covered with mushrooms but the crowning glory is the Vitello tonnato. Fried capers, the tomato dip with an indefinable aftertaste on the tongue. I am reassured that the manager in charge worked at Gordon Ramey and of course knows a lot more about food than I do, as she told me this in pure German.

The breakfast buffet was varied, generous, fresh and well attended. It was nice that the music was barely audible. The chocolate bananas in the kids corner & the mountain cheese are excellent. All employees are extremely attentive and helpful. Special mention goes to the omelet worker [Fritchelyn], she recognizes me even after a long absence and knows how I want my meal. And their omelettes are the best! Keep it up!

Friendly service but they seem a little overwhelmed during dinner peak hours. Food was ok. The shrimps looked better than it taste. Was a little too undercooked for my preference and it doesn't help that its not the freshest. But the cooked bits were well done and very sweet.

Located conveniently in the Zurich Airport, Filini is easily accessible and navigable with its casual, spacious environment and friendly staff. Ahmed was great!

The staff is warm and knowledgeable (Ahmed Yusif was our server) and the ambiance is inviting and comfortable. I ordered the chicken with polenta and my husband ordered the lasagna and we were impressed with the speed it was served to us the portion sized. It was beautifully plated as well as delicious.

Great food and service. Not sure why this place only got 3.9 on Google. We had a great business lunch (grilled fish) with superb service...everybody was very kind, cheerful and always ready to help. The ambiance is nice. Prices are reasonable given the location. I will come again.
